The staff has always been courteous and helpful but most recently Angie, Maggie, and Tasha went the extra mile to assure my long hair German Shepherd, Marley, received the cut and grooming she needs this fall. We have a shih tzu, maltese, poodle mix, named Mylo. We take our pets to the country club veterinary hospital right next door. They are the ones that recommended the Barker shop. The barber shop is the only place I've taken Mylo to be groomed because they did such a great job the very first time and they were so friendly and nice to me and Mylo. The veterinarian recommended them and they did such a good job the very first time. There's no reason for me to go anywhere else!!!

I just left the Barker Shoppe, just took both of my doggies there to have their nails clipped. This is by far my favorite spot! They always do such a a GREAT job! They never hurt my dogs while clipping their nails, and my Bull Dog is very difficult, cause she has been hurt before, but the Barker Shoppe girls always do a very thorough job regardless.I highly recommend!

The lady that checked us in this morning was extremely rude! She physically pushed my dog away from her and told her to get away.Also, very rudely reminded me they were not open until 7:30, when I was very aware when they opened. I was letting my dog go potty before she was groomed. If they treat my dog this way in front of me, I can't imagine how they're going to treat her when I'm not around. They have lost my business. I will never be back!

I took my cavpoo over there for the first time 1/26/24 yesterday I have use pampered paws since he was pup. he's 4 now .There no longer around. I have been to three other groomers in the last year with nightmare results . Barker people did such amazing job, they listen how I wanted Trey to look. He look just like I wanted him to. Hats off to them they will be by groomer from now on

I’ve taken my girl to 2 other groomers who claimed they could not give her a hair cut. Then I found Barker Shoppe and seriously could not be any happier! They did such a wonderful job with her & gave her a true hair cut that she desperately needed. Staff is very kind and friendly. I would recommend this place for any pet owner that’s struggling to find a good groomer! They are great!

We took Boone, our 17 week goldendoodle, to Barker Shoppe to be groomed. When I called, I really appreciated a timely appointment and a staff member who was very friendly. When we dropped Boone off, we met the groomer. She made us feel great about leaving our boy in her hands. When we picked him up, he looked so handsome and most of all happy!! I am very pleased with the service especially, for this being Boone’s first grooming experience. He was returned in excellent shape! I found their pricing to be very reasonable as well. We can’t wait to return! Thank you Barker Shoppe!

Was not shopping there was next door at rescue one picking up dog food and the staff came out and greeted our dog's with big bowl of water and even invited us in out of the heat I appreciated everything that they did for us so I give them thumbs up. Our 3 kids

Don't take your dogs here. The owner allows her employees to drink on the job and refuses to treat her good employees with respect. He literally smelled like a Jack Daniel terrier.

Worst experience ever. Barker Shoppe came highly recommended so I brought my two dogs for grooming. They had my dogs for 9 hours and they didn’t even get fully groomed! It takes weeks to get a grooming appointment in this town and my poor older dog can’t walk without slipping because they didn’t get to her feet or her head. NINE HOURS! They didn’t even apologize; their communication is awful. They were so rude and my dogs were traumatized. Never again!

Absolutely LOVE the Barker Shoppe!!! We boarded our 2 year old Brittany Mix Ruby and her little brother Wally who is a Pekingese and also 2 while we went to Florida on vacation. We called a few times to check in our our kiddos and they were so gracious and gave us updates and didn't make us feel like wackos for inquiring like another place I will not mention. We will use the Barker Shoppe for all of our fur kiddos needs from now on! They are amazing people who truly love animals!!!

We have taken Ella to Barker Shop for daycare since we got her and she always has a great time. She had her first overnight stay last weekend and seemed to do great! Drop off was smooth and pick up during the Sunday window went well also. We will continue to use Barker Shop.

This place came highly recommended to us, but I don't understand how. Poor customer service, excuses, and an inability to groom an elderly dog in 9 hours. How? I feel like they overbooked and then make really poor excuses for their inability to do the job.

We love Angie!! Honestly as the craziest dog mom I know, there’s not anyone I would leave my dog with outside of family. She’s been grooming Callie for several years and she goes above and beyond every chance she can to care for my senior, anti social, not exactly adaptable baby.

I have not used the groomer at Barker Shoppe. I have been thrilled with the outstanding care that my setter and my foster setter receive when they are being boarded. I am uber cautious when it comes to boarding my animals.

Tegan did an awesome job with our little Pomeranian boy. The shop was clean and very busy with return customers. I learned that you need to call ahead for some services. I really liked their services and Tegan for taking care of our boy.

From setting up the appointment, calling with questions before hand to actually dropping my girl off for her appointment. The staff was so helpful and kind. My girl had never been to a groomer and the staff was so gentle and patient with her when she was afraid to go with them. They did a great job with her and the cute holiday themed bandana was icing on the cake! I am definitely taking my girl back!
