Everyone was super at all of the stores I went to. Started in Marshall, then on to Concordia, then Slater, Sweet Springs( where all the staff helped me find more stores with the items I was collecting). Went to new store in Warrensburg, then to Columbia the next day. Then the next day All Five stores in Sedalia. I really enjoyed my shopping experience. Everyone was very helpful. Thanks, Sweet Springs for letting everyone know what I was looking for. Stores where in excellent condition. These are my finds! Hummingbird things for me and pineapple stuff for birthday present. I had fun collecting all of it. Even found nesting boxes to put pineapple collection in .

This store is my favorite choice. It has everything I need from necessities to beverages and snacks. I also bought 5 rugs for 1 or less each with a seasonal discount, which is great because the traffic at my house can have a door mat dirtier quicker than..... Well, use ur imagination on the rest...

The blonde sales associate was very friendly! Greeted me genuinely when I first entered store and was just so nice to see someone with such upbeat, positive energy towars everyone she helped. Great employee you have there!!!

My meal was like warm and my lemon meringue pie had frozen chunks 9f ice in it. When the pie was brought to the managers attention by our server ( who was lovely by the way) he shrugged and said well that's ok we probably wont sell much pie tonight and said they probably forgot to take it out the freezer!. No apology or nothing very disappointed by his attitude! Really let the restaurant down since the server was brilliant, funny. And very helpful. Disgusting behavior only feet away from our table from this young man.

Cashier was awesome!! Let me try a dress- I was considering purchasing but unsure of the size -on in the bathroom!!! I don't remember her name but excellent customer service at this store! 5 stars come me :-)

I was treated very rudly by the manager who was wearing a name tag that said " Mary " .i will try NOT to ever go back to that store again. Even though it is less then 1/2 of a mile from my home. A new store has opened all the way across town on Broadway i will drive the extra distance because I know the people who work at the new store and they have always been very nice..

Lines are a little longer sometimes and it seems like the help is annoyed to have to come to the register to help you if they are not already there. It's a convenient location from our house but sometimes we go to one of the other four Dollar Generals in town. The shelves could use being stalked a little more often too.

While as a whole they're not a bad store theyve become very undependable as far as stocking everyday products. I think they should concentrate more on practical and common items instead of miscellania.

I was in the store on s. Limit and the advertised sign above the shoes that say they are clearanced with white and yellow dots excluding flip flops as it says on the sign was NOT HONORED! I had all these shoes i was going to buy and then the cashier , who said he was the manager, would NOT HONOR the 50% off. Its wrong! Im not happy with this store!

This place has gone to hell... Have a sick baby ran there at 931pm (sign even says open til 10pm) they have all lights shut off outside and when I walked through the door that wasn't locked all I hear is pissing and moaning... I will be contacting the district manager.. Need some adults in there for sure. No more teenage girls!

I've stopped going to DG because of the long lines. Its faster to go to Walmart rather than stand in line with 1 cashier for 20 minutes.

Very poor customer service manager would not go threw with refund on western union.. says they send money but can’t receive money after transaction failed to go threw said it was a glint in system and wasn’t able to do refund

I stopped in to look for a few things and use their restrooms. Restrooms did not have paper towels. I had to go all the way to the front with soapy hands to ask both cashiers for something to dry my hands with and I personally replenished the bathroom with more toilet paper for the next customer. Step up your standards or close your doors.

Had multiple of one item in one area but was charged a higher price, when I brought it to the cashier's attention I was told "it happens and there's nothing I can do about it". I know what I won't be doing fer a little while!!!

It was busy only one register running and didn't have the advertised sale items. The items they did have I had to correct the charge and prove it was supposed to be on sale

I like to shop here because they have a wide variety of things and it keeps me from having to go to Walmart. I've never encountered a rude employee either.

It was a BAD mistake going in there today!! Only 1 (!) cashier & roughly 8 sets of people in line to check out!! Don't know if the cashier was by himself, but no one else came to help him get people checked out!

The prepaid greendot Visa card is A RIPPED OFF Y'ALL BE ABLE TO GET A REFUND IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE TERMS NO REFUND IS A BAD DEAL I'LL NEVER SHOP AT YOUR STORE AGAIN I COULD NOT GET THE GREEN DOT VISA CARD REFUNDED I DIDN'T KNOW I COULDN'T USE CASH OFF OF IT REQUIREMENTS UNTIL AFTER I BUY IT SO LOST MY BUSINESS

Its a good stpre kind of a modern 5 and dime. It does have many good bys and hanfs out cpupons when you cjeck put that can save ypu much over time.
