Part of my order was damaged in shipping. I called and spoke with Brent who immediately got the replacement dishes on their way. I was impressed with his efficiency and politeness. The packaging of the replacements was exceptional, insuring that the dishes arrived in mint condition.

I am a new customer and made an order but couldn’t find it in my history after the fact..I then called the company and Brett was the person that took my call. What a wonderful person he is! He answered all my questions, fixed the problem and gave me so much information of which I didn’t know. He was so polite and enjoyable to talk to and I couldn’t believe it. This is how all companies should be. I will be ordering again. Thank you Brett SO MUCH. You represent your company so well. My wife needed a technivorm moccamaster in a pinch as a closing gift for her client and wanted a specific color we could not find locally. Not even Amazon could ship it to Hawaii in the timeline needed. I found it on Everything Kitchens and ordered it on a Friday night. It was shipped out on Saturday and delivered Monday night all the way to Hawaii. Their communication was EXCELLENT through email and I loved their email introducing their team - something I will implement as well in my company as I just became a small business owner in December. I have to say I am disappointed at the customer service I am not receiving due to a package I did not receive. It’s unfortunate when a shipping carrier drops the ball and a package goes missing Everything Kitchen believes it’s the customer that has to endure the loss not them, yet they are the merchant and should take the responsibility to ensure customers receive their merchandise? Not Everything Kichen they are very unconcerned and unbothered and even said they have strict rules about lost or stolen packages it’s not on them. Unfortunate.

BUYER BEWARE! This website scams its customers. Not sure where all the positive reviews are coming from - perhaps they paid for them like so many sites do. Say what you will about Amazon, but they do right by you when you get defective products. Everything Kitchens does not!I feel the need to respond to the owner's misleading response to my review. First of all, I did not "feel" the kettle was defective. It was. The intimation that it was a feeling on my part pretty much sums up the way the whole situation was approached. Everything Kitchens sent me a defective product. I paid $99 for a whistling kettle that does not whistle. I did not know that they sent me a defective kettle until I went to use it, so, yes, the original packaging materials were already recycled at that time. They wanted me to go out and buy a box and packaging material to send it back. I asked that they allow me to drop the kettle off at UPS (as Amazon allows) and have UPS pack it up and ship it back. Everything Kitchens refused. I offered other compromises. They were unwilling.I understand that it must be tough running an online business that sometimes sends out defective products. As I told them, I have owned many kettles (I drink a lot of tea :-)) and have never had a defective one. I am sorry that they were unwilling to allow me to drop it off at UPS, so that UPS would be responsible for damage during shipping. I still think that was a reasonable compromise for them sending me a defective product. It seems as long as nothing goes wrong with your transaction, perhaps you are safe. I would not take the risk with them again. They were unreasonable and uncompromising, at least with me.I hope this more detailed explanation helps in clearing up the slanted version the owner of Everything Kitchens put forth. Really, I just want other consumers to have the information, so they can judge for yourself. If someone had warned me in advance, I would not have taken the risk to purchase materials from a less than quality site.

Though I just today received the OXO compost bin for the kitchen, 1.3/4 gal, and haven't yet used it, it appears to match the quality of all the Oxo products we have purchased in the past. I don't expect any issues but if we do we will most certainly let everything Kitchens know. So far so good at 5 stars

Purchased Fiesta dinnerware and each item was wrapped very well in foam wrap as well as bubble wrap, not a single piece was broken and it arrived within 4 days to Texas after ordering on Black Friday without selecting any sort of priority shipping option! I researched before ordering from here for the best price online. There was also free shipping! My recent Everything Kitchens online shopping experience was great. The All-Clad HA1 12” skillet with lid exceeded my expectations; after opening the pan was thicker and heavier then expected. I expect it to produce some excellent dishes. I also got a well-designed All-Clad whisk that will be effective and much easier to clean. Great pricing and free delivery within 4 days of order!

Shipped quickly, although I received a couple of days late because of the ice storm that hit the DFW FedEx hub...no one's fault except Mother Nature. Ceramic bowls were extremely well packed and package was marked Glass/Fragile. Will definitely keep EK in mind for future purchases
