Westlake has always been my favorite hardware store but they have so much more. I recently became an Ace Rewards customer. I had been missing out! I get coupons in the mail, $5 coupons (I got free plants with those), $5 off $25, even more off when i spend more. So far this season I've saved $15 on plants, and had to spend a whopping $20 to do it. They have a great plant selection and really good prices. I have my flowerbed nearly full of perennials and barely spent anything! Today i stopped in for a few things and as usual the cashier was so sweet. She smiled and gave me a small flag for Memorial Day and even put my cart up for me. Service with a smile, large selection and great bargains! That's where i want to shop.

I am one of those men who doesn't want help until I need it. It bugs me to be attached by every employee for assistance. The watched like I'm stealing. Once I got to the register I feel like I'm a nobody. Yes it's a hard line to draw, but to much is too much sometimes

Great customer service and there is always someone to help you on hand,Shelves are always stock and they have many options for repairs and gardening. They even have a Hallmark section in the middle of the store with beautiful displays.Store always smells clean. They even have mail in coupons with great discounts in store and online. My family always leaves happy.

Went here for a furnace filter and some other stuff. Came out to a truck that wouldn't start. The store manager himself helped us using his own truck to jump start our truck. Ended up being a loose battery post causing our issue. He tightened up and the truck started immediately. I would highly recommend this Ace to anyone.

Westlakes has always been near and dear to my heart but my opinion is still unbiased and I believe that this store is perfectly fit for Sedalia as it is and I hope to see you grow in the direction that Sedalia is headed without losing that traditional feeling.

They generally have what i need for the office/house at a decent price. Staff always ready to help. I like that i can get in and out of the store quickly. Not a huge box store. I can easily find what I need and be on my way.

"Thanks 90th St. Ace, Omaha, NE. We are a fiberoptic business from Kansas our Stihl chainsaw crucial to our job had issues oiling this morning, the guys in the back, "Bearded old guys in overalls" repaired our saw fast, back on the job within minutes valued customer, Eric Dale." Unfortunately, my experience at my home local Sedalia, Missouri Ace was less than five stars. On the other hand, I have been thankful for the wide selection of nuts, bolts and help from past visits, this morning's experience not so perfect. Sunday, October 9, 2022.

Hardware stores are amazing! Just imagine the inventory these places must carry!!! The supercenters are no substitute. Lots of what hardware stores once carried is only available on-line from outfits like Amazon; fine if you have 2 or 3 days to wait. But if you need a 3 inch x 3/4 grade 8 bolt now, Westlake's the place.

My fiance has an 8 year old son with Down syndrome. He was able to unlock the front door and run out into the street with anyone knowing. I live in Springfield and was visiting them over night. I did not have any tools with me and needed to install chain bolts to both front and rear door. I purchased the chain bolts from Ace Hardware in Sedalia, MO Savannah and Zach were so helpful. They loaned me a drill, extension chord and the necessary bits to preform the job. Great groop of people and came to the rescue. Thank you West lake Ace Hardware.
