The Bud tenders are all so friendly and helpful! I explained why I needed edibles for pain and or anxiety and they pointed to the perfect product! So I went back 3 more times while in Missouri! I wish they were in NC!If I'm ever in Missouri again, I will definitely go back!!

Stopped here for the first time on my birthday to see what birthday deals they had, staff was nice and friendly. I had already looked online to figure out what I wanted, went in and made my purchase, which seemed more expensive than I was hoping for. Got out to the car and started looking over my receipt and they had snuck a bag of gummy edibles into my purchase for some reason, costing me an additional $15. I rarely use edibles, and when I do it’s never gummies, only chocolates, so I’m not sure how/why I ended up with this. All sales are final so I’m pretty much SOL. Probably won’t return here unless I have no other options, for those that do go, double check what you’re purchasing before handing over your money so you don’t get unknowingly scammed into something like I did.

Staff was nice and helpful I bought a fve pack of half gram pre rolls of a brand that's normally top notch but not this time I'm thinking pre rolls shouldn't be made with just trim and if they are they shouldn't be 45 dollars I'm not going to name shame or blame the dispensary just be aware not all pre rolls are created equally.

Always helpful and usually spot on with suggested strains and brands!However, would be nice to be rewarded more with better incentives. The industry discounts and reward points aren’t as “friendly” as other dispensaries. but, on more positive notes they always have what the website says they have and that makes MH&W a top choice!

Starting to get disappointed, used to love this place, but now they aren't showing some of the products online and the guy on the phone sounded like didn't care, well I do when I have to drive over 40 miles to get it I'd like to be able to preorder it

Bought a bad cart and no replacement was given when I called to complain. Took 14 hits off the cart and did not fill anything when I typically can two hits to get high! Would not recommend going to this dispensary as spending $50 to $60 and getting a cart that's not potent is a huge disappointment, especially if they're not going to have any kind of recourse!

Exceptional in almost every way definitely the premier place to purchase you medications in the area. The price point is unbeatable as well the offer regular sales and have informed staff my only qualms would be that they once rendered a product unusable when sealing my bag closed with a stapler and I was told that nothing could be done, no replacement could be issued, and my overall medication allocation could not be restored leaving me out around $80 otherwise I would say that this is definitely a great place to visit and definitely worth checking out the coupon included in your receipt

One of the most highest places around. I live in Sedalia and I drive an hour away to get my stuff. But if you'd like to spend lots of money, this is the place to go.

Best Dispensary In Town with Amazing Employees and Great Products. Very convenient when you can place orders ahead of time with your account and you earn points overtime that give you discounts. They have good deals and such a clean nice Building that is very secure and safe!

Clean, knowledgeable staff friendly. There selection is not super vast but vast enough you should be able to find what you need. The hrs are decent and the wait time is minimal. I've not been anywhere else to compare but they have set the bar pretty high.

We’re disappointed in Sedalia’s monopolistic GREED-based dispensary options. They don’t cater to “medical” patients at all. It’s all overpriced pre-packaged garbage. We’re not five years old, we do not need pretty packaging with cartoons on it. Do you see Adderall, Xanax, Flexiril, or any other major RX drug having a pretty label on it? I didn’t think so either. How about a cheaper product with less “fluffy” packaging. Where are the deli-style out of the jar on the scale dispensaries?? Where are the microdose capsules and pills? Where are the full extract oils? I swear, it’s a joke. There’s no definitive line between medical and rec options. Regulations and red tape obviously play a major factor in available products… but it’s as if the ones making the rules don’t have the first clue what patients need…. Affordable medicine. Shouldn’t have to take out a second mortgage to smoke an 8th. Come on.

I had purchased a cartridge that unfortunately was defective. Which is very far and few between for this to happen. I called and explained what was going on with it. The kind of customer service that I received is what will make me continue, to want to be a customer. They were so apologetic, even though it was not their fault at all. Thank you all for being so great to work with, even in times there is an issue.
