Just went in to see the baby chicks to be honest. Was not disappointed, there were baby chicks. You don't get to see them where I'm from in South Florida. But overall a pretty cool store.

About 10 weeks ago I purchased 8 Cornish hens. It’s time to process them and they are still very small. After spending all that money and time raising meat birds and not getting what you paid for, you see why I’m frustrated. After some research they are looking like game birds, which don’t grow to a full size hen.When I called the store to explain to them my situation all I got was “it was probably miss labeled” which I understand. But then person I talked to on the phone refused to help or accommodate in any way. What they said was “they are an unreliable source to buy chicks at” safe to say, that there is a big chance you will not get what you paid for at Tractor supply in Sedalia. I wasn’t asking for a refund, but some good customer service would have been nice.

The store is nice and neat and clean. There were several people working, but nobody asked me if I needed any help. I had placed my order online and paid for it and needed to pick it up. I had to go to the desk in the middle of the store, which nobody was at. Finally somebody walked by and I told him that I did need help because I needed to pick up my order that I placed online that day. They sent somebody and I got my order and was off and running for the day. I'm sure I'll go back it's a very nice store I just wish their service would be just a little bit better.

Great store to buy that small farm stuff .Very poor choice to buy equipment there, bought a 6' 3point tiller there came with missing pieces tried to get them to order them for me and what a headache.Ended up making them myself.What a disappointment.

I was just there today and I recently order a motor bike and the company that shipped it sent it to the wrong address instead of me so they sent it to tractor supply and that's where I met Tom one of the workers or manager he was really generous on helping me and my boyfriend put my bike together today for us. I was treated as a valued customer before I even got inside the store. The employee who was walking out the door sent me exactly where I needed to go. Chris cut two sixteen foot fence panels in half with a bolt cutter so I could haul them easily and eight footers is what I need. Thank you, I'll be back.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at Tractor Supply. Had to go back to the cashier 3 times to ask for assistance, and they kept helping people coming in the front door way after I arrived . Waited for close to 30 min before I finally just took a gamble and bought what I needed even though it was a 30 min drive away. No concern or remorse for leaving me hanging so long. Just a sorry we have lots of customers. No kidding!! All of whom came in after I did!!

The only place in town that had the inner tube for my lawn mower that i needed without costing me an arm and a leg(maybe just a finger and a toe) lol just kidding their great with good people working for them. I was directed right where i needed to go and found exactly what i was looking for.

Terrible experience today. They sell dangerous and faulty items and will not exchange them. Melissa was incredibly rude and hateful. We'll use Farm and Home from now on.

The staff is very friendly. I bought a coleman motorbike and it was put together wrong. In fact, if you go today, you will see 2 of these bikes out front and you can see they were put together 2 different ways, both probably wrong. I bought a chainsaw and I was missing a bar cover, scrench, and a safety bar for the back. I bought a cub cadet 46in and it only came with 1 key. The manual states it comes with 2.

Horrible management very unhelpful. Bought a picnic table there 2 months ago that collapsed and injured myself and 2 family members and he won't do anything but store credit or exchange and I couldn't even get a "sorry about that" or anything.

Welcomed when you come in the door. Associates help, prices are fairly reasonable, usually have what I need, but should invest in coupons. I think that would be a benefit to store and customers.

Ok, i just left this place and it was a joke today. The poor cashier tried calling 4 times for another to help with the line that was forming and got no answer, then when i did finally get to the checkout no one would answer her for a SKU number that she needed. I finally just said forget it and left rmpty handed. Very disappointing because i shop here every week. May have to find another source for my supplies.

Actually stopped here because the fruit club deliveres different fruit each month. July they had cherries and peaches.. Very good. Travctor suopky is a gracious host and is akways a great store to buy from!

I delivered there and to be honest they are very friendly people there and is willing to helpful anytime you need, also if you are a driver and delivering there they will do there best to take you early if you happened to arrive before your scheduled arrival time
