OK today my experience with my food was awful. As you can see, my bacon is raw I had to the drive thru people 4 times to ask for strawberry jelly.I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with a cherry limeade at around 10:20 AM Sunday, February 11Th. I normally come during the week I have never had a problem. I ordered the same thing every time anytime that I come on the weekend on a Sunday it seems as though nobody knows what they’re doing and they cook raw food do better Brahms. I’m not sure what’s going on .

Always great food, especially for fast food, and you have to save room for some ice cream. I've never heard of any other fast food place that comes close to the quality of their ice cream.One of the best chains in the Midwest. They have most of the basics in their market that most people make special grocery runs for - bread, milk, eggs and produce. Wish they existed close to where we live but we tend to find one when we pass through their market regions.

Not all Braum's are created equal. Our family moved to Missouri over a year ago and fell in love with Braum's. Great atmosphere, good food and wonderful ice cream! We were up in Springfield last night and decided to hit up Braum's so that we didn't have to wait 15 minutes for our local Braum's. Big mistake!This Braum's ran out of our favorite flavor (Peanut Butter Cup) and got our order wrong. We waited in the drive thru for what seemed like a long time to just get two ice cream cones. Looking back, we should have just waited until we got to the Braum's that we know and love. Also, look at the ice creams. One of those is a double dip, and one is a single. That's the smallest double dip I have ever received at a Braum's. Sad that two of the same restaurants can be so different!

This is our local Braums that we used to frequent often. But recently the quality of the food has been going down hill. Primarily, it has been the breakfast. Orders also have not been right, mistakes happen, but the quality of the food is something that can be controlled for the most part during preparation. This morning my wife stopped to get 4 breakfast bagel sandwiches. The bagels were so uneven that one side was barely being held together after they were sliced. Portion size is also not very good. My bagel was burned on one side of the bagel and the cheese looked like it was put on 3 days ago. See pics.** Update 12/1/22 **My wife and I stopped by on our way home after eating dinner out. Decided we wanted to grab some ice cream and reluctantly went in.Absolutely surprised we were approached almost immediately by a new manager we had never seen before, order was taken, orders were being prepared and paid for in the first couple of minutes. Then the same manager immediately help another customer that had already ordered, grab what they needed and asked us again if we were good. Before this new manager we would have stood at the ice cream for at least 5 minutes while employees walked by and never acknowledged us.Hoping this is a new trend for this store. Didnt catch the managers name but things seemed to be running very smooth. A lot of familiar faces so not like it was a complete staff change, just seems to be better leadership.

Went to this braums today for lunch 8/10/23 and ordered a hamburger, they gave me a double cheeseburger. I went back to get it corrected and instead of making me a fresh burger they literally just took off the one patty that had cheese and left the rest and gave it back to me. I dis t check it until i was gone and saw that there was still cheese all over it. I cannot have cheese at all so my lunch was ruined and money wasted. The employees and manager are very lazy and do not care at all. The manager is who handed the burger back to me. This is completely unacceptable and goes against food standards of rehanding food out the window. Never going here again!!!

First review about this store: Not sure why this braums is the only one I have issues with but it is. I like Braums in general so this review isn't about all braums just this one. On our order today our buns were all burned and the chicken tenders didn't have dipping sauce even after asking specifically for it (this location has forgotten many times before). This was a completely unedible meal. I'll probably stick to the next closest one instead of this one.

Specifically asked for a lot of picante sauce for the breakfast burritos bc before they forget to put some in the bag....well what do you know. I guess I should have dug through the bag at the bottom to be sure. I looked in the bag seen all our food was there and figured the sauce was on bottom...nope. it's a simple ask that makes the breakfast even better. They failed before and failed again. I'm done going to your "restaurant".

I give all stars, but I'm just gonna complain. One thing when you go to see a person at a Doctor's appointment. You expect to see them in person, not on a tablet.And you can't see them at all, but they can see you. It's kinda strange weird at the same time. Because you don't know who you're talking to on the other side cause you can't see them

We were in town for the Bass Pro event and stopped here on the way out….fantastic service and the food was great. That Braun sauce is similar to another chains sauce, but I think it’s way better!!

This was my first meal at this location. I arrived before the rest of my party. While I waited, I observed the store manager, Perry Smith, work with his team (mostly young workers). They worked excellently and positively together. Mr. Smith led them in a very positive manner. He spoke to them respectfully and also motivated them at the same time. He also complimented and thanked his workers. Even though they were always crazy busy, everyone was very respectful and friendly. Impressed does not even begin to describe what I felt. Mr. Smith's team seem as lucky to have him, as he is to have them. Wow!Also food was fresh and hot! I like Braum's food!

All fast foods practice drive through first... That being said, It should not mean the customers that have walked in get ignored.We simply went in for an ice cream with 4 people in front of us in the ice cream line. After 15 minutes somebody finally came to help those 4 people with their ice cream as well. All the while we stood there watching them get ice cream for the cars in drive through. Plenty of employees doing other things but nobody dedicated to getting ice cream for customers in the store. They would not even look at us standing in line.. I counted 14 people behind us before anybody came to help with the ice cream. 2 of the original 4 in front of us walked out with nothing. No idea how long they had been waiting. I'm sure this was not the staff's fault it was just poor management. I will go to a Braum's at another location before I will ever return here.

Was visiting my father in Springfield and had dinner at Braums on the 7th of November. I ordered a #5 combo which is a bacon cheeseburger, fries and a medium fountain drink. The burger was one of the best fast food burgers I've had in a long time, they even tolerated my pickiness and made it without onions or pickles.The service was very fast and friendly. I even got an ice cream scoop afterwards. Braum's ice cream puts all the major chain ice cream stores I've tried to shame. The quality was top notch. And a unique feature of Braums is that they have a fresh market attached to the restaurant. Definitely a must visit if you're in Springfield Missouri.
