I cannot speak more highly of your service. Oreo is one of those dogs that has been so up and down these last few years that it can be exhausting from a caretaker's point of view. I am infinitely grateful to everyone there and of course Dr Meagan Sims for stepping up and helping keep her not only comfortable but actively thriving. Since taking Librela and her thyroid meds, she has become more active and even spending more time outdoors. Again, Thank you all so much for your care, I don't know what I'd do without you all.

The staff has always been very kind to us and our pets, and each visit is made to feel very normal for both of them. They’re able to play and sniff around and be themselves during exams while the discussion remains professional and thorough. We are never afraid to ask questions because we are met with understanding and reassurance. As first-time pet parents, we greatly appreciate all of this! Highly recommend.

I have been using Deerfield for years. We are always able to get in quickly when the need is urgent. Each doctor we’ve been seen by really loves my dogs and wants the best for them. Every time there’s been a medical issue, the doctors give me great information so I can make an informed decision. Any time I have questions I can get quick answers from a vet tech or doctor. We love our vet!

I’ve been going to Deerfield for over 13 years, and I called to get my dogs senior panel done, and was told I couldn’t come back due to a non payment on a contract for a neuter. Unfortunately I was unaware that I had such a thing, I specifically remember having a conversation with Dr. Ned about this. Literally breaks my heart. I’ve always recommended them to anyone who needed vet services this is frustrating, frankly overwhelming. Now I have to establish a new vet after 10 years of my dogs life to some other vet. SadIf in fact I did mess up a phone call or an email would have been great so I could have corrected the matter, but here we are.EDIT: OH, I see the statement that I never once received in the mail. Also. The thing I ever was given a notice about was 50 dollars for urinalysis test which no on informed me of until my wife picked him up from your location, also you called one time asking me to pay said balance and I was at work and didn’t have my wallet. Not once did I get something in the mail. You’re saying it’s for a contract for neuter. I didn’t want to talk to your manager. Because I called a month earlier because I adopted another dog and wanted shots done which I was told at that time to take my care somewhere else. What a joke.

Dr. Meagan was great with Annie and myself. She zeroed right in on what she thought Annie's problem was. And it was exactly what my husband and I had been seeing in Annie. She new what to prescribed. I felt very satisfied with the visit and as always, I knew I could call anytime with needs and/or questions. I love Dr. Denise, but I know she needs vacations!!!! This review is long overdue! They are just the absolute best, I really cannot recommend Deerfield enough. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. I take both my dog and cats here and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. I recently had a dental for my senior cat, which I was really nervous about, but I’m so glad I did. She is like a whole new cat, so much happier and comfortable! It seriously feels like a miracle given how much of an improvement it has been for her. I really can’t be more appreciative for the wonderful work they do here!

I’m a fairly new customer to Deerfield but I’m so happy I made the change from my old vet to Deerfield. Every one of the vet techs & doctors I’ve met so far are super friendly and treat my Maggie like she is their own. Not only is the staff great but the prices are very reasonable. No wonder Deerfield has been around for a while, they know what they are doing there.

I love love love Deerfield! They have been taking care of my babies for several years now and always go above & beyond. My dog had a couple really bad seizures at one point and they were so thorough in caring for him and making sure that I understood what was going on, the possible cause and the treatment. I have another dog who is very shy and they let us come in for a visit where we just focused on letting her warm up, get comfortable and build her confidence at the vet. Dr. Ned & Dr. Denise are both so kind and knowledgeable. Amanda is one of our favorites and loves on our babies so well, as do all the staff! I absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I have been going to Deerfield Vet for close to 30 years. My parents took our pets there when I was growing up and I have been taking my dogs there for the past 15 years. The staff does a wonderful job taking care of my fur babies and answering any and all questions that I have. We absolutely love Deerfield! The doctors and staff are all professional, friendly, and they take great care of our dog. We live in Republic, MO, approximately 20 miles from Deerfield, yet we still choose to to make the drive because of the service they provide.

Deerfield has been our "home" for our fur babies for over 20 years. The staff is always so friendly and professional. Dr. Denise is fantastic...as are all of the doctors there. We just got established with her from the beginning and love her dearly. We have always received wonderful care there for our pets; both dogs and cats. I can't say enough about the Vets, Vet Techs and Staff at Deerfield! They were there for us when we had to help our oldest kitty, George, cross the rainbow bridge. George loved Dr. Denise and Amanda and purred for them right up until the end. They consistently handle hard situations with grace and compassion. Yesterday my other kitty, Jucy, fancied himself a furry vacuum cleaner and swallowed a whole chicken bone like a penguin would swallow a fish! The bone was about 2 inches long and I made a call to the hospital and Dr. Ned squeezed him in for emergency surgery on what turned out to be Foreign Body Friday. As I talked with the other customer in the lobby whose pup had needed the same surgery, I really took in how incredibly busy that day must have been for the hospital. Dr. Ned explained the procedure perfectly and I'm eternally grateful that he was able to help Jucy. Jordan got me all checked out and Amanda came out to walk me through aftercare. Now Jucy is sleeping peacefully behind me with his cone of shame and it's all thanks to the amazing people at Deerfield. If you're looking for a vet hospital that truly embodies the science of healing, this is the place to go. Thank you everyone for saving my sweet boy!

I’ve used Deerfield since it opened 31 year ago. Dr Denise is very attentive to Maggie, her needs and my concerns. Assistants are also professional, friendly, and sensitive to calming Maggie.I really appreciate that I can pay in exam room rather than loading up and risking waiting in line.

Recently started going here with my dog Tsuki who had a lot of food and cage aggression from how she grew up. It would escalate rather quickly and almost with no warning. I was scared the wrong person would come into contact her and she would be put down. Dr. Meagan gave me a plan and some medication to help and now she’s able to have other dogs play and lay around her and not be so aggressive about her food. Thanks to her and the other wonderful staff there, Tsuki is able to feel healthier and happier and I am confident in their experience to help me again in the future

I have been going to Deerfield for 10+ years and have always had a good experience. They treat our animals like they are their own and always call to check up on them. We recently had to put down one of our older cats. They fit us in last minute and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. They even sent us a hand written letter a few days later with her paw print. I recommend Deerfield to all my friends with pets.

The BEST vet clinic in Springfield! We have been taken our dogs and cats there for 25 years and have always had positive experiences, even on the hardest days. Every time I go into the clinic I am more amazed by the kindness that is shown by this staff. Whether it be a routine visit for my Great Dane that is too scared to get on the scale, that the nurse who is almost the same size as him has to help me lift him onto it. Or something like tonight where Dr. Roche spent an hour with my dachshund and I due to a back injury answering all of my questions feeding her plenty of treats along the way. I am pretty sure Dr. Roche was late to her own dinner table taking care of our needs. Thank you for everything you do and the kindness you show. It definitely does not go unnoticed.
