Been trying to pick up my grandmothers prescription for a week now. And I have to go in person to check because calling isn’t an option, 3 times just to verify it wasn’t a busy day I’ve called them on my way to the pharmacy, stayed on hold for 20-30 minutes, gone inside or through the drive thru, verified I was the only one, asked about the prescription (not in their system still big shocker) asked if their phone thats ringing is working and they have confirmed it is, then showed them I was on hold still, left and waited another 10-15 minutes to see if they would answer. I understand not being able to answer the phone immediately but 45 minutes of not being busy and not answering the phone is horrible service

I had to return a elbow compression that wasn't sized or fit right. My daughter had purchased it for me on April 16, the manager told me that I tried to exchange it the day bf.I have never felt so disrespected and talked down to & she argued with me, as I clearly showed her the receipt and the date of purchase. I use to love this location and been using it for 10 years as of today I will be using a different pharmacy. I know the young lady's name was Sidney bc she finally refunded the product ater several minutes of accusing me of basically stealing . Everyone is not bad you should treat your customers with respect.

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to get a prescription filled for almost a week. Went to pick it up, got told it had been filled in a different location. Called the next day, was supposed to be filled by 2 pm. The day after got told it wasn't eligible for refill. Do better CVS. DO BETTER.

CVS refused to honor Good RX price.The customer next to me had their Good RX price honored. The pharmacist wanted to argue with me. I told him I see why they have a 2 star rating. I may be changing pharmacies.

Most store reps were nice and helpful. I tend to seek a pharmacists help before a doctor. But the pharmacist that helped me was a bit cocky and rude. I even felt made fun of. It seemed like I was crazy to ask questions. Last time going to this pharmacists. The rest of the store is pretty fantastic.

I ordered multiple photo orders from cvs because it would not load all my photos together and kept erroring out. My husband picked up the photos. The CVS clerk did not charge the correct amount he also did not give us a receipt and said because it was an online photo order the order would be emailed. (He later confirmed this and told me the same thing when I called)I notice the right amount was not charged at home so I called up there to the male who checked out my husband and he stated he remembered him being there and if we had a receipt it would be easier but he could take care of it that night. I did not receive a emailed receipt which I let him know on the phone. I let him know we lived 30 minutes from the store and he said he would leave a note if we couldn’t make it back to town. So we decided to just take the easier route and make the extra trip back to town so he could take care of it.Once my husband got there I had to speak to Woman on the phone which she sounded frustrated as was I at this point because I was told 30 minutes prior there would be no issue and there clearly was . Her solution that she came to was she would hold on to the photos until tomorrow (WHICH IVE PAID FOR at this point) and we could come back for the THIRD time the next day to work it out…. So now I’m almost 100 dollars in the hole without my photos. And three trips in to CVS.

Pharmacist literally hung up on me for asking to transfer my meds, and when I called back to give him my information to transfer them- he said "I don't have time for this" and hung up on me again lol never had issues before until this, so 😅

Wish I could give them a 0 rating! My insurance forces me to use CVS . It takes them sometimes 6-7 hours to fill prescriptions. I have trouble everytime. They will tell me my prescription will be ready in 30 minutes but when that 30 minutes is up they will say they are backed up and it will take a few hours. The staff is rude and act as if they are inconvenienced by customers picking up their meds. I have been on hold up to 17 minutes when I call to check the status. They have lost my prescriptions in the past. When people are sick the last thing they want to do is wait hours for their meds and then have to deal with hateful pharmacy staff. The only reason they are still in business is because people like me are forced to go there.

Don’t bother calling. They do not answer the phones. I watched one of the techs stand there and text on her phone for 10 minutes while the robot kept repeating, “5 pharmacy calls”. It doesn’t matter if you call your script in in advance. They will not fill it until you are there waiting, so you’re better off just going up there if you want to get anything done. A year ago, they were the best pharmacy in town, polite, fast, non-judgmental. Now they are by far the worst pharmacy in town. Every single person that works there is rude. You can hear them complaining about customers while you wait, so imagine what they say about YOU when you leave. This pharmacy is just the worst. I wish I could give zero stars. They don’t deserve even a quarter of a star. I tried calling the customer relations line to complain but they were closed. I will try again tomorrow. Somethings gotta be done. Eff you cvs Sedalia.

