We just moved to Springfield and we needed to replace flour stove and when we came into Best Buy we ask two guys where they were and they just pointed to where they were and continued their conversation. Meghan M asked if we needed help and walked us to the stoves and helped set up our delivery and installation date and everything. That's good customer service.

We had been out to dinner and on the way home I noticed we were across the street from the Best Buy store and with that remembered I had just run out of printer ink and needed it, so we drove over there. We got to the door and the nice young man told us they were just closed and I asked if we could just quickly get some printer ink. After some joking around, he welcomed us in and then another young man led us right to where we needed to be and helped us get the type we needed. Then we checked out and they told us of a special they were running that would save us some money. This took about another 5 minutes but when we were all finished, they were all still very friendly and smiling and thanking us for coming in.My end impression overall: great customer service, fast, thorough, efficient, and I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all even though it was time for them to get to go home. Great store, clean, neat, organized and I will return there for my needs. Thanks to all who helped us!

Very knowledgeable about a variety of products, she helped us filter through the selection and find a few new products that best suited our needs and went above and beyond what I've ever experienced before from a Best Buy sales representative! You know, it's best buy. They want you to get their card and all that and that's cool. I'm into PC building and they have really nice gear. I wouldn't expect the workers to be as advanced in what I need, but they don't need to be. They're helpful and polite. I'll keep coming back.

Walked in an employee stationed at the front entrance asked me if I needed any help. I said yes and told the young man what I was looking for, (Universal Remote). He gave me instructions to where I would find them. When I reached the area, another pleasant young man was there waiting. This young man helped me with my purchase. Telling me which Universal Remote worked the best for Sony, etc brands. I was in and out within 10 minutes or less. Wonderful!!! I highly recommend Best Buy, especially when you're not sure. You get the facts! Thank you Best Buy!!!

Well, I was there with my daughter. She was looking for a particular item and I was just sort of wandering around. What I liked though was that this store had a lot of employees and they are all ready to help you. That's great, not a lot of people are experts in choosing electronic stuff and need help.

cannot access the store through the telephone. it put you through other people and when you ask to talk to a real person in the store .they send you to permanent hold . so very bad customer service for warrant issues.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE TO DO A WARRANTY. You cannot talk to the store by phone. been waiting for Eli to call

We ordered 4 tv’s over 4,000 dollars when they came to install they were very rude treated my nephew like he was not able to use his mind because he’s in a wheelchair because he has cerebral palsy they wouldn’t listen to him and put the tv on the wall by the corner of the room obviously they couldn’t use what brains they thought they had worse experience I’ve ever had with them before they said they would put it where they wanted and said they not be hooking up the surround sound …..

Place is always clean, well designed, and well staffed. I usually stop by here every few months to pickup items at their front desk. Usually in and out in less than a few minutes. Only thing I don't like about the area is the parking or other cars, but that's not their fault. Staff is always friendly and helpful. A business I enjoy seeing stay open through everything.

Been wanting a new gaming PC for a while now. Bought a CyberPower PC and a monitor. Had some questions and needed some help on the floor and was GREATLY helped out by Kenneth! Helped me answer questions or concerns as well as find products scattered throughout the floor. Kenneth also introduced me to the BestBuy Total subscription, which saved me a TON of money on warranties, includes exclusive deals, 24/7 GeekSquad support, Free 2 day shipping, and included warranties for ALL technology and appliances in BestBuy. At first I really didn't want the subscription but a year long warranty for the PC was $20 less than the total subscription, so it was a no brainer to get the subscription which also covers the monitor I bought and future products that I now fully intend on buying from this BestBuy!

I was surprised that even with how busy it was I was in and out with a new TV in less than 30 minutes and I'm very happy with my purchase. I was happy with the service as well. The salesman actually listened to me and didn't try to push a TV or accessories I didn't want on me and got me exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be making more purchases at Best Buy.

