Several weeks ago I purchased a log splitter at Orscheln in Shelbina. Wes Meeker the mgr. was very helpful in explaining the maintenance and the completion of the assembly I chose to do on my own. All went well with the assembly and the splitter is great.Thanks much, Kel

Constantly seeing you're out of the very item I need. Often left with a much more expensive option. Examples of this: wax rings for toilets and Garden hose repair parts. Pipe fittings and grill gas (hoses) parts to name a few. Why is wire so expensive when steel prices are way down? 13 bucks for a little roll of mechanics wire? And those signs that show the old and the new prices when there is a sale.That's confusing and tedious to figure out.

I called the store to ask if they carried a part for a water hydrant. When the employee answered the phone they Said they carried the part but not how much it was due to the fact the store just closed at 6. I did not realize the store closed at 6 and it was five after six and the employee answered the phone so I would have thought they would answer my question. I explained I understand they were closed for today. I just would have liked to know how much it was as I lived over 40mins away and before I could say anything she just kept telling me they were closed. I am pretty frustrated that they couldn’t answer my question as they did answer the phone after all.
