Had been having issues with my key fobs draining batteries left and right and I decided to give them a call. They got my new fob ordered, and reprogrammed for cheaper than what the dealership wanted. Plus side is that it only took about 30 minutes! Highly recommend them for new key fobs!

Very pleased with timely manner the technician showed up and quality of work. Additionally, the technician explained why difference between new items that were installed were an upgrade from old. He showed me from the inside structures of new and old, thus, giving me a good understanding of how they function.

Superb is one word that comes to mind. These guys go all out when it comes to customer service. Stranded, in Cape Girardeau, lost a car key with chip to our Nissan. Called several places in the area, even the dealership was unable to help. Security Locksmith in Sikeston Mo came to our rescue.

This company has been totally awesome! Had to use them for a couple of projects recently. Both of these were addressed quickly and professionally. One was to get some keys for a residence. The other was for keys for a car. Initially I called their night line about the car, but it gladly resolved itself. So the next morning I went to their store to get some proper keys. I'm very happy to work with them to get these things resolved. I will return to this place.

Today i walked into this business because my remote got broken. I couldn't get my car started with the faulty remote. When I arrived the service was excellent. I needed them to make me a new key for my vehicle because I lost mine and didn't have a spare. They were friendly and I didn't have to wait no time. I also had to use them one time when I locked my keys in the car while it was running. They were also fast at arriving to do that!!

They will absolutely take advantage of you, if given the opportunity. Knowing they were the only locksmith closer than St Louis with a particular tool, they charged me almost 500 dollars to make a key to my van. I've heard their prices are competitive, but it seems that only applies when they have competition, go figure! Would not recommend if you have another option

Seriously. I put my dog who is somewhat aggressive in the house quickly as a neighbor approached and she immediately jumped up on the sliding glass door and locked us out. A thunderstorm was approaching and I was in a tank top and my underwear and the baby was in his underwear because we were just sitting on our porch. So we are totally locked out of the house. Thank God I had my phone and I called the only place where I got an answer and it was security locksmith. The dude was here in less than 20 minutes and we were in the house five minutes after that. God bless him. I don't know what we'd have done. I consider that pretty affordable since it was an emergency and we literally waited less than a half hour. I would suggest them to everyone

I live about 25 miles from their shop.Lost my keys to my truck,and called them about 15 mins before they closed.Within 40 mins,they had 2 guys at my house,looked at my truck and made 2 keys for it!Super nice and knowledgeable employees,very well spoken,friendly and clean cut. I'm keeping their card handy,as I'm open ing a restaurant and these are the guys I'll have do my locks there as well!!
