My Shih Tzu , Benji had never been to a groomer. The little guy gets anxiety any time he is out of the house. I was afraid these folks would have a hard time with him. My worries were unfounded. Benji looked great. Prices are incredibly fair!

You know your in good hands when you go to the dog park and tell other owners you use A+ and they fall all over themselves giving rave reviews. They do great work. Evie always looks like a princess after her grooming session. Can't say enough good things about this place and the wonderful employees!

The ladies are absolutely amazing. They always spoil and love on my fur babies. They will always have my business! My old dog wasn't a big fan of groomers and once he met these ladies he felt comfortable, half the time not realizing I was leaving. Highly recommend!

We have always taken our pets here! Our labs and Bichon have since passed. We now have a new Bichon puppy, seven months old! I started grooming Charlie myself when he was tiny. I quickly realized how hard it is to groom my dog! Both times I did it, it took me three hours to groom him in two hours to clean the hair out of my house! I cannot tell you how thankful I am for these ladies at A+ Pet Salon! I have always appreciated their work and most importantly their kindness to us and our fur babies!When I picked up Charlie today he barely wanted to come home!That is the place you want to take your pet, a place where they feel loved!On top of that he looks fantastic, his ears are cleaned out, his nails trimmed and his over all summer haircut is perfect!

We found A+ pets through a friend and our only regret is that we didn't find them sooner. Seriously, these ladies are absolutely amazing!! They treat our girls (dogs) like they are their own. I can't recommend them enough!!

I have brought my dog here a couple times and have had issues but nothing to crazy. Today I dropped off my dog at 9 to get a bath and a trim and was going to pick him up at 3 which was okay and cleared to do. I started to get called at 2 telling me to come get my dog because he was being to loud. okay cool, went to get him and all I hear are his wines and barking. went to pay and it was $10 more the usual because he has grown she said. My dog has been fully grown for months and hasn’t gained but a pound since the last time I dropped him off. A little weird for the up-charge but whatever. Take my dog home and he gets out of the car and starts peeing for 2 min strait on the concrete right out of my door. My question is to why I had to pay an extra $10 because my dog was being loud all because he had to pee. Just a little disappointed and probably won’t be back.

It was the second bad experience at that salon. Never again. Both times I told them what I wanted and both times I was ignored. My dog looks like a Clown and I'm taking him to another groomer to get his hair cut repaired.I have never been to a groomer that doesn't make an appointment throughout the day. Bringing him at 9 AM when everyone else brought their dogs is animal abuse. He was there 6 hours without going out to relieve himself. I couldn't wait to get him out of there and go to some grass to pee.

I love that I can just walk in and get my dog's nails trimmed for a fraction of the cost of taking them to the vet. They are very good with anxious pups too.

Love this salon and so does our dog. He looks great every time and he gets so excited to go there. They listen to what we want as we change things up during warmer months. They know our dog doesn’t like the dryer and make sure he feels comfortable. Great staff!

So we have taken our dogs there a couple of times. First time was great! Tabitha did a fantastic job. So with out even a second thought we knew our dogs could be groomed and taken care of there. We took them a second time and not only were they half shaved with butchered faces but their nails weren’t even clipped. So we took them in and asked for it to be fixed. So we then went back to just tabitha because she did a great job and decided to only have her groom our animals. This last time we took just 1 dog in, we picked him up and again had patches not shaved nails were clipped on one paw and not the other. His ears are filthy still we are cleaning them out today, and they worked even plucked. He is supposed to have a teddy bear cut, not look like the Lorax. I paid and tipped in advance ! I am so angry and will be finding another groomer.

The first time I took my his ears were not done and had a chopped looking haircut, groomer said she had a bad night because her dog was afraid of the storm the night before. I believe that everyone deserves a second chance. The last time I took him, he did not look as he had been groomed, in fact he was still damp, and ears were not done. Took right back in and she I don’t usually do their ears unless asked. What? I will not be going back.

We have used A+ at LEAST a half a dozen times. The first few times we were very impressed. The 2nd to last time we were a bit disappointed as our dog's trim left quite a bit to be desired, but didn't give it much thought as we'd had such good experiences before. This last time, however, they butchered him. The hair was cut strangely, which I can live with--he is a golden retriever, it will grow quickly. But beyond the strange haircut he had places where they had shaved him bald, and in one place to the point of actually gouging his skin. We discovered a weeping wound on him and could see the trimmer marks that caused it in his skin! I have spent several days treating an infection on him due to this. I would NEVER bring by dog back here again. I am not sure if they have a someone new doing it, but more training must be needed. I have attached pics--taken a full week after the fact. I debated leaving a review as I had great experiences before, but decided others should know since this happened on just 8/18/21.
