The customer service was great! I was approached as soon as I started browsing for fish, and all the questions I had they were able to answer. However… I decided to get 6 guppies last and over that course of a week I’ve noticed complications such as one fish just who just died and another one who looked to have had scoliosis or spine issues in general (died while I was asleep, and woke up to it at the bottom today.) Not only that but two of the black guppies I have seem to have ick, they have white spot on their tales where as the guppies of the month don’t… the problem with this is that most treatment options for ick can kill my plants and snail especially medication. I’m trying to increase the heat slightly to see if that will help but this is more against where they are getting their fish from… I got my water tested at Pet Supplies Plus and my water levels had no ammonia, no nitrite, and a safe level of nitrate. I have a sponge filter, a fern, a heater, grow lights that I cycle on and off with day and night, a thermometer, and an air stone as well as a vacuum that I just used yesterday cause I passed the week mark. And even though I know this is a local pet store, I just find it unsatisfying to think that if these fish weren’t in my care they wouldn’t be getting the help they need… and I won’t be purchasing fish here anymore. All the workers are so nice, prices are comparable to online shopping, and thankfully they have wet food my picky boys will actually eat. Some of the items aren't the best but they always carry something else in the same price range that is either better or has a better aspect even if it doesn't match exactly what I'm looking for. I love visiting the birds even though I can't own one and the animals they do have for sale (reptiles, birds, rodents) actual look healthy unlike other pet supply places that sell the same breeds. Love the membership program and the freebies offered for shopping with them.

I never go wrong when I visit the Kearney store to shop for my cats. My cats are very picky (who's is'nt) anyhow when I buy food they don't like I just return to exchange for something else they do like. No problem. There inventory is amazing & it's always in stock & nicely put on their shelves. I admire that. No looking all over for one thing when it says it should be in stock. This store never let's me down.

They had most of what I was looking for. Only had 1 item they didn’t carry. The regional manager told me about another kind of food (Halo) that would be just a good for my dog, already had the Glucosamine added to the food; which would save on that cost. Also the food he showed me was about $20 cheaper for the same size 22 pound bag.

They did a great job on my toy poodle's haircut. They also allowed us to keep her there an hour after they finished before we picked her up. This was helpful as we had a busy day and had multiple things to get done.

They went above and beyond!! They was out of our exact dog food and helped so much by calling around and none of their stores had it so they found it at another store and let me know. Because they helped so much I will always shop with them. Love that they cared so much and helped!!!!

A well stocked pet shop , Had everything I needed. The return policy tic me off about needing a water sample from my aquarium. Since living 3.5 miles away, very disturbing, they very adamant about there policy, nothing posted or ever said. I bout over ,100.00 worth of fish, so naturally I was very peeved. Of course making a round trip for a refund of a (4.00 fish.) Of course they claim my water was dirty, change the water earlier that day was almost impossible to me. Leads me to believe they treat all there customers that way, basically not wanting to stand good on their fish, I never had a problem with any other fish and pet store with 30 plus years, I know a lot.much of my fish perished in the ice storms . I just didn't want to feel like an idiot. But to date never went back and probably won't..

Brian was very helpful and kind! He greeted me with a smile at the door and helped me get the self service dog wash started for my boys! He also made sure I had plenty of towels to wash/dry all of my dogs. He let me know about their 5 washes for $40 card! It’s a great deal!!!

I love the fact that I can get all my pet supplies here. What I don't love, is buying fish for the first time from them, and all of sudden the fish I already had that were thriving, are dying. I've not only lost 2 of the fish I purchased from this store, but I've also lost 3 fish from my first bunch. And more look like they're going die. I'll probably have to start all over again because of this. I don't recommend buying fish here at least.

I love this place. Ordered on line for curbside pickup at the same time they emailed me a 25%off coupon for curbside pickup. They have a large selection like Chewy but you can pick it up & have it for their dinner the same night. It's convenient. They bring your order right out to you with a smile. Very polite always with a Thank you note too!

We like this location least of the Pet Supplies Plus stores we have been to. We shop the aquarium department. This one had dirty aquariums, few healthy plants, and dead fish in some aquariums. I recommend Pet Supplies Plus near the mall, and Ozark Aquarium supply.

Staff is always great. And nice to pop in for DIY dog wash. But... Not Ur every day kinda brands store. Prices are more boutique range not family budget. Always been my knowledge & experience & in my opinion big name label price is not nutrition based.

I haven't been in this store since 2009, and it has CHANGED. Super friendly staff, well stocked shelves, and all the animals looked super healthy. Loved the selection of food and toys for the dogs and small animals, and especially all the fish goodies! Gorgeous Bettas, and some great live floaty plants for their tanks too. I grabbed a little tub of Pennywort Japan Dwarf to put in my tank, and In-Eo loves it!

There is a green cheek conure at this store that has such an overgrown beak that I doubt the poor bird can eat or drink! And it's incredibly obvious that the beak is overgrown, and has been overgrown for quite some time. To think that the company is just ok with letting an animal suffer for weeks is disgusting! The company is really showing just how little they really care for the animals.*edit* Regardless of who talked to who, the bird still has a beak that is severely overgrown. It shouldn't have taken an online review or a customer coming into the store to notice the issue. The animal is seen every day, an overgrown beak isn't something that magically happens overnight.

I had a great experience here. The manager, Katelyn, was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and very patient with my partner and I's questions! We left with a 10 gallon tank and the appropriate additives I needed to start my Aquarium. I now have 7 fish and they love it. 2 platies, 4 rummy nose tetra, and a 1 clown plecostomus. I will go see Katelyn again with any questions!

I went to Pet Supplies Store because I had a coupon for a FREE 4lb bag of Zignature Dog food because I couldn't find it at Walmart or orshlins but this place had it so I got my FREE 4lb bag of dog food and a bag cheap bag of dog treats, they had a great sale going on and the nice lady helped me set up a FREE account to get the sale sticker price of the dog treats had a wonderful experience they were great highly recommend them!

Outstanding locally owned store for pet needs and pet accessories to keep your best friend safe, happy, and healthy! Customer service is absolutely top notch! Have enjoyed each visit and found incredible value in the ‘ club’ with discounts in store and via mailers. They honor Veteran pet owners with military discount! Excellent provider of food, services, and fun healthy toys and training tools. Involved in the community and very supportive of humane education and adoption, they even help new pet parents succeed!

Pet Supplies Plus will always be my favorite pet store! Some items can be pretty overpriced but the rewards program and coupons given out often by mail, social media, and email bring it to a lower than competitive price. I am bothered by the fact I was earning rewards for a particular brand and only had one more of 12 to buy before I earned a free one and then the promotion just disappeared. Overall, I love the store, the coupons, the rewards program, and the staff! I also love the location, as I live in Willard and it’s on the northwest end of Springfield. If you consistently shop here for a couple of pets, you will end up getting the best deal if you do the rewards exercises, and watch for coupons often.
