I will say that this make three times I have complained to management about my service and This was the Last TIME you will never see me in a Zaxby's ever again. I have lived in Sikeston all my life new restaurant in town alright pulled up to place my order ask for sauce on the side and all I got was sauced up wings sitting in it 1" deep. Called mgmt and complained apologized by mgr who kept referring to me as "BUD" on the phone rather than asking my name I finally jumped his butt and said don't refer to me as bud! This last time I went thru there was a fry basket sitting on the ground at the speaker for the drive thru which is all greasy and has a door for privacy when I came back after getting my jacked up order and took the photos they had picked up fry basket but you can still see greasy mess. For the 5th time I ordered a wings and things with no sauce or nuggets or sauce on side and they messed this up again and it had the wrong sauce. The extra cup of sauce they had in my bag which I wanted because I wanted naked nuggets NO SAUCE but they still soaked them. The cup the sauce was in was the icing on the cake it had dried up sauce down the side of it how gross is that throw them away and get a new cup. The fries were cold and soggy and wings had wrong sauce which were supposed to have sauce on side and were also room temp this was after my 14 min wait in line. Management and Employees are going to ruin this place in 1st year. They only got one star because I couldn't give them 0 or they won't let me post my review.

One of the nicest Zaxbys I've ever been in! My family has always loved Zaxbys, and today we've been traveling and stopped at this one and we loved it! It was very clean and decorated so nice! It felt homey somehow. Beautiful wood and brick accents and a gorgeous patio area. Food was amazing as always and the staff was very friendly and helpful!!! Thank you Zaxbys! Will definitely be stopping here whenever we come through!!!

Fabulous! We stopped here on our way from Kentucky to Oklahoma today and it was our first time trying this chain. The woman who served us was so friendly and helpful. The food was hot and delicious. Definitely loved everything about our visit.

My salad was so fresh and crisp! Even the tomatoes had just the right balance of firmness.I also ordered some fries and was a little sad they didn't put any seasoning on them (which is the only reason I like them). But it wasn't big deal because I wasn't supposed to have them in the first place.

For a chain chicken finger shop, it was really good. Their chicken sandwich with Zaxbys sauce was hot and fresh, crinkle cut fries were well seasoned. Their chicken strips are amazing...but the spicy deep fried mushrooms are the TOTAL star. Only regret I had was not getting two orders of the mushrooms. They also had a lime Fanta that was tasty. Overall a great place, reasonably priced, and I'd totally go back. YUM

Yet another fantastic experience at a Zaxby's location. The location was very clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We had our dog with us, so we elected to eat outside. Our server was kind enough to go out ahead of us and clean off a table ahead of us. So nice. The food was delicious, and it was fresh and fast. Glad to know this location exists in Sikeston, as we traverse I-55 quite often. Will definitely return!

Customer service was garbage and the food was room temperature. They were closed yesterday when we came for a meal for one reason or another, we then decided to come back the next day when they opened. Then we came and ordered our food and the male manager was interuptive and rude and missed multiple things on the orders. Then while pulling up to pickup up the food we tried to fix the mistakes on the orders and he didn't seem to care about fixing them or about the customers satisfaction. Then we arrived at our hotel 0.6 miles down the road and the food was cold and quality overall was lacking as a whole.

Miss Carmen, the front end cashier is awesome! She makes sure orders are correct every time and is always so sweet every time my daughter and I are here! The food is very good and reasonably priced. Overall, a great experience and value!

Waited over 30 mins for food in the drive thru, no other cars behind us, the cashier was extremely rude to my mother who ordered, and is very polite. We will see if the chicken is worth it. Probably not. Dont go here unless you wanna wait forever and be treated like garbage.

Didn’t have a good experience. They apparently were completely out of all of their sides- which I find hard to believe- and when I asked to get the sandwich only they refused to charge me less than the price of full meal. The cashier was impolite and made zero effort.

This particular Zaxby's in Sikeston, MO is a really clean, freshly built or remodeled restaurant. We got our order to go because we were in the middle of a long day of traveling; but, it was so nice that I wished I had time to enjoy my meal there. My whole family loves Zaxby's chicken and their amazing special sauce.

Sikeston we arrived at 12:15. Stood in line. Ordered time 12:29. It’s now 1:15 and we still don’t have our food. It’s our 1st time and customers ahead of us are asking for refunds because staff is wondering around in back drinking sodas. There is a tall big guy just ahead of us that my husband is talking with. He owns a huge chicken chain Northeast and this is his first time here. He said they would never survive up there if this is his competition. Hopefully the food is hot and cooked right.

Was my first time eating from this location was noy impressed the Food was not very good wings was cold fries was very soggy. They where out of several things I tried to order cookies, regular drinks, ranch. Service was very slow.

We were completely unfamiliar with Zaxby's and used the drive thru. Found the menu confusing to read. Told clerk we each wanted two chicken strips and fries. "We don't have that." We ordered a 5 strip platter, at a cost of over $10. The fries and toast were stale. One small sauce was included for 5 strips, and no fork for the cole slaw. We'll never stop at a Zaxby's again.

One of my very favorites in Sikeston! They are always correct with my order and the quality of food/drink is always great quality, especially when it comes to fast food. The wait isn't usually very long dispite they are usually busy. Well worth the wait for the food and I will be back.

Waited 20 minutes in line with no movement, just wanted a quick bite but the good isn't good enough for a long wait. The fast food industry in sikeston needs to get it together. Zaxbys needs to leave for a better place to eat as well.

Food is never fresh as it was when they 1st opened.....multiple leaks inside restaurant when raining....fried mushrooms way too greasy, oil still n the bottom of your dish when they serve it to u as if it was never drained before serving. Customer service could also use a bit more professionalism on the job.

Good food. Higher end fast food. More understaffed on the weekend it seemed, which made service slow. Prices on the higher side. There's even a charge for extra hot sauce....more than what i would expect from a restaurant that already has higher prices.

Nope. Went here all the time when I lived in GA & it was phenomenal. Whoever owns this one needs to sell it to someone that cares. They’re bringing a bad name to the Zaxby’s brand. Long wait times for inedible food & horrible customer service is a business killer. You won’t see me here!

Bland chicken strips with some odd tasting dipping sauce. They just opened this location and have way too many people milling about. I've had better tasting chicken strips at the nearby Hardees. A bland interior you've seen at other chain restaurants that try and make the space look "country". I'm scratching my head wondering how a chain like this ever got started.

Very horrible experience. Place an online order and picked it up and wasn't far before I realized everything wasn't there. Went back and everything still wasn't replacEd. Called to speak to the manager and the way they answered the phone was unprofessional as hell. Told them I wanted my money back for what I didn't receive just to be told I had to come there in the morning. I will never eat here again when I visit sikeston
