Good value, although seems to be decreasing of recent, for a variety of organic produce (everything they carry in produce is organic). In pricing transparency, better than my experiences at the local Ozarks farmer's market. Better produce selection than other box chains in the area.The prepackaged and freezer sections are less of a bargain, so I stick to the fresh produce from here almost exclusively.This grocery market is a welcome addition to the Springfield area for health conscious individuals and those who require a specialized diet.

Very nice store and a lot of options! But it costs severely. Have been around to other stores with same exact items that I have purchased at much cheaper prices. But then again you have to do a little bit more running around to stop at the stores just to save some money. Nothing against anyone at the store, everyone is very nice and helpful, things are nice and tidy and organized, I really don't have anything negative to say other than the prices which are a lot higher than most other places.

My wife and I shop here on occasion. We find a few items that we can't purchase at other grocery stores. The store is clean and bright, and generally well stocked. Be prepared to pay more for your groceries at this store. Organic and healthy foods come with a higher price.

Why do they always charge me for a gallon of water when all I get is a half gallon? I shouldn't have to pay double. I don't have enough money for another water container to get a gallon at a time. It's theft and unfair.

It’s Halloween night. My boyfriend and I want to carve pumpkins together for Halloween. Now, should I have previously bought pumpkins to carve? Yes. Did I? No. So, there I was on Halloween, about to cry because I could not find pumpkins ANYWHERE. I called just about every grocery store in Springfield, physically went to 4 stores, and no pumpkins. I was just about to lose hope. That was until the lovely person from Natural Grocers answered the phone and told me they had several pumpkins left. My boyfriend and I raced to Natural Grocers, and lo and behold… SEVERAL PUMPKINS. I was half expecting to find all of the ugly pumpkins left, but no!! The pumpkins we got were big and round. Perfect for carving. AND they were well priced. $6.98 for two pumpkins. Natural Grocers saved my Halloween. 🎃🧡

This store has great products and great selections. They moved in when Lucky's moved out and we are grateful to have them. They aren't as big nor have the same options as the previous store but it is still great to shop there. The staff are simply amazing and so helpful. I enjoy shopping there.

🙂 I just went into this store a couple of weeks ago and it's my go-to now. It's big and the organic produce is fresh and competitively priced. I'm getting better prices on organic fruit and eggs vs. the other popular chain in town. Even their produce bags are biodegradable! I have no idea why people are giving low ratings.

I went here for the first time today Monday January 2nd at 2pm. I did not buy anything because I notice a view of my staples were extremely over priced. For example celestial teas were almost 2 dollars higher than Walmart. All of their vegan foods that are pre made were at least a dollar higher than mama jeans. For example the Ezekiel bread, almond flour boxed bakery goods, priya cheesecake was around $9 and mama jeans has for $5. I was not impressed. However I did not find any of the staff being rude like other reviews did.

I love this store! Such a great selection and amazing staff! Every-time I come in I’m welcomed and helped all around the store. Eden is so helpful and so open to giving her time to assist across the store. Anytime I have questions she is always ready to find the answer. I love natural grocers for the food and the crew!

Amazing experience every time! This is what fruits and food is supposed to taste like...wholesome, full of explosive goodness. Yum! We're there about 4 times a week. Everyone at this store is always friendly and extremely helpful especially Martha, she is a treasure!!Love this place!!!

Very bare and overpriced store. If you are looking for affordable organic options, try Mama Jeans. The staff are also very good at making you uncomfortable.

Since I've moved to Missouri, I've been hoping to find somewhere as nice as my beloved Sprouts. I really missed that store, and Natural Grocers is a perfect replacement.There is no deli, meat counter, or bakery I that I could find, but truthfully I rarely used either of those back home. And being more honest, Sprouts's bakery usually always tricked me into spending more than needed.Anyway, Natural Grocers thoroughly verifies every product they put on their shelves to ensure you're supporting companies that are good for you and the planet. (Which takes the guess work out of shopping) This was very comforting and has also made it easier and more affordable to shop eco friendly products. (I recommend the Caboo Bamboo paper products)Their staff is friendly and helpful, they always go above and beyond.The company also does community outreach according to their website.I'm so glad to have such a lovely store nearby my home. I'm relieved to know I can continue helping our planet and feeding my family in a way that brings me peace of mind.I highly recommend! (And please, buy your bulk flowers and herbs here. You'll save so much money. I couldn't believe how much they offered)

Was looking for something similar to Whole Foods back home (Kansas City) and this was the closet thing to it I could find at the time. This store is actually more similar to a Aldi because of the very limited selection or a smaller Sprouts store than a Whole Foods store. I didn't find what I was looking for but the store was clean and neat and the people were friendly. That's always a major plus.

When I moved to Springfield MO from a big city four years ago one of the hardest adjustments was no access to high quality, organic food. When I walked into your new store, my expectations were low. But wow! Was I ever in for a wonderful surprise. Aisle after aisle filled with all kinds of wonderful, organic products - many of my "old friends" and a lot of new items as well. Some things I bought one of to sample, I went back the next day and bought more! And I am headed back today! I have also been totally impressed with your customer service, both through Facebook IM and emails! They are so helpful and even starting to feel like friends. Welcome to Springfield! I am soooooo glad you are here!!!
