Customer service at the Warsaw location is hit or miss. You've got wonderful people who greet you and help you shop. A manager helped my daughter find her phone. Then you have the ones that aren't happy to see you. Like an old gal that helped me send money. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. Please leave your problems at the door. The store is clean and well organized.

This is where I do my weekly shopping since I don't have a lot of other options in my town. There are always items not on the shelf that I am looking for. There are often, if not every time, pallets sitting in the isle waiting to be put away. It doesn't seem to matter what time of day it is. And then you have all the employees with their carts getting stuff for the pickup people. I don't know what the solution is but there has got to be a better way. My guess is that they are short handed like everyone else but I sometimes go into Walmarts in other towns and they don't seem to be as bad. I will continue to shop here because the options are slim but I'm not happy about it.

The local store is fine. I don't like going in at all though to any walmart. I get delivery. I just noticed every delivery order gets overcharged, when I call customer service, not at this store, they don't know what the charges are. Just boggles my mind that walmart charges your card at weird times and there is no reason for it. The csa lady kept saying a different number than I did. I kept telling her she was saying the wrong number, she was looking for the wrong number. She kept trying to say a charge was there and repeating the wrong number again. Asked to talk to manager and she puts me on hold forever. 40 minutes in, I realize that I'll just have to cancel my card and call atty general because lady is playing games. Again, I want to stress it is not this local store. The local store is great.

Today I want to leave a sad and negative review about Walmart. All flowers that were exposed 1-2 weeks ago are half dead or close to it. It is unacceptable. it's sad and it makes me angry. Is it really that hard to keep plants moist? nobody cares. We need a ban on the sale of plants at Walmart, or at least instructions for plant protection workers. it's really sad that no one cares, because growing a plant is very hard work. PS: the pictures that I made are semi-living flowers, but there were a lot of dried ones that can no longer be helped

Restrooms at the Sedalia Location are always dirty and smell disgusting. No matter what time of day you go in they are always smelling and looking trashed out. Of all the products that Walmart carries and they can't be bothered to clean and deodorize their own restrooms. Best one is usually the family restroom at the back of the store.

1Walmart has neglected several employees lately, forcing people to quit and lose money. Basically stressing about being able to support themselves. All because they will keep on a Sexual Harasser they will do nothing about. Several people have quit after making making complaints and formal reports, and nothing be done about them. Walmart management has stated they cannot and will not do anything about it at this time to the victims. Something honestly needs to be done. They will let sexual harassment happen and seem to care about it more than someone's personal wellbeing. Honestly I'm posting this because I'm tired of people getting away with these types of things. Stop letting it happen, do something about it. People want to work, but they can't because employers don't care when it actually matters. If this gets deleted anywhere, I will post about this location, and I will continue to repost it. Something needs to be done about this.

Even though it's always very busy, the employees are always friendly and helpful. I've actually had a couple of employees go out of there way for me. The shelves are always fully stocked...in my experience and you can often find some really great deals. Thank you Walmart

I found a 100 dollar bill in a bathroom. I went to the service desk and asked if someone had reported losing any money. An employee snatched the money from my hands and walked away with it. She said if nobody claims it after 30 days it goes to charity. These disgusting low life's reminded me of pigs. Doing the right thing felt so ugly. Sedalia store is horrible

Hate this walmart.. Employees are always in the middle of isles holding up customers even at the busiest rush hours, and are generally unhelpful and inconvenient. The parking lot is horrible even after the pot holes were filled. I always cave and end up coming here when I'm in a pinch but it's honestly not even worth that anymore. Rather go to Aldi or woods.

I am very, very pleased with my recent experience!! Originally I went in for a haircut on Wednesday Nov. 29th and Cyndi, not only did a beautiful job cutting my hair, she was the most informative hair stylist I've ever had. She gave me multiple tips on ways to take care of my hair and preventive measures I can take. I inquired about coloring my hair and she was completely honest and told me the best cheapest route to go, and that meant a lot. She could have just rattled on trying to get business, but she was just truthful, and as a result, she got business. Funny how that worked out. I went in this afternoon, Thursday, November 30th and she colored my hairMy appointment was originally @ 10:30 but I was running a bit late so I called and Cyndi moved her lunchtime from 12pm 1pm in order to make things convenient for myself. Not only that, she did a BEAUTIFUL JOB on the coloring and of my hair. All around wonderful experienceWent in for a haircut and met a wonderful individual who is more than amazing at her job and should be commended for her hard work!!

The one in Sedalia has better price and selection than the ones in my area. That being said what I paid $80.00 for today would have been $30.00 three years ago. But at least there was cashier's

Jennifer from customer service or money center. That’s been there for 13 YEARS was the first one ever to remove my sticker that says mom on my ID. And has been there for 3 years so rude!!!! My son put that there and it meant so much to now she removed it and now it looks horrible!!! Omgah she needs to be removed. I’m so so so hurt!!

Although this is one of the better Wal Marts in the area, the stock in the toy department has a lot of clearance items at regular price on the shelves. Other Wal Marts in the area have new merchandise, while the Sedalia one has items from a couple of years ago piled up that is on clearance at other stores. I would hate to see the stockroom... Please have your team scan EVERY barcode in the toy aisles and over stock above (and electronics for that matter), and not the price tags. Actual barcodes of EVERYTHING. Move things to the clearance aisle and you'll probably even find old buybacks. Collectors like me would appreciate it.

It's a Walmart. The employees are less than friendly or helpful. Scheduled online for the auto center but I wasn't in their system and the tires I had ordered were not there. Took 2 hrs for just the oil change, not including getting 4 tires put on 10/10 wouldn't recommend

Extreme extra charge when you do pick up orders. It got refunded 7 days later. Charged and extra $26 at check out. They insisted it was the difference in out of stock items, but it was overcharged at checkout, before the order was filled.

Walmart is always super busy. It's the difficult to rate it higher than a 4 when the parking lot is full of carts and there are ZERO carts in the store! Parking spots are always at a premium so it's sad to see carts filling up not only the cart corrals but strewn across prime parking spots too.Why is it so hard to get carts picked up & back into the store. Luckily I only ran in to pick up a couple of things. This isn't the 1st time there haven't been carts.
