The service here is PERFECT. Elise is so sweet! I love coming to this location because of her. She gives the best recommendations and is so kind and funny. I love seeing her face every time because I know my drink will be yummy. She definitely deserves a raise for her kindness, willingness to help, and knowledge on the drinks. They are so quick at this location that sometimes I get sad I can't speak to the wonderful baristas longer. The people at this location have always been so kind and amazing. They are so accommodating and friendly--I couldn't imagine going to another location.

By far much more of an enjoyable experience than Starbucks and more bang for the buck. I feel as if the point system is way better for loyalty members as I've only been going two months and have received two free drinks. Now I've spent double that at Starbucks and I only get stars nothing else is offered for someone who spends tons on over priced coffee as it is. Plus all the stars I've gotten still wouldn't add up to a free drink. Don't get me wrong I love Starbucks but for the loyalty and atmosphere 7 brew has become my go too for coffee lately.

This is my second favorite 7 brew in town, but I’ve still gotten drinks wrong here before and today I ordered an iced matcha and when they gave it to me, I knew the color was off and it tasted like straight milk with a hint of matcha. I let them know it was off and they happily remade it. The remade drink was the exact same, nothing different was made so I just threw the drink away and went somewhere else.

I will never be back to this location. The employees are rude to me every time I've gone however this last when asked what I was doing today I said not anything interesting. The employee immediately retorted " you're getting a coffee at *looks at time* 6:42 AM and you aren't doing anything with your day?" I should've made her repeat herself to her manager. Super unprofessional

I always look forward to coming here! The staff is always friendly and willing to give suggestions! My favorite drink is a secret menu item (it tastes like a pink starburst). This is how to order it:7Energy with Strawberry, watermelon, and white chocolate.I also highly recommend the brunette for chocolate lovers, and the blondie or cinnamon roll for the vanilla and cinnamon crowd:)

This is quick when the employees are paying attention, superior coffee to most drive through style chains, solid drink menu. No complaints. Do check your drink before you pull out though, I have ordered a sugar-free bread at least three times that they gave me a different drink made with milk instead which is not the same thing and makes me uncertain as to whether or not it was sugar-free. I taste it every time before I pull out now.

This place was highly recommended. I ordered a hot Honey Bee (honey and lavendar) with almond milk. It was really good and well priced. Service was quick and staff were very personable. I love the vibes. Listening to music and watching a video while waiting in line to order is something I haven't seen before. Definitely enjoyed the experience and will be back again.Edited to add the iced honey bee and dirty Chai iced honey bee are tasty as well! I signed up for rewards and although I don't go too frequently (maybe twice/month) I've already earned a free drink.

Today I went with my daughter and they had two girls working one line. Traffic backed up in the first line. Finally they came and took my order and my daughters and I told the girl I wanted a large midnight rain and my daughter a medium! They messed that up and were very rude about it! Insisted I said a medium!!! They did the same thing to me yesterday and I said nothing! Then my friend ordered yesterday and they screwed her ordered up.Then I have another friend that told me her and her husband went through and he found a bee in his coffee and they did nothing! Very rude and unsanitary! This week has been a whole different bunch of workers so I think that might be the problem!Customers beware!

I ordered a Brunette Blended and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The coffee was smooth and well-balanced, and I also appreciate that they have a good selection of non-dairy milk options, including oat milk and almond milk.The prices are reasonable, with a latte costing around $4.50The atmosphere at 7 Brew Coffee is very pleasant, The background music is a mix of indie and alternative, which adds to the cool and relaxed vibe of the place.In terms of customer service, I was impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were always available to answer any questions I had and made sure that my experience was pleasant.Overall, I highly recommend 7 Brew Coffee to anyone who is looking for a great cup of coffee and a comfortable and inviting atmosphere to enjoy it in. Outstanding customer service , the young people that work here are friendly fun and personable , don’t let the long line fool you , they are fast ! I’m hooked on the German Choc blended with an extra shot prices are about the same as the others , but you won’t find this customer service anywhere in this town these kids are awesome 👏 we really appreciate 7brew bringing excellence & quality back to the neighborhood 🎉

How wonderful to see young people smiling, friendly, ready to answer questions, take our order & even have a pleasant conversation while we waited for order prep. Loved the simple menu language of "small, medium, large" & "hot, blended, cold." Absolutely loved the service & all the coffees ordered were delicious! Highly recommend.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Why are there no fans provided for employees when there’s a heat advisory in effect? I’ve always loved the coffee and the amazing staff here but it’s really unsettling to see them outside working their butts off in this heat with not even a tiny desk fan for register. The employees have always done an amazing job taking care of me as a customer it would be a shame if they were not taken care of in the same way.

Good coffee and well priced, but there should be a limit on how loud the music should be. It was so loud the girl taking our order (right next to the car through the window) couldn’t hear our order, and we couldn’t hear her very well either! Good music taste, just overwhelmingly loud. :)
