We drove over an hour to Springfield to go to the emergency vet clinic only to find out that it didn’t open until 6pm. We called so many places desperate to find someone to help us with our dachshund. Dr Callahan’s office didn’t have any availability but after finding out that we drove so far to be seen Dr Callahan squeezed us into her schedule. Dr. Callahan was thorough with our pup and she did what she thought was best and kept her overnight to try helping her as what her labs showed seemed to be something that could be treated. Unfortunately, the next morning I received a heartbreaking call from Dr Callahan letting me know that my beautiful Daphne had passed away in the night. As heartbroken as I am, I know that Dr. Callahan did everything she could for my sweet girl. The day she passed Dr. Callahan answered my questions, she allowed me to come back to their office to kiss my girl one last time, she gave me the gift of her foot prints and she helped me through the process of deciding to cremate my girl so she will always be with me. I am grieving my girl but I will always be thankful for the care that Bradford Clinic showed me and my Daphne. Thank you Heather for returning my calls, for getting us in when you didn’t have to, and for just being such a kind soul. Dr. Callahan, thank you for trying to help my girl, for dealing with me being hysterical, for answering all my questions, for allowing me to come see my girl one last time, for being so kind and caring, and for being there for us when no one else was. Thank you for everything.

Always so nice and easy to work with. I've taken my cat there since I got her and they take amazing care of her. All the staff that I have interacted with have been very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend letting them take care of your fur baby.

I’m moving this month and sadly have to say goodbye to the bradford park staff. I have never once had a bad experience with any of their vets or vet techs. The front office is always so kind and cheerful on the phone even when I know they are busy and overwhelmed.I think I’ve seen most of the vets, and I can truly say they all have your fur babies best interests in mind.I love Dr. Annie, and recommend her highly to any new patients. She is the sweetest person and I can tell she genuinely cares about my animals (all 6 of them).Dr. O’Keefe was also amazing to my dog Luna, she took awesome care of her in a time of uncertainty.Dr. Chilla is also a delight!The only complaint I can thing of are the prices, but my animals are priceless so it doesn’t bother me much. I know medical equipment and medicine is pricey so it’s understandable.I’ll miss you guys being my primary vet! Thanks for being so awesome and know I appreciate everything you’ve done for my fur babies. Nami, Crowley, Yuga, Ahri, Nea, and Luna all say thank you too! 🐱🐶

Honestly the best vet experience I’ve ever had. My dog was seen immediately and quickly returned back to us. The vet Dr O’keefe was kind and educated us on his condition in the most relatable way. The price was about what I expected, mid range but for a reason. Awesome all around. Thank you! We’ll be back after my baby finishes his antibiotics and then we’ll be established patients for good.

Dr. Enderson was extremely kind and thorough in examining my sweet kitty Theodore for his uneven eye dilation. He also sent additional information on his care, and helped make referrals to a veterinary eye specialist to help us further explore his condition to find a cause. He is wonderful, I can't say enough good things. I've never met another veterinarian who I think matches his care, kindness, and attention to detail. Thank you so much!

Great place to take your pets. I came here a little nervous because I had just switched vets but everyone was super friendly and they genuinely cared about my cat that I was having looked at. Even though I was the last appointment that they had before closing, the vet took the time to do a thorough examination of my cat. I will definitely be going here from now on!

Amazing experience going to Bradford. We left feeling absolutely heard and not shunned away for pets health conditions or age. It was very easy to communicate our concerns and get the info we needed to help our pup. I would recommend Bradford Park to any pet owner out there that is looking for a a strong approach on helping out your fur babies and feeling confident leaving know you got amazing help.

I was very worried when I first arrived but she was so kind and professional and eased my anxieties immediately with her personable approach. The facility was clean and vet techs were lovely as well. This was my first visit having relocated to the Midwest. I loved my vet in Washington and was referred by a new neighbor. I found Dr Annie to be kind and nurturing to my beloved cat as well as taking time to explain the possible reasons for his breathing problems. The vet tech, Mike, was also very gentle and caring with handling my boy. I’m happy to have found this clinic and highly recommend them.

This is a great vet hospital. They are a trustworthy place to take my furry family members and they have always provided a high level of care for our babies. We see Dr. Zacharias and have followed her for several years. She is absolutely amazing and one of the few Drs. I truly trust my babies with. Dr Z. is incredibly smart and knowledgeable and is always spot on with her diagnosis and treatment. Lately we’ve been seeing another Dr. here as well due to scheduling conflicts and she’s wonderful too. She’s very kind and is so sweet to my babies. I have full trust knowing that my babies will receive high quality care here and the team does an excellent job. They run a very professional and efficient office. I highly recommend Dr. Z and her colleagues. Thank you all from the bottom of our heart.

