I made a call due we are interested in adopting 2 kiddies due a friend of the family her cat is very sick, the young guy didn’t let me talk almost😡😡😡 he shhhh on me all time I was trying to say something… we came from Columbia for that??? Shame on the PetSmart… if I will be the one interested to help pets get adopted will never use that Store…

The employees are excellent as are the services provided, but betta fish in cups??? No bueno. Also I watched a guy buy 10 goldfish and I know damn well he doesn't have enough gallons for them. However I saw a child repeatedly pointing at the goldfish tank and asking his dad what fish that is and he just had to keep saying that's still a goldfish, which made me very happy

PetSmart in Sedalia is a solid place to go and get food for pets or even get new pets. I went there to look at dog food, toys, outfits and other dog related items. The dog food selection is very good I think. They have many different brand that range from pricey to not as pricey. The brands are also together in aisles with markers above them so that I could tell what food brand I was looking for and if I wanted to find other brands or other types I would look down the aisle and see what the sign said. This helped me to pick up my dog food efficiently and not spend more time than I was able to at the store.The dog toy section is very good as well, they have all toys from balls to ropes and things in between. This was good I was able to find what I needed and get through the aisles while seeing things easily. There are many dog outfit, though I did not get one and do not plan to, they are good to look at in case someone I knew wanted one or if there was a outfit in stock here that someone in another city did not have. They have great selections and many great products, definitely recommend for people to go to.

Went in to get a snail and shrimp. Talked it over with Sydney? Who was very informative and helpful. They did not have cherry/red shrimp but they did have the ghost shrimp. I got three.Turns out to be a lot of fun trying to find them. Where is Waldo in your Aquarium. Hence the name Waldo for one, Frank for another for the guy who escaped Alcatraz (he's a runner), & Peeper as he likes to peep around the plant at you. The golden snail is Explorer as he has been checking out the tank. I'm really surprised at how active he is. These were a really great additions to my tank.

Bigger than most PetSmart stores I think. Nice aquarium section with a great selection of tropical fish.

Discrimination against service animals by a young blonde male. Was told I need to be holding onto my service animals leash at all times. In order for my dog to do his job correctly, this is not required. Mind you, my service dog was leashed and placed in a proper working command. After telling the associate he is a working service animal, he told me “it doesn’t matter.” Very disappointed. 3:05 PM on November 21st

Lots of accessories for different kinds of animals. Was a bit low on the animal scene tho mostly empty showcases sadly. Which caused me to leave with 2 parakeets.... my daughter named them lime, and green.

Great Spa day for Max!! Thank you personalized attention and making this fur baby a clean boy! The nail grind is a great option to keep his nails from catching on the carpet!

I recently went in to get some more natural food for our pet's I was blown away with not only the selection but the prices they had. It seemed like they had a sale going on as well so we got an even better value. I definitely bought more than I had originally planned for but with the prices and selection it was a no Brainer. The staff was polite and the store was clean.

We take our Doberman Dwight here every Friday. The cashier, I believe her name is Reneta, is just wonderful! Always friendly & patient when helping me w coupons. She always remembers us, especially Dwight, & never fails to give him some treats! She is very personable & always has a smile on her face! We thank you & Dwight thanks you!

Wonderful place for my St. Bernard puppy to learn socializing with her peers We also learned how to implement the basic commands every dog needs to know. Ericka Roberts was a great trainer! If I didn't live so far away we would be going back for more training with her!

I enjoy this place. The staff are ALWAYS so friendly and helpful. PetSmart is one store I am dragging my husband out of. He keeps bringing all these reptiles home, he's going to need someone to adopt him as well.. Overall always a delight going to the local PetSmart.

went on a sunday didnt have 2 of the fish i was looking for but still bought 3 and one died before i got home but i was told they replace them within 14 days so im going back today to exchange. hopefully the supply is better.