Spent 4 hours in store. They lost all of our data and are unwilling to correct the problem. Stating their manager is not obligated to speak to customers so who is responsible to help me? I am asking for customer service if anyone is willing to reach out and help. The store employees were all unwilling to help and unwilling to get a response from their manager. Uncertain what to do now. It’s all our data so it is very important to us. Please, please help me.

Staff is very friendly and willing to help, but unfortunately the days of being able to walk into a tech store and find simple things to fit your needs are gone. Thousands of products on the shelves, one USB storage drive priced at $66.

Lets try to put this stores problem into perspective:*Is a tech store**Doesn't have any SATA data cables*This pretty much summarizes my experience with this store.Also, their website is wrong a good portion of the time. I don't know how many wasted trips I have made just to get up there and a worker to brush me off saying "yea the website is not always right"

Such a great experience! We worked Collin for most of the time to get my sister an iPad she’s been researching for a while. He was so helpful and friendly! When we went to check out, we met his supervisor, Joel, and Nick. The pair of them chatted with us while Collin put all of the information in. Great experience! I definitely recommend working with these guys, especially Collin!

I gave the boot to Walmart and Amazon. Best buy has saved the day for me more than once. They have turned horribly and difficult situations into pleasant and fast situations and I wish I turned to them sooner for my tech needs. These people literally saved Christmas for us this year. I am beyond grateful. We are always treated so well, and they seem to always have what I'm looking for.

Went looking for a scanner. Found a combination copier, scanner, printer. The sales associate was very sweet, patient and brought a cart for us, he wished us a good day. Customer service was sincere and respectful. We appreciated that.

Customer lack of service is atrocious.Was on the phone forever before connecting with a person.Was on hold forever, Was transferred from one department to another.Finally after beening on hold for 20 minutesTalk with a geek squad member.Wasn't interested in correcting the problem.Just pushed selling me a geek squad package.Very disgusting.Will never buy anything of any consequence from Worst Buy again.

Purchased a laptop on sale really great specs. Geek squad maxed out (doubled) the ram for only the cost of the ram, no installation cost. Best Buy has really improved their customer experience.

Ever since the remodel, this store is not as good at customer service. Sales associates do not approach you for help or they are not even around. You ha e to make appointments for tech support, only to be told they will have to take the laptop or device for a week or more! They arent even stocked well. I wanted a Canon battery and charger. Thry only had tthe battery. One of each item like a communist country.

Seems to be a great place. I have been here numerous times. I have had honest service and helpful service. I feel like they Geek Squad workers I have worked with are since in the advice and help they try to give me. I think you that it is a place worth going. The other workers have been helpful and friendly as well. But I do say this, don’t go in if you don’t want to spend money.

I worked at Best Buy ages ago and it had so much more to offer than it does now. They don't even sell music or movies anymore. They just focus on the expensive stuff like computer stuff, TV's, exercise equipment, appliances. It still has some things to offer but not as much anymore

I went into Best Buy for a USB type B cord. I couldn't get anyone to show me where they were at all. One person said they don't stock them, one said they were out of stock, and another pointed towards the radios and said over there somewhere. The most helpful person was training and didn't know where to look for them but at least he tried before we both gave up and I left.

Springfield MO location. If you need to find someone to assist you with Television purchasing, go see Megan. Was very impressed with her and her knowledge was very good. We purchased that 85" samsung with the sound system. The visit was great, no sales pressure, just advising us to help make the right purchase. That is the way I want to buy something. A personal advisor there to help me make the right decision in a good environment.

My family and I came in yesterday afternoon to get a new gaming monitor for our nephew, and wasn't able to find the one he was wanting. We were instantly greeted by an employee by the name of Coltan, who wasn't only extremely courteous, he was also patient and very informative with helping us find a monitor that was actually better than the one we were looking for! By the end of the day, we ended up getting a new monitor and being informed of the difference in keyboards ( which I didn't even know was a thing), which led to us grabbing a keyboard as well. Thanks for all your help Coltan, would definitely say he deserves a raise, representing your company in such a great way!
