I went today 10/14 to pick up a framed photo I made online on the CVS app. No one else was in the store. The GM named Lena or something seemed irritated with me before I got to the photo counter. She seemed to be irritated with my very existance.She seemed really irritated that she had to look for the photo I ordered. So, while she was looking, I asked her for the birthday card section and bags. (I hadn't been in this CVS and it's set up a little different than the one on Elm. She said, and I quote, "We don't have that kind of stuff here." So, I looked for the section on my own, found it picked out my card and gift bag and went back to the photo department. GM still unfriendly. She really wanted to explain to me why she couldn't find my item because it wasn't called an 8by10 or something and how I should have called it something else, like I would know what she was talking about. As I was paying I said, that her store did have birthday cards and bags just so she knows the next time someone asked. She said ok but with clear disdain. I asked her if I had made her angry or upset, she said no and looked over my head and away. Not why, just no. I paid. I left. For a GM, she was the worst.She hates her job. She hates people. She hates directing customers to merchandise to make spending easier. She hates looking through her stores own procedures to provide a service CVS advertises. She is just not nice. But for sure she absolutely isn't CVS General Manager, Store Manager material. If she were working for free, CVS would be paying her too much. Lots of qualified people would love to have her job. I hope her upper management notices before she tarnishes their workforce, and depletes their customer base. Walgreens up the road is much friendlier.

Tried to get a prescription through the virtual doctor, they got my information and probably charged my card for the visit. My prescription is taking forever to come through. When I try to call, it says they have high call volumes and my wait time is 10+ minutes.

Cvs is always okay, not like the place gets better but i hasn't become worse either the 4th star is for good service. I haven't had trouble dealing with the employees here so gotta give them credit for good hiring skills.

Went today (8/21)around lunch time (1:30) and there was an older gentleman needing help with the self checkout. Informed the tall blonde guy and he states “he can do it” I was shocked at such a response. I grabbed what I need and walked over to see if the older man needed anything. He said he needed help. By this time, another worker who clearly works at the minute clinic instruct this man to go look for the employee. This man could barley walk… yet he had to beg for this cashier to do his job. Absolute disgusting. Definitely will contacting the district manager.

Impersonal, rude, understaffed, poor service. I switched Rx to store 4850 due to insurance, about a year ago. Have never ever had a good experience there on any visit. Pharmacy appears to be a "pill sweatshop" with pharmacist and techs so busy they never look up from their work. You feel their sole purpose is to get you out of there ASAP. The front counter is not manned and you are urged to use self check out.Yesterday, April 26, I stopped there for some OTC purchases. When I went to the register Lana was working. From the look on her face, Lana was not having a very good day. She was helping an elderly lady that had tried to self check out using some coupons and some sort of welfare card. It was a disaster and the self check machine was jammed. Lana was very rude to the poor old woman. Behind her was a lady and then myself in line. After standing there for some time (no other CVS employee in sight) I ask Lana if she could call for some help. She barked that there was no one else and it was just going to be a while! I finally got checked out and at least one price was marked wrong so I walked out after being in line 15 minutes.An aside: I drove straight to a Walgreen. They had 3 checkers, all smiling and welcoming. I got what I needed and was out of the store in 3-4 minutes.I INTEND TO SWITHCH MY RX TO WALGREENS WHERE CUSTOMERS ARE APPRECIATED.

Went to the minute clinic today and tested positive for Strep, like I thought. But definitely was not thrilled with the nurse, she wasn't friendly and didn't explain anything as one would expect. Though I did get the service I went for, not sure I'd make a visit back.

Horrible experience.Store closes at 9 was there before 8 needed cash back and to pay at checkout.Service Representative already had the drawer closed down and was only offering self checkout which I couldn't use for what I needed . When trying to explain the managed was very Rude .Showed no sign of empathy.And really lost a customer.Only reason for 1 star is the sales they do run are decent .

Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. After reading other reviews, I realize that it was not just my experiences that were horrible. CVS Corporate should be ashamed of these reviews. I don’t know if they have had a change of leadership over the past few years, but the staff used to be kind. My child and I were treated with so much disrespect, I cannot take my family back in that store.

This place is a nightmare. Look at all the reviews and understand that the negative ones are completely accurate, and possibly even a little too nice for what this store actually deserves. The employees of this store and pharmacy are rude, invasive, uncompromising, and absolutely looking for any excuse to make you leave because they don’t want to do their jobs.I personally saw 10-20 separate instances of the pharmacy upsetting customers in the 4 times I went to this store. They put my absolutely necessary medications on hold every time they got called in, sometimes 2-4 times just to fill it once. They would make me feel like some kind of criminal for filling my prescription. They dug into my life and contacted doctors and other pharmacies that I have used and made up reasons to put my prescription “on hold”. My doctor had to call them several times, and there were days that I just had to go without my medication. I saw this happen to many other customers right before my eyes.It’s been noted by another reviewer that they have a sign up demanding respect from their customers. What it really says is, (paraphrasing) “if you are rude or difficult or upset in any way, for any reason, we will kick you out forever.” They are looking for conflict and reasons to get rid of their customers because they don’t want to do their jobs. I’m sure they are understaffed and underpaid and under appreciated but that’s no excuse to hold up people’s medicines and be intentional hostile. Someone could die from them playing games with their prescriptions. You can’t just pick and choose which prescriptions you are willing to fill, withdrawal from some medications can kill you.I ended up not going back after they dug into my records and found out that I had other medications being filled at one other pharmacy. My doctors were aware of all my prescriptions, but (with goodRX) it was vastly cheaper to fill one of my prescriptions at CVS, so I did. This CVS pharmacy called and told me that they wouldn’t fill anymore of my prescriptions unless I had all of them transferred to them. I have 4 prescriptions total and they refuse to fill one of them, they demanded to fill all 4. My doctor was appalled and said she had never heard of such a rule. So I stopped going to them altogether. SAVE THE TIME AND FRUSTRATION AND GO ELSEWHERE, THIS PLACE IS AWFUL AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. It was worth it to me to pay more money for the same prescription at Walgreens and it ended up being completely hassle free with zero issues.