I had never used this Vet before but I had a bit of an emergency and my primary Vet was going to be closed for the holiday and couldn’t get us in. I called Bradford Park and they were able to get me in for same day appointment. They were super sweet with my dog and very informative. They kept great communication as they took my dog back for X-rays and vaccines, so I would know what was going on and how he was responding every step. I’m very appreciative of this team and definitely will be bringing my animals back!

March 11th was my first visit to Bradford Park Vet. I adopted a kitten from the Humane Society and she was having some tummy troubles. I grew concerned and contacted them yesterday morning. They were able to get me in that same day because they had an urgent care doctor there. I noticed the receptionist who took my call was extremely friendly and personable. When I first arrived for my appointment the staff at the front desk provided an excellent first impression. They were extremely friendly, personable, and professional. I could tell which receptionist had taken my call by her voice and interaction with me at the desk. She leaves quite the impression on the phone and in person. I don’t recall her name but she sits on the right hand side of the desk. I also had some interaction when leaving with both receptionists because they were so enamored with my little Willow, and they were both so sweet! The tech who assisted me initially showed great care and compassion for my little kitty Willow. He was extremely friendly and attentive, and you could tell he genuinely loves and cares for animals. He did a great job leading me through the appointment and was very gentle with Willow. The doctor, Callahan, was very friendly and helpful. She explained what they were doing and checking on Willow and answered all of my questions regarding feeding and watering for my new kitten. They checked a little Willow for worms and parasites but she was negative so they started her on a probiotic to be put in her food. I started her on it yesterday when I got her home from the vet and again this morning. I can already tell a difference in her stool and can tell she seems to be feeling better. The staff also took some snapshots of my little Willow and asked if they could share them to their social media pages. It made my day that my little Willow was an instant superstar at the vet. All the staff went nuts over my little Willow and just thought she was the sweetest cutest thing ever! Willow and I have found our fur-ever vet home! Thank you to all the staff at Bradford for making Willow and I feel so at home!

So thankful for this group of veterinarians and techs. I have had 2 dogs who have had skin issues for over 6 months. I have been to a smaller clinic for about 4 times over the 6 months with no test or answers, and just a different medicines each time to give.The veterinarian instally took skin samples and was able to describe not only medicine, but walked me through everything in detail I could do at home to help them.

I am so incredibly thankful for the staff here. I came home from work to find my cat in respiratory distress. Even though I had never been to this vet before they got me in immediately. My cat was unfortunately very sick. The vet gave us the option of taking her home and bringing her back in when it was time to say goodbye. A few days later we came back and that staff was once again amazing. They gave me all the time I needed and a paw print of my sweet girl. They were so kind during this terrible day and I appreciate it so much. I have found a new vet for my future pets.

My visit to Bradford Park was exceptional. Dr. Wittu and staff were very helpful, professional and compassionate. They dealt with my little cat as if she were a member of their family and I appreciate it. Had used them in 2007 when my Victor Kittiakis had cancer and Dr. Sifferman bought us 4 additional years with him. Thank God there are places like this!

I just moved here from out of state, and this was the first place I took my baby (miniature dachshund). Dr. Annie was wonderful and so was the vet tech, I believe his name was Mike. They were both very kind and helpful. I will definitely be using Bradford Park again in the future!

They are obviously more worried about their money than they are their patients or owners. If you call in with a question or concern the front office will have to call you back which they never do, there is no follow-up unless you continue to call them. And for patients traveling an hour plus to be seen they will call to cancel your appointment as you are about to pull in their parking lot. I called to have my pets records transferred to another vet office and the rude lady at the front said “gladly”. I guess they have too many patients as they don’t care to lose a few.

Dr. Enderson is such a great vet! He really takes the time necessary to take care of your pets. You can tell that he is passionate about what he does. He spends more time with my dogs and listening to me than my primary care physician does with me and my family. Incredible vet!

My little dog was absolutely screaming in pain without pause with other symptoms and I didn’t know why. I called 7 vet offices, including her primary veterinarian, but no would take her despite being an emergency and the emergency clinic was closed. Not knowing what was wrong of course I was balling my eyes out thinking my dog was dying in my arms and no one would help her.I called Bradford Park, explained the situation, and they examined her immediately.They have dedicated rotating staff ready for emergencies. During the examination the veterinarian had great bedside manner; she even sat down to talk to me eye level since I and my dog were on the floor. She was happy to take time to not only treat the dog but throughly explain their concerns and reassure me.Thankfully it turned out the issue wasn’t life threatening thus could be treated with rest and medication. I am eternally grateful to Bradford Park for taking care of us when no one else would and providing outstanding care.
