I moved here from Texas 6 1/2 years ago and after about 6 months the CVS on glenstone shut its doors so I transferred to CVS on E. Battlefield. The hours may not be convenient for me at times but I make it work. The one thing they do absolutely amazing is having my meds always ready very quickly, refilling my meds before I’m out and best of all they have ALWAYS been very kind and they ALWAYS KNOW who I am. Thank you CVS pharmacy team.Ohhh and they have never once made a mistake!

This CVS no longer staffs the check out registers. Instead, they have a sign inviting customers to use the self check out machine. They used to have a bell to ring to summon a checker. Now, they have removed the bell. One is forced to stand at the register and wave at employees in hopes someone will come check you out. I have respectfully complained multiple times. Today the clerk confided there were a lot of customer complaints “but management won’t change it.”I will take my business to Walgreens where the the cash registers are staffed.

I quit going to CVS on west Republic Rd in Springfield Mo. when the Phamacist threw the prescription against the window when he was done filling it and yelled at the poor pharmacy tech. to tell me there was my damn prescription. It had been difficult for them to process, not my fault, never going back!

If I could rate lower than one star I would! Worst pharmacy in the history of pharmacys! Have had multiple terrible experiences with this place. And now they didn't fill my foster sons persciption because "we got an attitude" when they lied straight to our face! Terrible will never be going there again! Warning others to stay away as well!
