I was so happy I used Jean’s flowers. We had a loss in our family and wanted our family members favorite flowers to be the focal point (purple gladioli). The flower shop specifically went out of their way to find the flowers for us and they were absolutely stunning!! We also wanted a beautiful poem and they printed out the poem for us and placed it in the flowers. It was such a beautiful process during a difficult time. The family loved the flowers so much, they were bright and cheerful and perfect for celebrating a beautiful persons life!!! I highly recommend Jean’s flowers!!!

I got my wedding bouquet and all of the flower decorations from Jean's Flowers. She and her staff were WONDERFUL! She took the time to listen and really understand what I wanted. Her artistry with flowers is unmatched! They were exactly as visioned and simply stunning. They lasted a long time, as she took the time to teach me about proper flower care and handling. I highly recommend!

Tremendous service. I live in Kansas City, Kansas but was having Valentine's dinner in Smithville, so I ordered from Jean's online, and requested the flowers to be delivered to the restaurant I would be taking my wife to eat at. My on-line request was fulfilled perfectly. The flowers were at the restaurant waiting for us by our reservation time.

I called Jean's Flowers & Gifts for a spray of flowers to be delivered to the United Methodist Church for the Celebration of Life for my sister-in-law. I asked for an arrangement of white flowers with winter greenery plus accents of silver and gold. The result was stunning. I couldn't have asked for more. The design they created was perfect. After our ceremony, the church kept the arrangement to enhance their Sunday worship. So.....even if the arrangement you want is not shown on the website, Jean's designers can create the arrangement you want.

My first order was a bouquet which was half of the size for what I usually get from another florist.Recently I was sent a bouquet, and when the sender saw the flowers I was told they had the order all wrong. The bouquet was supposed to be white, and there was not a white flower in the bunch. It looked like it was from a meadow.We have not been back, and I have told several people it's not worth it.

I am from out of town, ordered $100 arrangement for a funeral. I asked for flowers that will last, carnation, etc. The arrangement was roses. Yes very beautiful but not what ordered. Very disappointed.

I have been using Jeans Flowers ever since I was 15 and needed flowers for my Quinceañera. Poor customer service, the lady that answered the phone was not Jean. The lady that spoke to me didn't want to make flowers for the next day. She told me that they had a funeral and that the flower shop couldn't make any more flowers. I've ordered flowers for over 20 yrs and never had a florist tell me they didn't have time to sell their product.