This CVS used to be a nice place to shop. I've been shopping there for quite awhile, but will be taking my business to another CVS due to the rudeness of some of the employees. It makes for a very unpleasant shopping experience when you go to check out and the cashier never says a word and just scans your items. You try to make small talk, and they never say a word. Can we say awkward? A simple "Hi, how are you?" goes a long way. Also, reading the coupon policy for the store you work at would be a wise idea. Some of the cashiers don't seem to know what they are doing. Management seems lazy. The shelves aren't stocked as well as they used to be. There's a cart of make up that's been just sitting in an aisle for almost a month now. Very disappointing because this was my favorite CVS to shop. Maybe your experiences will be better than mine if you can get the nice employees. Good luck!

Where are the workers? Cashier wasn't anywhere around I should have grabbed a few souvenirs!Pharmacy wow. They have a sign about respect and being kind.... its because they are horrid at customer service. They got tired of the customers fighting back.... I've never been to a worse cvs.Feel free to reach out Kelly head pharmacist or CVS Because you guys need to figure something out.

Scheduled a rapid test today, arrived and they was super busy. She than tells me, I'll have the results in 2 to 3 hours because they are short staffed. Well, it's been 4 hrs and haven't heard anything yet. My question is why not cancel the test, or just do your job and get everyone's results to them in the 15 min span of the rapid test like it should be done so no back log of calling or piling up the extra work...I could've went ssomewhere else.

Pitiful service, but from looking at the reviews I'm not the only one who thinks that.I went yesterday for a COVID test, they couldn't do the test because of an error in their system. Fine, weird but fine. I come back today and they tell me they're closed for lunch a few minutes early and refuse to perform it. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!

The pharmacy staff has always been great. I starting using CVS a few months ago. Unfortunately, the price of my medicine increases 25% each visit. Today I paid $30 and could have filled it down the street for $11. It's time to switch again!

The young girl behind the counter in the pharmacy wouldn’t let me talk to the pharmacist, I complained on the 1-800-cvs number and the district manager was suppose to call me back and never did. I had a prescription question all she did was cross her arms and told me they couldn’t help me. It was related to my injectible medication and how they forgot to give me a syringe, went to another CVS and they took care of me. It was the most worst experience in my life. I’ve never been treated that way, it’s a shame since it’s so close to my house.

This was my first time visiting CVS because I recently moved to the area and was very pleased with the service. They were able to fill my medicine and even called to say it was ready. (Mark) was extremely pleasant and was able to answer any questions I had. Glad I chose this pharmacy over all others.

Was on hold for over 10 mins with no answer. Had to drive across town to the store just to see the cost of my RX. I got to the pharmacy, the phone was ringing and the pharmacist told the technicians to not answer it and it continued to ring while I was at the counter. I was astounded. I wasted gas to find out the staff wasn’t answering the phones. Will NOT be refilling here again.

I don't think the pharmacist could care less about his job. Didn't talk to customers directly, and acted as if questions that were asked were stupid. Questions pertaining to effects of mixing OTC cold medication with prescription high dosage NSAID. I was not impressed and will be switching pharmacies. Nothing positive came from my experience at this location.

Delia McDowell is the main reason to AVOID this store when she is working. She is HATEFUL and will openly scream at you. Her manager Lena Couch is completely oblivious and looks like a deer caught in the headlights when you bring this to her attention. She was standing two feet away during an entire transaction where Delia was making snide remarks and telling customers to shop somewhere else if they didn’t like her attitude. Delia scares away business and our family will no longer shop here because of her disgusting attitude. I would say she was under the stress of current situations BUT I have heard from friends and other family members that she has always been like this. I’ve never been treated this way at Walgreens and will continue my business with them.

I went to this particular CVS to get some photos printed . A young lady named Jessica greeted us at the door , and she was the definition of CUSTOMER SERVICE at its best. She was helpful, attentive, and polite beyond what I could illustrate thru this review. I hope management takes notice!

I have never had a problem at this store. Everybody is so nice & helpful. They always ask if they can help you find something that you are looking for. I have not used the pharmacy at a CVS store before, so I can't give a comment on the pharmacy area.

I used to go in here for everything, now I hate the self checkout and nobody is ever in the front. Today the pharmacy put me on hold for nearly 20 minutes, they don't even ask they just stick you on hold. I gave up, I can drive there in less time than that. I am certainly not switching to this place now.

The location at Lone pine and Battlefield is a complete joke. Staff is IGNORANT, RUDE, and COMPLETELY INEPT! A trained ferret could fill a prescription better than these Dollar store clerks. GO TO TARGET TRUST ME! This would be Zero Stars if it would let me.

I had a covid test done June 25 and today's July 2nd. Theyve given me no resluts and will not get back to my email. Its really frustrating. Every one else I know has gotten their results back in a day or two.

The moment my husband walked through the door the staff accused him of theft publicly in front of other customers. And with no proof and my husband emptying his pockets he was able to leave. Cannot believe they condone public humiliation with or with out proof. How dare they!
