Actually went to Carter's children's Wear. Was a great store and the clerk on duty was super nice and very friendly. Helped find a nice jacket for our child and new gloves too!

This outlet has really gone down hill. They are not but a few stores remaining. We went to Carter's and a Flea Market. As always, I find the cutest baby clothes at Carter's.

I'd say 90% of the shops have closed up there since the pandemic and never reopened. Less than a handful are left remaining. Sad, it was once a sprawling strip mall, bit no longer.

I only went to the Flea Market and not to any of the other stores. I HIGHLY recommend the Flea Market - it is the cleanest and well organized. The people there were also the nicest and friendliest I have ever encountered. I will definitely stop by on my way to Florida next time if I can fit it in to my schedule!!Consider opening a new flea market like this one in Panama City, Florida please!!

I went and checked out country Pickens the new flea market to see about a booth and it was really clean. Very cheaply priced items and I almost don't want to go get a booster because I'm going to have to lower my prices to compete. But really I'll probably get a booth there pretty soon. They're cheap and it's a good business and a way to get the factory outlet mall back up and running with more stores in there

It would be 5 star if it had entrance off the highway or a better entrance. I didn't know anything was behind McDonald's/ Burger King and 2 hotles in Miner Missouri, but it can be Sikeston also. I'm not from around this area but moved here a year ago. Still getting to know the areas.

Very few stores, pretty much going out of business!! With this said they have an awesome church on site called Compassion Church! 3 services every Sunday, highly recommended

There is hardly any stores here any more. Maybe 5 stores...one whole end of building is a church. Not really worth the time to go!

This is labeled as a nice outfit store for dress clothes. When we walked in we weren't greeted first off, which is fine. But after asking for a little assistance we received a unhappy with what type response. On top of there are just regular clothes here, no nice dress clothes

I rented the community room for my daughter in laws baby shower. Not only was the room big , but it was clean and came equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and sink. It was at an excellent price as well. I highly recommend for all your rental needs

This place used to be nice but now they need more stores. I don't understand why they don't have them. They are right at the intersection of interstate 55 and interstate 57. There is so much potential with this location.

This place basically don't even exist anymore I went looking for Vanity Fair and it was gone ride along with I have the other stores on that section I don't know what's going on down there but it sure ain't this Mall area no more lRemember When outlet mall close to place everyone was dying to stop at now it can't even be called him all no more so sad driving through the town it looked a lot like that once you pass Main Street

I stopped here with friends on my way to Memphis and I wasn't really impressed. There aren't a lot of stores here. The one big store that they do have, Vanity Fair, kind of just felt like an extended version of the clothing area at a Walmart/Kmart.I probably wouldn't come here again. It wasn't a bad experience, but the variety of options and the prices weren't impressive enough to warrant another stop.

The individual stores were great but the mall is falling apart. So sad to see a place so empty. Less than half the stores were occupied. It looked like a good location to a passerby so I don't understand the depressed economic status. The few stars are due to the lack of stores not the quality of what was there.
