I've had enough. Short hours that are difficult for working customers, closing before stated time, and actually being verbally berated in front of other customers - that's been a few months ago. I'm just tired of not being able to pick up my medications in a timely fashion when my Dr has ordered them, because they are almost always closed when I'm able to go pick them up. I'm going to see my Dr tomorrow morning for my checkup. I'll ask him to send my scripts to another nearby pharmacy that is very near my home and has better hours.

I understand th 1.8 star rating. Needed insulin needles for my cat. Waited for a while to get help. Then was told I needed a prescription sent over even though it had my name and cat on the tag. I was upset. Lady mouthed off as i walked away about needing a prescription, like I'm an addict. Went down the street to walgreens and was immediately helped. Make sure the gauge size and length were all correct to get her the proper dosages. If they are going to have a policy like that then it needs to be posted so people don't stand for 5 to 10 minutes waiting to be helped and can go on somewhere else and not waste their time. Noticed the review before me also was talked to inappropriately. Looks like it's time to clean house and rehire.

The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They told me they were out of stock on some basic antibiotic ear drops 30 minutes before they closed. I then called Walgreens nearby to get the prescription transferred over. The Walgreens pharm tech called me back and said that this CVS hung up on her. I called this CVS and they said "they'll deal with it tomorrow." - when they still were supposed to be open for 20 minutes! I wound up having to call the doctor to transfer. Absolutely horrendous service, incredibly slow when they are open, and closed far more than their hours say they are. Never using CVS again.

So recently, the pharmacy has closed on the weekends. So my concern is what do you do if your rx will only let you refill it the day after your last dose. We'll what if that is on a Sat or Sunday? Are you just suppose to go without? So that is my biggest issue currently. They are not very friendly and some of the help up there have zero personality. That's my take.

I changed insurances and was calling to have a prescription moved to another pharmacy that took my insurance and the person on the phone berated me for not just paying for it out of pocket because they didn't think it costed that much. Ridiculous.They're also closed half of the time they're supposed to be open.

If it was possible to give 0 stars that’s what they would get. Did you know that you can schedule a Minute Clinic appointment, and them actually be closed?? It was wonderful to find out that I wasted my time making the appointment, driving across town, and to be told “Oh. I didn’t even know it would let you do that.” Never mind that I’m in need of medical help, oh well. Never will I step foot in a CVS again.

This pharmacy situation has spiraled out of control since the pandemic. Not only is this pharmacy extremely understaffed but they are always rude, unprepared and unprofessional. My Wife called to ask about insurance issues with our Daughters medication and the woman on the phone was trying to figure it out. Not only was my Wife patient but she was kind and the woman was rude. She interrupted my Wife and said, you need to hold so I can do my job. Excuse me? That’s not how you speak to a customer. Then after my Wife was waiting she hung up on her. My Wife called and asked to speak to her supervisor and she was rude again after my Wife said she hung up on her “pretty sure I didn’t hang up on you.” And when my Wife asked to speak to the supervisor she said “YOU’LL be waiting a LONG time.” Just ridiculous! The supervisor was rude as well and blamed that they are short staffed and having “hard times” as the excuse for rude behavior!

Went in just now to get an ankle brace for my boyfriend and I was the only person in there. The store clerk made sure to be in the aisle next to me and then in the same aisle as me watching my every move. I understand that people steal and it's your job to prevent that, but maybe one associate could watch the cameras, while one stands by cash register instead of making a customer feel like they are doing something wrong. I'm not one to leave reviews, but this seriously was not okay and I will not be back because of it. It's no wonder you have terrible reviews, you all lack customer service in so many different aspects.

Worst CVS pharmacy I've ever been to. I am just trying to pick up one prescription. Go to the drive thru and it is closed even though it is during their normal hours of operation and it was not during their lunch break hours either. So I come back the next day but go inside since their drive thru had been closed the previous day. Not one person waited on me or acknowledges me. I stand there for at least 20 minutes until I finally ask if somebody can help me? One of the pharmacy workers just turns her back on me and doesn't say a word. Then a different woman comes up and she says that they don't have a prescription for me. I had received a text saying it was ready. So I asked where it was and it's at a different CVS pharmacy location, which that part was my fault, so I asked if they could transfer it to their CVS and they said no. So I walked out agitated. I got the pharmacy location wrong which is my fault. But the fact that I stood there for at least 20 minutes without being acknowledd and their drive-through is not consistently open is unacceptable. And when I was standing there without being acknowledged they waited on 10 to 12 vehicles while I was standing there waiting. Only 3 vehicles were in that line when I went inside. So they just ignore customers apparently that walk into CVS, when you think they would prioritize customers inside since people normally buy other things when they walk inside the store. I will not be back to that particular store And I probably will not use CVS ever again.

