They were super helpful!!! I normally cook my dogs food due to him being elderly with joint issues, and of course, as a blue pity, he had food allergies. Money got tight, and they helped me find a wonderful high-quality food for him to get through, and it was super cheap in price. Thank you all! My pup is my baby, and like my human kids, only the best will do!!!

Everything was fine after I finally called customer service to find out why I couldn't get my order to go through. I had spent forever on and reset my password at least 5 times. The customer service person was very pleasant and helpful. Finally we got my order in. (I tried the day before and had no luck either)Thank heavens I was finally able to get my product I was wanting. I picked it up 2 days later and the person behind the register desk was very personable and competent.If it hadn't been for the hard time with ordering I would have given it the mostExcellent rating. The store was very nice and clean.

I'm a rewards member who lives within walking distance of this location! I shop here pretty frequently, and love all the awesome products offered for cats/kittens! When I visit this store I always find what I need quick and easy!

I was not happy with the misleading discount online. I was told if I spent $80 or more I would receive a 20% discount at checkout. When I went to checkout I only received the 10% discount. The employee at the store said I would have to call customer service to fix it. $9 is not worth wasting my time on forever hold. If you don’t honor your advertisement why should I shop with you?

I will not be back to Petco. I brought my dog in for the works and the lady kept arguing with me. First off about not having up to date immunizations with me; however I was in the same store 5 days ago and got everything updated. Then today for her grooming appointment she kept arguing about the length her fur should be. If I am paying over $100 for a service— it should be want I want. No exceptions.

Warlock was blowing his summer coat, he’s a German shepherd and with a double coat that’s a lot of hair! He’s over 80lbs, and they weren’t intimidated at all. They did a wonderful job, and even gave us an extra bandana for our puppy who isn’t quite ready for grooming trips!

The grooming salon is wonderful. The staff was very knowledgeable of the type of coat my dog had and made sure she would get the best care possible. I am very satisfied with how well they treated my dog and the professionalism from the employees will definitely make me take my dog there from now on. Everyone there was so sweet and my dog was so happy and excited when I came to pick her up.

I’ve been to this location several times here recently and most of my trips have been pleasant. Mia (hope I’m spelling that right!) is very educated with aquatics and was very patient and professional with me. I hope she is working everytime I go, I really appreciate her help. She is definitely an asset to Petco and I hope they treat/reward her accordingly for that :)Another employee is pretty rude, she acted very annoyed I needed her help. I basically killed her with kindness and the interaction got a little bit better. I do feel they are understaffed but I imagine that’s an issue everywhere these days.

I visited this location on Sunday February 4th 2024. I was immediately greeted upon entry by the cashier, who later was the one to check me out.The cashiers name was Curtis and they were very kind and absolutely helpful. When I told them I was there to look for a cat fountain, because my cats do not like drinking from the same bowl as the dogs...typical cats, LOL, they told me exactly where to find them. Then while checking out they made sure I knew that the store carried the replacement carbon and foam filters for when I needed to replace them.Overall, Curtis made my first trip to this Petco a lovely and easy time and definitely a reason I would return to shop here. They are an asset to the store.

Nice selection of pet supplies. It is cleaner than some Petco stores, however, they are understaffed. I had to wait in line for quite some time until I was finally checked out due to there being only one cashier. There was another employee but he walked away and said he'd return, but never did.

This store has everything you will need for your new or current pet. As well as possibly your new pet. However, it is very, very, overpriced. I looked at several of the products on Amazon and chewy and found the same or identically rated products at fractions of the price.

Crystal & Tony did amazing grooming jobs on my two long haired dogs! Very kind and very easy going with the dogs. One of mine is normally very scared of getting groomed but Tony was incredible with her and talked softly to her to ease her anxiety the whole time! They were very energetic when I picked them up which never happens! If I wasn’t moving I would definitely stick with them! 10/10 recommend!

It was so good we have lizard for dinner we had frog legs for breakfast and one of the cats bit my finger off and yeah it kind of sucked??????......... Add a dog was barking all day and somebody left a Chipotle burrito

My poor dog. They wouldn’t groom him and said he was a danger to the staff and himself. He was shaking all afternoon after I picked him up. He is the sweetest biggest teddy bear; not to mention he’s a golden-doodle which is a very non aggressive breed.They recommended I have him sedated by a vet next time I have him groomed, which is COMPLETELY disturbing coming from a pet grooming company.The staff was rude about it. My dog was shaken. DO NOT take your dog here. Use someone local. You guys deserve to be investigated for the way you treat dogs behind the scenes.

I go there for grooming and food for my dogs. Cyndi is my groomer, and she is so patient with my dog, Griz. He doesn't necessarily enjoy getting groomed, but he loves Cyndi! She does a great job and tries so hard to get him to cooperate.

I really had high hopes for this place, as I got a new puppy, and this place is conveniently located very close to my home. The scheduling of it went fine, I was quoted a price between $45 & $50 at the time of the appointment, I thought it was a little high specially since my dog is only 3 pounds, but I proceeded never the less. 3 days before my appointment, I got a message saying that I needed to bring my dogs rabies vaccination record, something I did not have because they give those at 16 weeks old, my puppy it only 14 weeks. I called, to cancel my appointment because I did not have that record yet, they put me on hold for a few minutes and came back to tell me that the groomer had said that as long as she was under 20 weeks, it would be ok, so I left my appointment. The DAY BEFORE the appointment, I get a message from Tony, (the manager) telling me that I must have that rabies vaccination record, so when I texted him back and told him I didn't have it, he canceled my appointment. I called him, at this point I'm a little upset, ad I explain to him what I was told, he put me on hold and came back to tell me that since there were no notes on the account (from his employees) that he was not aware of anything, he told me to next time to make sure there are notes, as If I have control over that.Brought my dog in, they tell me that the total including taxes will be about $65, I question why the price increase? I was already given a quote over the phone, of high and low cost. She explained to me that there is a charge for "materials", a charge for "using the scissors". I would have assumed that those charges are already included in the price of the grooming? Not only that, but they never removed the hair from her ears as they are supposed to, and they didn't clip her nails, her vet confirmed this. When I called to ask why that wasn't done, she very rudely told me that I was wrong, they did do the nails (when one can clearly tell they didn't), and that she was too young to get her ears plucked (vet confirmed this was not true). My question is, if you are going to do extra charges for every little thing you do to the pets, why not give a discount if you don't actually do what you are paid to do? Such a shame that the people working there just see you as a number, and not as an actual pet owner.Update 12\28\23Decided to give the store another chance do I called to make an appointment, just to find out that they are now trying to charge me $60? I called their 1800 number that the owner gave me on the reply to my review, after I said what had happen, I got hung up on. Needless to say, their service is in decline. People don't need to be treated that way.

I go to this Petco pretty regularly. They are way understaffed, but the team works extra hard to take care of customers (company culture not employee issue). They have most standard pet supplies, but nothing extraordinary or unique. Overall it's a fine place to shop for pet items.

Great location. Incredible staff. So patient and helped us find the best deal using the app. Will absolutely be coming back. Also check out the Blue Buffalo cat treats. My big ol boy loves them!

The selection of aquarium decorations (fake plants) is limited however, the selection of live aquarium plants is plentiful. The store is always nice and clean, the staff are professional and always willing to help
