They do have some neat things, but the prices are super outrageous here. On average, I visit here less than once or twice a year due to the prices.

I see people saying things about the staff being rude and I think that some people forget how much they have to do. Now I understand why they have a call center. Be nice and so will they.

Staff are most of the time very RUDE, and they told me there was no generic of the drug I was prescribed, telling me name brand it was $700.00. Then I found out there IS a generic (it's a well known Prescribed medication), it's $7.23 at Walmart for the GENERIC that Walgreens said doesn't exist. So dont have your meds fill there. They are so rude, ungrateful for the customers who provide their pay heck, and lie to profit off people needing medications.

This rating is for the Pharmacy part of Walgreens ONLY. Scott that works the checkout for the regular side of Walgreens is FANTASTIC!!! He greets me everytime I walk in the door and is always helpful with anything I might need. The pharmacy has the absolute worst customer service of any place I have ever dealt with. Since my old pharmacy moved too far away, my prescriptions got sent here because they "work with" the insurance I have. Every single time there is an issue. The last 2 months they lied about a "note" left by my doctor and then today they lied again about a note I made sure my doctor put in before I left the office. I pick up 3 medications every time, 2 of the meds are the same thing just a 10mg dose and a 5mg dose, last month they were out of stock on the 5mg so with advice from the pharmacist, I had to take my 10mg pills and break them in half to get my 5mg dose (which I take twice a day.) I asked, "would this mess up my pick up dates?" and I was assured it would not. Guess what, I show up today to pick up my meds and my pick up dates are all out of wack again. Now here I am again calling my doctor back (who again assures me he put a note in the script to dispense immediately) to have him call the pharmacy just so I dont have to drive back out here on 2 other occasions. I have been here for over an hour again today for something the pharmacist could just fix in a matter of a couple mouse clicks. My suggestion to you is to use ANY pharmacy but this one. Again though I want to make sure that the people reading this understand this is solely about the pharmacy, not the actual store. As a matter of fact, I am walking back into the store for the 3rd time today while typing this and Scott greeted me like it's my first time in here today. You all are lucky to have such an amazing employee in Scott. I wish you had the same kind of customer service and customer care in the pharmacy.

The staff (excluding a few pharmacy techs sadly) at the Sedalia MO Walgreens are THE BEST! They are extremely helpful and friendly! Not to mention open late Christmas eve and did not make anyone feel badly for shopping so late!

Nice store. Clean and well stocked. Pharmacy is bogged down a lot. Have your prescription called in or drop it off in order to have less of a wait.

Searching for ear wax candling was sent to o Walgreen's but they Don't and haven't ever sold it at this location but the web site says they have it. False advertising at it's best!

Covid test. Very fast, just make sure you go to the drive through closest to the building. They don't tell you that in the instructions but that's what they want you to do.
