Updating this review. Check your receipt before you leave!! Watch them when they ring stuff up and make sure you know the prices. I was shopping there with a friand and they overcharged him. He was so frustrated he just said give me my change so I can get out of here. I am not like that I watch them ring up everything and told them what prices were wrong. Try to charge me over on 3 different items I was buying. I made her get out from behind the cash register and go check the prices herself. I was right and she had to correct the price she charged in a wrong. The time before this I got charged 2 things and I just bought one of these things. Bought other things and did not notice until I got home and looked at the receipt. I called and they said bring the receipt and they would give me the product or the money. In another visit it was great service and the guy looked for something that they were out of and went through every box that had just come in looking for the product for me.

Love this Walgreens! The staff is very helpful and sweet ladies in the pharmacy! Managers are very respectful! Highly recommend and they have a great Christmas selection!

The newest pharmacist at this store has to be the most rude pharmacist that I have ever encountered. He doesn't have a clue what he is doing. He can't even figure out basic math! I will be switching over to another pharmacy because of that. Since he has come over, the wonderful hours that Walgreens had, has been destroyed. They were even closed for the entire weekend, last week, when I had an antibiotic that I had to have!!@

I have been trying to call pharmacy from 10 am til five thirty finally I spoke to a supervisor and she helps me and when she’s done she sits the phone down and I am listening to everyone’s conversation. If you can’t get thru to pharmacy on the phone is because they are sitting the phone down to not get calls. That’s just me assuming since I’ve been listening for 30 mins and couldn’t get thru all day .

Had surgery yesterday and had 6 teeth removed, got to the pharmacy at 440 and waited in the line til 525. Got to the window and the lady at the window told mW they didn't have a prescription for me. So I got out of line and called my doctor who then told me the exact til he sent the script . so at this point I'm starting to feel a lot of pain so I send my boyfriend inside to get the script. They have him wait til 610 to the proceed to tell him that they will not be filling anymore today. So literally after having the most traumatic event of my life happen and spending over an hour and a half waiting to pick up meds, I get sent home with nothing to ease the pain. Go back today and they tried to tell me they had 2 of my scripts ready but not the one for pain. To me everything about this experience is awful and needs some dramtic chsnge. This was not acceptable and I will never use this pharmacy again. And Monica that works there should be ashamed for treating my boyfriend like she did. Do not allow someone to wait if you do not plan on filling the script

Worst Walgreens I’ve ever been too. Visiting home and never been to one like it (as I reside in Georgia) however I am originally from Sikeston and this Walgreens has went down tremendously! I have to come here often as I use cash app a lot and they’re one of the only places who load. Manager (whose a tall lanky guy) is rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. There was literally 4 people in line & he’s sitting down acting as if he’s doing something meanwhile there is a lady couponing on multiple items stood in line 15 mins just for her to finish when asking him “is he able to check anyone out” he said I CAN very rudely and continued to sit down. Such an entitled personality, I’m guessing because he’s the manager. LOL…..insanely rude. A decent manager wouldn’t known to not only get up, but to assist on checking people out to make things go faster.

I’ve filled a monthly prescription here for over a year, every month it is a hassle, without their employees acting like they have no clue. They’ve lost my prescription, they’ve created multiple profiles for me in their system to where it is so hard to get my meds and to be notified when they are ready. They’ve taken days to process a prescription and when I finally come to grab it because I’m wondering what’s going on they say it’s not done and act oblivious. I’ve received texts saying my meds are ready one month but not the next and then when I get the text and go to grab the meds they tell me they don’t even have record of my rx in their system. It’s gotten so bad that I can’t even deal with them most of the time because of the anxiety so my husband has to go in and demand my meds for me. I’ve had to go weeks without a daily medication because they lost my rx and then refused to communicate with my dr to get it filled. I’m fed up with them.

The pharmacy service has went downhill. The hours are shorter now. I just called to check on my husband's Rx and was on hold for 55 minutes before I hung up.never did get to talk to anyone.

Terrible. At least the pharmacy part. Over half the people who work in the pharmacy are unhelpful and show disgust when you need help or have questions. Like another reviewer said, they resort to telling you to call your insurance to resolve a problem most of the time and push the blame on someone else. They have you run in circles and make the process for getting your medications as horrible and complicated as possible. There's one or two employees that work in the pharmacy that have been helpful and seem like they genuinely care. I feel sorry for them having to work with such rude and disrespectful co-workers. If you want to save yourself a headache and feelings of frustration, I recommend you avoid this establishment like it's the black plague.

Worst Pharmacy wait time in America, does not equal to any other Walgreens service that I've visited. I will never visit sikeston mo Walgreens to pickup refills again. Clerks are down right lazy!!!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. None of their employees are helpful. 75% of the time they cite an issue with insurance & tell you to contact your insurance company. Upon contacting my insurance company I’m always told it is either an issue with how Walgreens puts charges through, charges weren’t even put through (so they tried to bill someone else’s insurance or they didn’t even try to run it through insurance at all) or Walgreens is completely making up things. A couple of times my insurance company has even suggested I use a different pharmacy! Forget talking to a manager, as they are little help either & just offer empty apologies or offer to call you back but never do. Turnover is unbelievable (I wonder why?!). Have finally switched to another pharmacy & have had zero issues in 2 years. None!

This walgreens is hit or miss. Don't go when its busy because they will only have one cashier working. Other than that the store is everything you expect a walgreens to be.