We have always used Walgreens but made the switch to CVS because it was cheaper for our family's monthly medications. Most of the staff is horribly rude. There is always a long line/wait. Then they always say they don't have enough medication and do particial refills forcing me to go back and forth several times unnecessarily. Several times I've had the Dr put refills on the perscriptions and then they don't put them into the system making it a huge headache to get it sorted it when the next month rolls around. I don't care if it costs more we're going back to Walgreens I never had these kind of problems there.

4 hours ago my provider called in to prescriptions that I needed desperately for an acute illness. My husband went to pick them up just minutes ago, and was rudely told there are over 20 voicemails, and they won't fill any of those until tomorrow, so if I want my prescriptions I have to call my provider back and have them resend the prescriptions electronically. I called my provider, and they phoned the scripts into Woods Pharmacy in Sedalia, who filled them right away. From now on I will choose to use a smaller pharmacy that values its customers. I will no longer use CVS, and I would not recommend them to anyone else.

Complete disappointment. I get monthly refills and have never had an issue with this pharmacy. My insurance changes and they're complete jerks about it. One girl I originally spoke with was kind and understanding of my frustration in trying to get it figured out. She's told me call and get information from the company and to call back and let them know. When I called back, there was someone else who "helped" me. She talked over me the entire time I was trying to explain to her what was going on as she wasn't the one that originally helped me. She thought she knew all about it and treated me like I was an idiot. I will be moving all of my family prescriptions from this pharmacy and won't be back for prescriptions or any other product they sell. Such a shame.

They never answer the phone. After going inside you can hear their phone notifying them "one pharmacy call" they never pick up the phones and will go on about whatever they're doing and ignore the phones until the callers hang up. Don't bother coming here.

If I could give this Pharmacy a ZERO rating I would. This past year they had a pharmacist change and big staff changed. The service is horrible. I request refill one day, go in 24 hours later and still have to wait. Forget calling .. you have to call several times because they don't answer phone even after 5 minutes on hold. Will definitely be changing pharmacies!!

Do not use Cvs if you need a prescription in a timely manner!!! They are absolutely the worst pharmacy in town. They lose prescriptions or say they never got them. Don't bother calling because they will not answer the phone unless they feel like it. I don't know how this place stays in business. They for damn sure will not be getting any more of my family's business.

Apparently this is the only CVS in Missouri that has available COVID vaccinations appointments. However they are literally impossible to contact through either the internet or the phone number, which explains why they have the vaccine available. "Technical error" when you try to register for an appointment here. Guess they are still in the 1900s.

Thought id give them a try and I go to get scripts today from my dr and called literally 3 hrs in advance to have meds transferred from Wal Mart to them and I had a antibiotic that was well over a week ago that was supposed to be transferred and I get to the drive thru and they have NOTHING! The tech says oh we will get right on that and ill call u. I decided to just take my tired butt to Wal Mart and get everything. I call tonight and the tech says oh we were gonna transfer everything tonight but I guess it wasnt soon enough for u. I went off. I told him I had a antibiotic that was to be transferred over a week ago. Pissed. Not to mention they had also LOST a script of mine before. Their techs arent friendly or bright. So back to wal mart ill take myself!

I had a coupon for my birthday, $2 off personal care. I bought some Maxi female products and they would not let me use the coupon. I'll just go to Walgreens where I get rewards all the time!

I went there to make a purchase for a American express gift card and the cashier kept asking me what it was for and why and then he refused to sell me them. Customer service also acted like it was okay for him to be rude and nosey to his customers.

I love CVS, the wait is MUCH shorter than Walgreens, and the staff is amazing! I'm never ignored at CVS.
