We took our baby here a few weeks ago. They did a good job but didn't feel very welcomed by the staff member who took our appointment over the phone and greeted us when we came in for the appointment. She seemed very put upon. We would still recommend them because whoever did the actual grooming did a wonderful job.

I’m always pleased with your work but I purposely paid extra this time and ask for extra attention and time on the paws but I had to take scissors to his paws when we got home this time. It would have been ok had I only paid the normal fee without asking for the extra care to be taken on the paws. Mi hope you will invite us to bring him in next month for a quick clean up on the paws since I have already done it myself this time.Other than that he was very well groomed.Sincerely,Bob E.

New to area was needing my fur baby to have a good bath. She enjoys her baths and gets one regularly before we moved. Read the reviews and thought this would be a good place. When I picked up my fur baby she was still dirty, smelled aweful, and her toenails were cracked long ways down into the bad area. You could tell her nails had been bleeding. My fur baby is normally happy after a bath and prancing around, today she has just laid around and been sad. Not my normal baby. I am sad I took her here.

I have been taking my dogs here for the last 2 years. They are always so sweet with them and do an amazing job. Their price is much more competitive than some of the other area groomers and they are very accommodating when you call to make an appointment. I've moved to another town 30 minutes away and still make the drive to bring my babies here. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