I have never in my life been treated so poorly. The pharmacist on shift was extremely rude and in is own words pretty much told me he didn't care about my daughter's pain. Caught him not one but 3 lies. The young girl with the long red braid was such a sweetheart. You can tell she was embarrassed by the way he spoke to me.. when I called to apologize to her she stated that's how he treat all employees as well. I will be contacting corporate this is not fair and that poor young lady should not be treated like she was. .

Zero stars if it was an option. They are never open. Even when they are supposed to be. The staff is horribly rude and uneducated. They refuse to fill prescriptions after emergency surgeries or transfer to other locations that can even when the pharmacy has a full staff behind the counter. Go anywhere else.

THUMBS DOWN FOR PHARMACY. It clearly states on Google that the pharmacy is open until 8 PM. I drove across town after work, tired and wasted my time and gas to get my prescription that I need to sleep. Please change your pharmacy times to 7 PM if that's when you are going to close. The attendant at the front desk said the pharmacist was there alone so she decided to leave early. Please change your time on Google or hire a pharmacist that isn't lazy

Worst Pharmacy in Springfield, MO, when it’s open that is. It is holding my husbands’ prescription hostage. Twice this week, including today, a sign posted in drive-thru that “pharmacy is closed due to lack of pharmacist!” Well, borrow a few from other locations long enough for your customers to transfer their scripts to a different pharmacy that is actually operational. This CVS pharmacy has completely fallen apart! Such a shame.

(Same blonde lady everyone else who left a poor review has been complaining about) RUDE NURSE IN PHARMACY!! Berating a customer who already isn’t feeling well is so wrong. It’s a minute clinic not the ER. Being 5 minutes late doesn’t excuse the attitude she gave. Atrocious and very telling. Maybe look for a job in a different field if you lack basic human empathy.

Well here we go…. “Manager” named Crystal…red hair with glasses lady in case she gave me the wrong name since she wasn’t even wearing a name tag being the manager and all. VERY VERY rude. I had another horrible experience at this location. The first time going there I had told my self I would never shop there again but wanted to give it another try… now my second attempt to shop and use my ExtraCare rewards and coupons seemed to be an issue to this woman. Same lady who made my first time at this location and issue. The whole purpose of me shopping at CVS is because of the great deals… not only did I need assistance with the checkout machine and needed to cancel my order and restart because my coupons weren’t applying this Lady made it loud and clear for everyone behind me to hear that I could only do Two transactions using coupons. And that I would have to let the people behind me go ahead of me because they weren’t using “coupons”!!!!! I waited for two very nice customers to check out… older ladies who witnessed the whole situation not only check out but used paper coupons and use their extra-care card! I would of never in my life though something so disturbing would happen to me. The people behind me not only couldn’t believe how this woman was talking to me and in front of my 4 year old. I asked to speak to another manager and she laughed it off and said he was off this day. After finally being able to do my shopping the machine wasn’t working or taking more coupons. At that point I was just ready to leave but before leaving and canceling yet again my transaction “manager crystal” handed me a paper with a number to call and make a complain…This woman shouldn’t be a manager or a team lead I know me not shopping at this location won’t make a difference but being treated like that today in front of my son and all the other customers behind me was disgusting. CVS has the app for great deals and using coupons to get a even better deal shouldn’t be an issue.

12-23-2021 well here we are again waiting in the drive thru to pickup prescription. Line of 4 cars, only one lane open. Taking 23 minutes still haven't made it to window to be waited on. What is wrong with this company. I wouldn't come here but insurance dictates that I must. Either close down your stores. Or hires people that are trained in a pharmacy positions.Terrible service. Rude personal. Slowest service even when there are no other customers.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to . Rude the pharmacist asian dude very rude he wouldn't return a meter that I can't use he said I kept it to long. I bought on the 12th and went back the 13th the pharmacist was the only one working the line was so long drive thru shut down so I waited till 16th and I had it to long and my medicine is never ready when they tell me it will be this store needs to do better or shut their doors I'm going somewhere else

The woman in the pharmacy department is awful. Young blonde very attractive and extremely unprofessional. (Description bcuz I can't remember her name lol) She was far more interested in being argumentative and uncooperative than she was in being helpful and serving customers. I reported her to CVS headquarters and they don't really seem to care. I can spend my money elsewhere.

I go there to get my stuff all the time and I’ve never really had any bad experiences and I’m saying this as of September 2022 they’ve all been very friendly to me and they have not screwed up my orders there or anything, so yeah I’m going to leave a good review because I see no reason not to I’ve been treated courteous and have not had any problems most of my experiences are going through the drive-through to get my medicine I’ve only had a few interactions inside the store none of which were horrible.PeaceR

I accidentally left my wallet at the store a week ago. They kept it in the office safe until I called today and found it where it was. Fortunately nothing was missing and I was able to pick it up easily and quickly.

The lady was SO rude at the drive through. Do not recommend this cvs. I’d drive across town just to go to a different one. Will be reporting this lady’s attitude.
