I went to CVS to pick up a needed prescription. I "ran" back to the pharmacy because I knew they were going to lunch. They told me I was 30 seconds too late and closed the window. I had to wait over an hour to go back and pick it up Wal-Greens is looking better every day!

1. Auto texting to many times telling you a RX was ready for refill only to find out the text was wrong. 2. When calling it takes to long to choose the correct department you have to hear about Too many things that don’t apply to me! 3. Pharmacy techs are rude and do not know what is going on. 4. There’s been times that the pharmacy was out of stock and couldn’t fill my prescription I had to get it at Walgreens.5 . When waiting for a prescription it would be nice to be able to shop but the store shelves are not well stocked.

Wow, I just had the best experience here. I had a product that stopped working and thanks to the excellent staff I was able to get the situation taken care of. The manager Cameron was a big help. He listened to what I had to say and came to a decision that solved the problem for both of us. I will be coming back to shop there often. A+ customer service.

Waited almost 30 minutes in the drive through today and got to the window and was still ignored. Left went to Walgreens to pick up another prescription and I am having them transfer this script there. Went back and went inside and was waited on pretty fast. No one was waiting on the drive through. Guess they are low on staff. Also took two days to actually get the prescription filled after going inside two days in a row

The worst CVS pharmacy award goes to Sikeston, MO CVS. The worst CVS I have ever used. I would NOT recommend this CVS pharmacy to anyone ever. CVS in Irmo SC, Benton KY and Bowling Green KY absolutely know what they are doing. Sikeston, MO CVS is clueless. I don’t know if they don’t know how to use their computer system or what but man oh man they are not helpful. I didn’t even want to give them one star but I had to give it to them to leave a review. Please CORPORATE office! Send them someone to train these people!

The worst place in Sikeston to get medicine next to Wal-Mart, the wait inside is terrible. Drive through it worse yet, you better have a full tank of gas if you use it.

Don't bother calling...they won't answer. Rude. Slow. Zero customer service. The worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with coast to coast. Just go to Walgreens.
