Thus one of my favorite clothing stores to go to. There is just a variety of styles. I was looking for a fancy just jump suit for a wedding. I couldn't find one. I had the best staff person to help me. We got on Kohl's online site and she helped me all the way through to the buying process of it. Her name was Elizabeth. Kohl's. , you have one great employee. I n my opinion. Thank you so much Elizabeth. PS LOVE THE OUTFIT!!

Kohl's in Sedalia is a great place to go and shop at for any person at any time of the day any day. I went in looking for some shirts that I could wear out or in that were not too fancy or too pajama looking. The clearance section is where I started to look at to look and see if there were any good deals going on at the time. The clearance section is the best way to start because there could be a shirt that I like and that I am looking for on the rack for less of a price. The clearance section had a few shirts I liked so I had to try them on and decide which one or two I would buy. The fitting rooms are very nice as well and in the middle of the store, which is easy for anyone to find and to use. I picked a shirt out and then I walked to check out the shoe selection. The selection is pretty average compared to other places that sell shes nothing to fancy or different. I would highly recommend Kohl's for people to shop and look around at clothing and items priced at various ranges and not just a specific range of high or low prices.

The coupons are not nearly as rewarding as they once were. I bought 6 items and the coupon was only valid for $2.50 and they were not name brand.

Ordered in app for store pickup. App said items were in stock for same day pick up. The town with Kohls is 40mins from me. I had other errands to run so I went ahead and drove over. Got a notification that all items I ordered were suddenly “out of stock”. I needed to grab a couple other items while I was there, so I just double checked my previous order and sure enough everything I’d ordered was on the shelf. The staff in store couldn’t cancel my order and neither could/would the people at the Kohls chat service line that you have to call. So I basically had to pay for the “out of stock” items I literally just pulled off the shelf then wait for the other identical items to arrive for store pick up and then return them.

Wow. Front end manager, Jennifer, made sure this was as unpleasant an experience as possible. Nothing like being greeted with rudeness and indifference when spending money in the location. If I hadn't had a gift card to use, I would have left everything at the counter and walked out.

I like shopping at Kohl's because they always have discount coupons, the Kohls dollar helps a lot, and they always have well marked down merchandise! The customer service is outstanding too!

It has a decent selection for kids. The selection for full figure women is a joke. If I want to wear a parachute, I'd go get one. Full figure clothes are made to make you look worse than you do. Yes, I know now I need to lose weight coming off being sick for awhile, but can I not look decent until I get it off? Why big bags for clothing? Why not accent what's great about having a big chest? The baby doll dresses didn't have any room for the breast, but had a big bag around the waist..why? I know there are a lot of full figure women in this area. They are missing out on a great deal of business.

They are very un accommodating at the front. I had received a coupon in the mail and lost it. They gave me a scratch off one and it was only 15%, and they didn't offer me another to scratch off. Some places the cashier will do everything she can to help you save money, but not here.

Well third try on my size shoes, still don't have them. Yes I can order online, as the associate told me. And pretty soon there will be no need for a store front, because everyone is ordering online. I enjoy shopping, in store. Keep more than two sizes on shoes. Just my thought for the day.
