I usually find some good food item deals here. They also have some good quality furniture, including great mattresses. Staff is friendly.

Really loved the store. Found the most beautiful metal yard flowers. Such a surprise and I will look for more to come. Nice employees too. They were helpful and kind not like others stores which I find and fuse and too busy to answer a question…

This store is looking so much better. It is organized and well stocked. It's also nice to see a store manager really cares about having a quality store to shop in. They earned back my business on Battlefield. Highly recommend shopping at Big Lots on Battlefield.

If you understand the concept of what a closeout store is, this place is always fun. I like to go in just to see what I find whether that be a great deal on snack foods or quick canned goodies or a random piece of electronics. It's rarely going to be the best quality but the prices can be great. I've also seen great deals on furniture as well.

It had been quite a while since I had been to big lots. When we browsed the store, I found that the prices were higher than I felt they should be for Big Lots. The store was messy and broken products laying around. It's okay if you have time to find a product through the damaged ones but Walmart seems to be just as cost effective.

I was so distraught looking for a couch! I found one! not only was it a great deal by i had the very best sales accociate!! Its been a couple of weeks since we bought our couch but still I remember her name. Dessa made everything happen and saved me after my dog ate my couch! within 48 hours I was sitting on my new one in my living room!

This place is definitely not like it used to be. They still have good prices and good stuff just not as big variety as it used to. I've been coming here for years and it's sad to see that it looks like it's going to close. They're not very busy anymore and it makes me sad because it's such a great place. All the workers thus far has been amazing. I couldn't complain about any of them. Please bring back more variety!!

Just a standard discount store . Furniture is where it’s at . AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE . Cashier help us save $$$ and will be forever grateful.Even helped get us approved for 12 months free financing on credit card .Then they loaded up furniture for us in the car

I went to purchase furniture at Big Lots today and their computer system was not working correctly. The customer service I received from Kelly and Keegan (I might have misspelled their names, and I apologize if I did) was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to assist in every way they could and, while they were unable to get the sytem to work the way it was supposed to, that was of no fault to them; they did everything they could to figure it out on my behalf. I was super impressed; you do not receive 5 star treatment everywhere. I will definitely shop there again. Thank you both so much!

I was very impressed to find the same discount prices as last year; this store definitely has beautiful items at discount prices. The groceries are also at very reasonable prices. Lots of $1 items available for families on a budget. Love this store; 5 Star excellent customer service.❤️

I really enjoy this store. The highlight is the furniture and the cheap batteries. Their clearance section is great! Already low prices down 50%. I would definitely recommend browsing through the store. Some of the food item prices were not the best, so shop critically. The parking lot is not great, so better to go when it's not so busy.

I prefer the Big Lots in Harrison Ark. Amy is always great there. But, the one on National is nice also. They are working hard to transition to returning to school. Employees work very hard at both stores.

Customer Service was on point! Everything was well organized! Even had a decent smell! Per usual in these troubling times the cleansing wipes and some toiletries were missing but that isnt really the stores fault. All in all with the upkeep of the store Big Lots deserves a 5 star rating!

Always fun browsing for unnecessary plastic objects. 🤣 Store was clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly and efficient. Store was not busy during my visit. Is it just me or has their furniture become a bit too pricey?Still fun to browse for unnecessary plastic objects.

They have a variety of things and some good prices but I love to buy their green tea. Used to be a hundred bags and then a while back I bought two boxes of 365 bags. It is really good tea mild which I like. They don't always carry it though and that was my reason for going. I usually have at least two three or four cups a day.Hardly go there anymore because they dont have their good bulk green tea. That was what go me in there & I would buy other items.

Big lots has changed over the years & definitely for the better. The furniture they now carry is very nice & reasonably priced. I've not purchased anything yet because of the dimensions on furniture that I need but I keep checking & hoping they'll eventually have that 1 set that works for me.

So very disappointed....We were going to purchase a sectional and had an agreed upon price....Got to the register and the manager, with whom we negotiated the price, stated that she had made an "error" in generql calculation and that it was going to be an additional $100...We walked away and will NOT go back....
