Do not recommend. I know its got good reviews, but in my own opinion, they're not professional with their dog service's. After getting groomed 3 times by them, 2/3 have resulted in my dog gettin an infection on his male part. After the first time, (and first vet bill to get the problem taken care of) I gave them the benefit of doubt, and tried again. The second time, they actually did a good job. The third time, and my very last, my dog was nicked on his male part again resulting in another big vet bill and a sick/injured dog.Upon returning to the store, i brought up the problem to the lady at the desk expecting a reasoning it wasnt mentioned and accountability for their actions and instead i got poor customer service and was told they wont do anything about it.

I’ve taken my two Pomeranians here a handful of time. 2 of which my 5 year old has needed to be taken to the vet within the week after. The first time they nipped his butt a couple time and it ended up getting infected in a couple days and was an expensive vet visit. I’ve been back once since with no problems. I returned again last weekend, 3/16/24 and once again my baby comes home not acting right. Well this time they’ve nicked his man stash not once, not twice, but three times. I kept an eye on him and gave him an additional epson salt bath but by yesterday he once again had to be taken to the vet. Another infection. Another expensive trip. I would not recommend this place if you don’t want to see your fur babies in pain. Even after being addressed the owner has nothing to say but wow I’ve never seen that happen. Wow we always let the owner know if they get nicked. Wow I’m sorry. No they aren’t. They are not professionals In terms of work or customer service.

Tried to throw these guys a bone to get my dog groomed, but was severely disappointed. Scheduled a cleaning over the phone and when I went to my Scheduled appointment they said I wasn't on the schedule. They Scheduled people around me and then didn't even bother to take responsibility for it.

Love all breed. Started coming here after some botched cocker spaniel cuts and difficulty with finding Great Pyrenees grooming. Been with them for over 6 years with same groomers. Always do a wonderful job and never worry while they are there. See my big girl Roxy on their Facebook page.

I have been a customer of this business for a long time, unfortunately, this was my last time. I'm tired of waiting 2 weeks to get my dog in, only to have them book multiple dogs around the same time. In doing so, they do not devote time in completing the service for your dog at the time scheduled. After 3 hours, our small dog hadn't had her hair cut yet. I was informed it takes about 4 hours for a small dog.... seriously? The excuse was they do not have a receptionist. Very disappointing.

They were very friendly and did a great job with my Lhasa apso. She is a 1 year old and had lots of mats and a long coat. We went in for a summer cut and they styled her face and tail and had a beautiful 1/2 inch to inch all over with a sanitary shave that did nit leave any razor rash. We have taken her to 3 other places and they did a great job at a fair price.

We always have a good experience here. We take both of our dogs here for their grooming needs and they both always seem happy to go! Rikki is great with them both. Both of our babies were rescues and came from extremely rough situations and one is now a senior and deaf. Rikki shows them both compassion and care and we appreciate her so much! The entire staff have always been very nice to our family and fur babies. We’re so happy we found this place - we drive 50 miles one way to get here because of their wonderful service. Thank you all!!

Went to large chains for years with my pups and recently stumbled across this place and my King Charles came home looking the best she ever has!! Could not be more happy with everything. Would recommend to anyone and everyone looking for all in one grooming services!

Visiting Springfield for a few days and my pup was long over due for a bath and haircut. This shop fit him in the day after i called. The results exceeded all expectations. This place is amazing. Not sure of the groomers name, but this is the best wash and cut he has had in his five years. Five stars all day!Try them if you are looking for a great grooming experience!

I'll just start by saying my dog appears fine, there seems to be no injuries or trauma and that's the biggest concern right? Thats why this review isnt lower. Outside of that, the attitude I got when I dropped him off just didn't feel right. I was informed my dog was done and headed straight there, upon arriving I stood for about 3 minutes waiting, I then tried yelling hello a few times, and then I tried calling while I was standing there just to get someone's attention. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure a lady sweeping saw me and ran to the back, for what reason I don't know. I then continued to yell louder and louder "hello" until finally the sweeping lady came back, she acted like she couldn't hear me with one hesdphone in and smirked and had a rude tone while checking me out. If they are willing to be so rude to a customer to their face I can only imagine what happens to a misbehaving dog. It doesn't matter how many AKC posters and certificates you have when you treat customers like that. I also wouldn't be obnoxiously smirking when I was about to bust down your door to get my dog back, it probably wouldn't have been so funny then, huh?

I have been taking my Yorkie Bella there for 3 yes now and not only do I love em but so does she. Bella is very comfortable with me leaving here with them and that really makes me happy and I love the teddy bear Yorkie cut they give her @ such a great price. I always leave a nice tip.

I previously shared a review that was 5 stars! On our first visit with my dog, the experience was excellent. My dog who is part golden retriever and part shepherd (retriever hair though), was well groomed. Hair cut, washed, smell really good. No hairs flying off. In fact, he smelled good for almost two weeks after! When I arrived, they had him out of the kennel following them around. He is very well behaved. I told them it was the best grooming he ever had.So I scheduled again. This time he was not well groomed. I could tell he was shampooed, but that was about it. He smelled ok, which considering how well he smelled before, I thought how could it be so different. He had hair flying off of him, his back side did not look as though it was cut, totally different like I went to a different business. The person who greeted us to take our dog back to the grooming area also seemed to be in a bad mood (ends up this was the owner).So I called a day or two later, I talked to I believe a Jessica who informed they would be happy to redo him. I mentioned I live an hour and a half away so she said to remind them when I brought him back.I was going out of town and family in Springfield called to schedule Cracker. When they did, the owner's mother said they would not redo him, but that I had to pay I think for the basic but would cut for free? I don't remember the exact details only that they were not going to honor what I was told. I asked why they were changing their mind and they had not good reason. I asked why each groomer did not groom the same way, again no good answer. I choose to go somewhere else.

Excellent staff! The prices are unbeatable as well. I bring my German shepherd here to have his nails clipped and they are so sweet to him. They do a quick and efficient job and treat all breeds of dogs with equal kindness.

I love taking my little dog here. It's such a warm, friendly environment where I feel like I'm not just leaving her to get a great hair cut, but I'm leaving her somewhere safe where the people care about her almost as much as I do. The prices are VERY fair and competitive and online booking is a real plus when I never remember I need to book an appointment until the middle of the night!

They usually do a really good job on my very large German shepherd. But this last time she came back wet and kind of greasy like she didn't get rinsed well. Usually they muzzle her to do her nails this time they didn't even try. It usually takes an hour and a half to two hours to do my dog they were done in an hour. Still a good price for the size of my dog but the quality of Grooming was not where it usually is this time

I've taken my cats here twice. The first time a few years ago was terrific. It took three hours for grooming washing shaving etc. THIS Time it took 7 hours. I called after 4 hours and they said my cats were still wet and drying.... I wonder why they weren't blow drying them but what do I know I guess. Also, last time my cats were not shedding and smelled great. This time they didn't smell much different and they were shedding like crazy when they got home. I don't think it should have taken so long, personally. They did what I asked, though, and the pricing was good. Our groomer was Rikka

I am so thankful that I am able to wait for my dog to be groomed. He was raised in a puppy mill and I will not allow him to be put in a cage ever again. They care about the animals and do an excellent job grooming him. He feels so much better after he gets all cleaned up. I will never go anywhere else.
