Dr. Velotta is the best!! She's so knowledgeable and kind! Just a wonderful vet and person. She helped me understand and better care for my nervous dog and was so patient with her. Highly recommend her!!

We thought our cat was having issues when in reality he was fine.The Uber we had booked to the emergency vet led us to believe it was closed so we called them in a massive panic and they were able to squeeze us in on the date. Thanks to their courtesy, everything was alright. The lady on the phone was so kind and understanding.

The staff took really good care of my dog. She had an ear infection and infection on her mouth from scratching her ear then scratching her face. They took care of all our needs and even did her nails again. We were able to make an appointment quick. The process was easy and the staff friendly and attentive.

They are some of the most kind people. Yesterday we had to put our beloved cat Caroline Tchala down. They walked us through every step. They were all very kind through this difficult journey. Listened to stories about our sweet girl. And let us have time to grieve. They didn't rush us out. Before we left were given a paw print and some of her fur. .When they wrapped her up so that we we could bring her home, they met us in the back so that we didn't have to make that hard walk through the store with her. Truly a blessing!

Great experience! South Glenstone location. 1st time here: Very friendly staff all the way around. The vet, Dr. Voletta, was just amazing. She has a friendly, compassionate manner and she explains things well so I can understand them. She took the time to listen to me, was interested in my dog, and offered much information about his condition and treatment plan and even helped me find the best price on meds. I never felt rushed. Prices are very reasonable too. I left there feeling relieved and so good about the future for my sweet boy. I highly recommend Dr. Voletta.

Typically a reasonable time to get in for the appointment, and the staff is really great! You can tell they care about their job! It is often VERY difficult to get in touch with them by phone, though. They should really consider an additional front desk person, perhaps. Their monthly payment program helps me to afford the care my older dog needs, which I am so grateful for! And when I need to purchase meds for my dog, if their price is high on the meds, it has been no problem to get them to approve the prescription when I find it through other sources for a lower price. I used to pay for a plan for my grand-dog a few years ago, and he had excellent care back then as well. Overall, great experience! The only thing that would make is better is if they had another person helping to answer the phone.

By far the worst vet office experiences I’ve ever had have been with this clinic. From the reception staff to the techs to the doctors. All of them are exceptionally apathetic and incompetent.They will waste your time, upsell you unnecessary services, schedule and cancel appointments left and right, and just generally be unpleasant. I had them schedule two appointments in the same month and when I showed up they told me they couldn’t perform the scheduled tests for one reason or another both times, but that they could happily perform a “check-up”. At said check-up they missed a HUGE health concern that fortunately, the other local vet I went to was able to catch and resolve within the week.Worth. Less. Just find somewhere else, anywhere else because this place is awful.

When we had come to the conclusion to put our beloved Pit Bull down we unfortunately couldn’t find a vet in Branson who had availability. Our regular vets office was not able to get her in for several days. We just couldn’t let her suffer any longer. I was able to get an appointment the next day (a Saturday) at Banfield. Everyone we encountered was very kind and understanding and so sweet with our baby. It was a very hard and emotional day for us but we very much appreciate their kindness. We did have her remains returned to us and we also received some wonderful paw and nose prints, a little bottle with some of her fur in it and a beautiful sympathy card. We are grateful for the care you showed to us and the love you showed our sweet Emma in the end. God bless you all

I haven't been to this location, but I used to take my dogs to a Banfield near Chicago. I was never allowed in the exam rooms, and it just felt like a fast-food version of a vet. They never even knew the history of a returning patient. However, they were polite, and my dogs were healthy. I still much prefer our new vet.

I love the convenience of the ability to drop off and pick up. Everyone at Banfield has been very caring to my fur baby. When I pick her up she is not scared like in other locations. Plus, I have taken her for regular check ups and used for emergency issues.

Have had insurance on my pets for over 5 years, and it seems like they have changed all of a sudden, they don't call to confirm appointments, staff is rude and unprofessional. Long waits are always a given, and it seems that they are more interested now in your money than the actual health of your pet. very disappointed.Update - 11\5\23After years more they have gotten significantly better, I'm assuming the whole issue was 1 receptionist because I have not seen her there anymore. I enlisted my second pet on their health plan. My review it's going from a 1 star to 4. They are getting better but still could use some help in the way they do their appointments are set up.

