There was product on the shelf for sale, and they wouldn't let me purchase them because the we incompetent of doing there just. They said they wouldn't scan that the Manger hadn't put them in the system yet, they were on the rake. I ask for a rain check or something she was rude and didn't even know what that meant

Very impressed with this store. The shelves are stocked and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have small bags of dog food available this helps me when money is running a bit tight in the week.

I was in family dollar looking for shoelaces. Couldn't find them. So I asked the clerk. She says give me second. Rings somebody up. Well another guy asked where the batteries were. She told him! I said Oh you can tell him where the batteries are but you can't tell me where the shoelaces are! Horrible service!

The lady working when I was there had a horrible attitude and zero customer service. She was not helpful at all. She walked by me twice and when I asked for assistance finding what I was looking for. She simply walked on as if she didn't hear me. The store had little to no organization things were haphazardly strewn a out the store, just put on a shelf where it fit. I would not rate this store as anything above a zero. They are not deserving of it. The one star is because I have to post this review

I was just in your location on e malone in sikeston mo were your manager of all employees gave me the most awful customer service experience I have ever had the unpleasant experience of having. I am completely speechless! I was the manager of a retail store for 3 years in cape girardeau mo and I dont care who walked in my store I would have never said the things this woman had the audacity to say to my husband . We went into this store for the 1st time ever I have never gone into a family dollar and will never return to one again. Your manager Rachel decided to publicly bash my husband's brother she decided that it was apparently the most appropriate place to tell the entire story about how my husband's brother was not allowed in the stores and I understand a person not being allowed back into a store over certain things but we had no clue about the incident and had nothing to do with it. And neither did the other customers in front of us or behind us so my mind was slightly blown when this all took place and then as we proceeded to check out and purchase a pair of flipping socks she continued on asking my husband if his brother ever started taking care of any of his kids to which he replied yea he is doing well and then she stated that was good he finally started taking care of some of them. I am speechless through the entire event I can not believe she publicly decided to announce all of this information so willingly and loudly in front of the store I dont care who you are how you know someone or who they are related to you never talk to a customer like that that is unprofessional at its finest I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning seeing as how it closes at 4

This store is very neat and clean, I have seen other stores that are similar to this store, but the merchandise in the isles will be tossed, and jumbled. This store is also centrally located in town for even more convenience.

There was only one cart for the whole store the cashier said so i had a arm liad when i made it to the regisfer hardly anything on the dam shelves probly be my last trip there!!!

This is a horrible store. The cashier was on his phone texting while i was standung there waiting on him to ring me out. This store did nit have items prices was is dirty and junky looking. Will not go back to this store.

They were going out of business . There was one 1 cashier's a very long line . Took longer to get checked out than it did to look through the store.
