There are always products laying all over the floor that came off the shelves and we're just left there. Being disabled I need clear aisles to walk down but that never seems to be the case. It's for that reason I won't go back to that store.

This is the worst dollar general I've even been to. From 2019 to 2022 this store has fallen apart. This store will have carts of stock just piled everywhere. Some of it stacked so haphazardly that if a small child messed with it it could hurt them. They don't bother to stock the shelves just leaving the totes and boxes in the aisles. They are always closing the store early but leave the sign light on making people think there open. I even heard the management talking about employees in unprofessional manner while I'm in the line waiting to checkout. There are 2 other dollars store in town and they don't have these problems. I highly recommend you go to them. I give this no stars if I could.

Pretty alright, but the store is usually a mess, often from restock efforts. I shop there often. Alright if you need to pick up something quickly on the way home, like sugar or milk, but does not sell produce.

One girl fron another store 1.5 hrs away manager rolled out said she'd be back in a hour .NOTHING ON THE SHELVES SAID THEY COULDN'T KEEP EMPLOYEES..awful...

I gotta give this store 5 stars. Not only cause well dollar general has tons of items cheap, but the cashier working the day I went in was super nice. I went in to grab a small pool for my dogs, there was on customer in front of me she seemed to be in a hurry she only had a couple items she then asked for a couple packs of cigarettes the cashier asked for ID. She told him her DOB and said I'm clearly over the legal age to smoke. He explained he still must see her ID. She became frustrated and got rude. He was very professional about the situation. I dont see much of that anymore.

My experience is always good. The staff is courteous, friendly, and very helpful. When having to return an item I have no problems. I would recommend the store. You won't be sorry. They always have items in stock.

The girl there is talking about my vetren uncle and when I confronted her she had a really bad attitude she does not have any good manors to work in public service I will not be back

The store itself is nice, but while I was checking out the clerk excused herself and went just outside the front door and stopped the customer she had checked out ahead of me and demanded to see in her purse, customer asked why and said she hadn't done anything wrong, clerk demanded to look again and told customer that she could call the law. The customer walked away as she was on foot.This was unprofessional and could have out the rest of the customers in danger I feel. With so much violence in the media, I feel she should have considered that the customer could have been armed and she have just called the law rather than addressing the issue herself. Otherwise, this is a good store.

I like this store. Customer service is good. One of my biggest issues with this place is they are under-staffed almost all the time. You'll walk in and there will be one checker and 30 people standing in line

Great place they have a lot of the stuff you need everyday and the stores are everywhere I use them a lot when away from home if I need something I know they usually have. Many more around than Walmart and much quicker in and out.

Slow, constantly unorganized, and somehow despite the fact they are always stocking they will manage to be out of the one item you went for. The sole redeeming quality is the staff, although different each time I visit, is friendly.

Really clean environment however, their lanes are obnoxious. Have to go across isles and wait in line, I hate it! Their service desk needs to be separated from the registers. Babies screaming for the low to the floor all the way done both isles and all kids grabbing things that are mysteriously high priced throughout that section to. Other than that most thinks are ok. Also, they're advertising soda sales and mysteriously NEVER HAVE THOSE BRANDS IN STOCK, ALTHOUGH THEY'RE STOCKING FROM THE TRUCK THAT JUST LEFT CONSTANTLY. IjS

This is my "go-to" place now, since moving to Sikeston. Store has most of the essentials that I need so long as I'm not needed meat, fruits and vegetables.The staff is always friendly and the lines, if there are any, move swiftly.

I was almost ran into by an employee pushing a cart. Completely unaware of what happened. They have a lot of carts sitting around with stock to be put away. I understand but watch out.

The store was dirty. Shelves were sloppy and some were empty. There were these big , rolling cages filled with merchandise covering the shelves.

Easy in and out they do need to keep a better stock on stomach pill like dg.brand that like prevsret that's a 24 hour slow release

Why do you only have one cash rep working the front when there 8 people wanting to check out? This poor cash rep called for help and there were no help. This one worker came to the front to use the bathroom in the most inappropriate time! It seems to me that she didn't want to work.

The Dollar General on Malone in Sikeston is very disappointing to me . Seems every time I go in, it is ALWAYS, ALWAYS cluttered with boxes of merchandise that needs to be put up. The store is dirty and very hard to find anything in because of all the clutter and disarray of what is on the shelves.

Used to be my favorite store but too much merchandise crammed into store & things in a mess. Also the stores are getting pretty dirty. Prices not as good as they used to be.