I’m so tired of how rude the front desk lady is, this time it was Liz.Every time and anything is an inconvenience or annoying. I have to call multiple times just to get an answer and she ALWAYS hangs up on me when I’m not even done with my questions. If I wasn’t stuck paying the wellness I would leave.I get more concerns and compassion from a computer.-the vet has always been nice and understandingbut I will not change my rating because that’s a prerequisite

Everyone was polite and informative. My cat seemed comfortable with the staff, which surprised me, because she generally doesn't trust people with whom she's not acquainted. There was a longer wait time than I expected, but I understand that is not unusual at any pet hospital, as emergency care is given preference to routine visits.

Everyone is very friendly, and provide great care for our cats. They are open later than most places I have used in the past, and have weekend hours which is very convenient if we are unable to make an appointment during the week. I also love their health plans. They have many to choose from and will help you find the best one for your pets which makes care much more affordable.

It’s a good vet. I have always been treated well. I’m in and out quick. They love and treat my dog just as well as any other animal they care for. They are very convenient because of the services in Petsmart. The the pet hotel is a favorite, grooming, and the store itself work together making it good experience for your one stop shop for all things pets.

Every single pet owner should take their animals here. Im a broke college student and they have the most affordable optimum plan Ive ever come across, everything you’ll need is included. They are also the nicest and most amazing staff all around, even though it’s the vet my pup is always excited to visit them and get taken care of. They truly do an amazing job and I couldn’t trust anyone else more. Plus, if you have a plan with them you can get their app and talk to a vet any time of the day or night! Which is so great for those late night concerns especially after surgeries or vaccinations. 10/10 will forever recommend them for all of your pets health needs.

We got our Bulldog a Pawdicure Plus. It included nail trim and buff, paw fur trim, hygiene patch, teeth brushed, and a bandana. They always get us in right away. They are so good with our Casper. I definitely recommend this place.

This has been my vet of choice for years for all of my cats, but the level of service has become markably worse over the last year and I can no longer recommend them.Their attitude leaves the impression that my pets are just numbers to them and they will cut corners and recommend unneeded things however possible to meet corporate metrics.

Horrible customer service. Sent card for comprehensive appointment reminder and then they told us when we went that it wasn't until the next week. Why weren't we told that when making the appointment? No longer supplying the generic Caprofen and the prescription is for a random amount of 40 days instead of 60 or 90. A bottle used to cost $57 and now it is double? We have had nothing but issues since Dr. Powell left. We have been overcharged multiple times and had to go back and get that resolved at least three times. It is hard to get an appointment in less you call way in advance. We are constantly being asked to do dental cleanings so more money can be made. I have a feeling a lot of customers have left and will leave when their plan is up. We have been a customer for 10+ years with multiple pets. I loved the monthly plan to spread out costs, but I am strongly considering taking my 4 pets to a new vet when their plans are up. I feel like we are being scammed and the only thing Banfield cares about is the money.

Would give them negative rating if that were possible. Took my cat there, and while we waited for our cat to be seen we were pressured into signing paperwork for their "Optimum care package" to "save money" and "give her the best possible care we can provide ". They wanted us to leave her there. We reluctantly agreed. We hadn't even reached home yet and they were calling us to come get her. We go back and she hasn't been treated,. We were recommended some food and to try to get her to drink something, and if she's not better to bring her back tomorrow." We asked why and they said they were overwhelmed by the number of cats someone else had brought in. We brought her back and they again told us she was dehydrated and to get her to drink something and a prescription for gabapentin. I didn't know what that was at the time but we gave it to her like the bottle said. She got worse so we took her to a different vet who asked if they were trying to kill her and said she wouldn't last the night. I've tried since then to cancel that "wellness program" or whatever and a year later am still getting phone calls for both payments and plan renewal salespeople. Calling the 1-800 # only to get referred to the 1-888 #, only to get referred to the local # who refuse my calls, or keep me on hold until the call literally drops, or referred back to the 1-800#. Was told at all levels that even after paying over $500 dollars for a years worth of care she never even had a chance for, that I still owe $118 for care that will never be received becauseit was a contract. STAY AWAY. THEY'RE cheating people of their money and killing our pets.
