I love this place and they have 3 people there that are the sweetest people I've met there. They do have a female that works there who is so rude and I don't like her she is very disrespectful to me. Not sure what her name is she short and has tattoo's I believe red hair too. I love 2 ladies that work there most sweetest ladies ever never met 2 many people who are kind hearted but these ladies just made my day for tomorrow and my daughter's day for my birthday. Thank you so much ya'll I'm truly thankful them.

We are new in the area, but shop at this store at least once a week. So I’ve noticed that some items have differences in their prices, for example, the price of the package of wet cats food “9 lives” marked as $4.95, but on receipt it was $5.45, a bottle of whole milk is $3.90, on receipt was $3.95, a dog’s stainless steel plate is $4.00, on receipt was $4.50 etc. I don’t always have time to point on this to the cashier and get money back, but when I’ve had time I’ve got particular refund without any questions asked. Anyway it takes time, would be amazing if prices were updated.Also I would mention that couple of ladies at the counter aren’t that friendly how it could be. You can notice something odd, sort of judgmental attitude, hard to figure out what’s the reason: either they don’t like their job or they don’t like you. Unpleasant.The guys cashiers are always friendly and helpful.During the week days you can get a $5 off coupon by buying anything at the store, and this coupon you can use on following Saturday. ($5 off $25) Amazing deal!

Shelves are not stocked. Just boxes everywhere. Can’t even get your cart through the aisles. I normally don’t complain but at this point it’s ridiculous! I also have video proof if anyone is interested!

The customer service is decent. They are pretty nice all around. But its a very dirty location. And the restroom is disgusting. This location is VERY cluttered. You can barely walk in a lot of the isles or get to the things you need. You have to move carts to get to anything which isn't very convenient honestly.

I would give negative stars but this app won't let me give that so I had to give at least 1 star. I went in today so I could get a quick snack and a drink and the Pepsi vendor was making his delivery and of course like he always does he takes up the entire parking lot when he parks his truck to unload his delivery. He was also blocking an entire aisle in the store so nobody could get down it to shop and refused to move so people could actually shop. It took me slamming my purchase down on the counter to get the cashiers attention due to her flirting with the Pepsi guy.

Mainly it's clean and not cluttered like some of the other older stores. Easy to move down isles and reach products. Workers are friendly and they don't change employees like other stores.

Jus a plain ole Dollar General. I buy my dog food there for a low price and sometimes pick up a few groceries. The employees are nice enough, and the selection is fair-moderate. Some prices are a bit high, but its a convenience grocery store, what ya expect.

I have gone to this dollar store for over 10 years now. In the last few of them though ( even before the virus) it gives the appearance of closing its doors. For months they have been out of the same items. There are always huge roller containers sitting in the middle of aisles with boxes ( I have decided they are are a trick.

I went here specifically for a certain eyeshadow, they had every other color, mine was out of stock. Was going to get tortillas, but the price was real high, as with the milk. The workers are real friendly, it's not there fault.

It is nice to have this store in Seneca, but I wish they would take more pride in the store. It is dirty inside and out, there is trash all over the parking lot, dead flies in the cooler, you can hardly get down the isles because there is always stuff in the isles.

I walked over 3 miles to get there (was testing my recovering from broken ankle) and discovered that I had brought the wrong card in my lanyard wallet at checkout. Just wanted to buy a candy bar and get cash back. How embarrassing! But the cashier didn't miss a beat. She said don't worry, I got ya, came around to the card machine, swiped her card, and gave me the candy bar. What a class act! I'm so happy that kindness is still out there in society. Needless to say, I enjoyed the heck out of that chocolate on my walk back home with a glimmer of hope and a bounce in my step instead of a limp!

I went to 3 Dollar Generals one night and all of their card readers were not working. I was on my way home from a long 12 hour day at the hospital. My kids called n begged for soda. So at the 3rd dollar store, which is my home store, the manager asked me what i was wanting to buy n i told her just soda, she said go get your soda n i will pay for it. Another lady had feminine products she had the other cashier ring us up together n she reached in her own pocket n paid for both of our items. The other lady said i will be back in to repay you n she said dont worry i know it will come back around. I sure hope it does. Thank you April from Seneca Missouri. You are a wonderful blessing to your customers n company.

Good place for basic items at a good price. Grocery items are a little pricey compared to Wal Mart. Don't even think about pet food. No rabbit food, no hamster food, no fish food.....

Such an old looking store. Very unsightly. Compared to their newer stores, this one seems like the crazy uncle you only see at Thanksgiving. Seriously, this particular store must be an embarrassment to the Dollar General store leadership. But, they usually have what I needed when I've gone in.

The Seneca store has gotten more and more dirty and today when we were in there the whole store smelled like sewer it is worth the drive in my opinion to go to the new Racine store and the people are so nice

This store is always a mess. Sometimes you cant even get down aisles because they got stuff everywhere
