The staff is always great and on point. My dog's food was recalled and they gave us a free bag along with a purchase plan when we purchase so many bags we get one for free. Everybody is always willing to help and dogs are welcome! This is a cool little shop for all of your pets needs focused around dogs mainly.

Absolutely LOVED our experience washing our large dog today! The staff was friendly and helpful. The girls loved on my dog who can sometimes be shy with strangers. The self-serve dog wash was fantastic! They provide the supplies and cleanup. I was able to focus on spending time with my dog. I will definitely be back!!!

I've been celebrating my pooch's birthday for the past THREE years with Fetch! They have dog ice cream that he and his buddies LOVE, they have an excellent selection for all of your needs (and wants) and the staff are always SO sweet. If you're a little extra like me, they also have all of the birthday supplies you'll want; party hats, birthday cookies, baking mixes (I believe for both cookies and cakes) as well as cutters!

Every time I come here, all the employees are super nice and friendly! I came in today to get some cookies for my dog and they threw an extra gift knowing her birthday was coming up. Highly recommended this small business for your furry friends!

I go here every year to get my dog a birthday cookie. Went yanking on the door today paying no attention that they’re closed on Mondays. As I’m walking away a lady came to the door and let me in. They happened to be doing some training and let me shop around the store and get what I needed.

This quaint pet supply store is very deceiving from the outside. Once you step inside, you are welcomed by extremely friendly and helpful staff as well as a warm and cozy environment. This place doesn't look like much from the outside but it is well worth a stop in to pamper your pets. The bakery counter was well stocked with plenty of treats and fancy delicacies for your four legged friend to enjoy. I can tell you this, my two dogs really enjoyed what I brought back home for them.

I loved going to Fetch in Springfield while passing through. This dog toy is very durable and adorable. My dog ducky loves everything fish, so I was so happy to have found fish skin rolls. The employees were awesome, and helped me decide which collars to get my pups. They even gave me a free sticker. My dogs are boarding for the first time right now while I’m on this trip, and I’m so happy to have found these goodies to bring back to them!

The ladies there were so awesome and I loved the store! I was in there the day I adopted Tyson and they were just as excited as we were and spoiled him! I will definitely go back. They made great suggestions and helped me pick out items I needed to got us started!

Perfect local shop to spoil dogs! I switched my dog from kibble in September 2020 due to health concerns. Fetch offers high quality food, treats, and toys. We alternate Dr. Harvey's vegetables (some with grain and some without) and Primal goat milk to add with meat. My dog tried the freeze-dried pig snout and loved it. It didn't smell terrible and broke apart safely. My dog is always excited when I bring home a Fetch bag with goodies.

This little pet store is super cute. They have a wide variety of toys and accessories. Along with food and treats. They even have a dog wash station! Will definitely be going back especially for their fundraiser events.

Lots of good treats for your pets. We get the grain free dog food for our puggles itching and it seems to work well. They have a reward program on their dog food. Also we bought a set of PJs and they look so cute!

The owner and her employees are consistently welcoming and nice. They have such cute stuff for dogs. I just bought my granddog's birthday present from here. And his hooman dad bought him lots of treats. Henry is a spoiled doggo and Fetch is a great place!

We are there every weekend stocking up for our mini Aussies. Great selection for all items.The dog wash station there makes bathing them so much easier, cleaner, and drier than doing it at home. They provide the shampoo, towels, and everything you need, include a waterproof apron to keep you dry. No mess to cleanup, no laundry to do.Our pups love that they are generous with treats when they go.Based on all that and their wonderful and helpful staff, we love Fetch.

I love this store. I've brought my shy little Ophie here and they dote on her and make her feel comfortable. Every purchase I've made has been well used and loved, including toys, antlers/treats, bandanas, bath stuff, etc. They also have a lot of local products, which is really cool. The bathing area is great, and has a great price. Overall, the people are incredibly sweet and accommodating, and I will always come here before PetSmart.

Our favorite local pet store. Owner and staff are so sweet and helpful. They are huge supporters of local rescues and do so much good for the community. On top of that the customer service and products are fabulous! My dogs favorite treat is the cod skins (we call them fish sticks). Added bonus is that they are crunchy so lots of sweet crunching sounds as our pups enjoy them.

Since my dog started freaking out at the groomers, I've been coming here to use the dog wash area. They have everything you need, the staff are always super friendly, and it's easy to grab treats on the way out. Love this place!
