I came in wanting to schedule a quote for new carpet installation. Stood around for more than 10 min without being acknowledged that they will be there as soon as they’re done with a different customer. Completely ignored as soon as I walked through that door. Need to improve on customer service. I went to Dugans instead and they did amazing work.

Very nice to work with them from showing me different types of flooring to coming to my home to measure what I need. Never any pressure on buying or trying to sell the top priced item.They work with my contractors on when delivery will need to be made.We had worked with them in the past so was glad when my contractors suggested to go there.

One of the worst jobs i have ever seen. My landlord was doing some updates to her property before we moved in and was robbed!!! That's the best was to describe it. Was sold the absolute worst linoleum at a ridiculous price. It tears when you slide a chair on it!!! The installer did a very lousy job! Bubbles everywhere!!! He did not replace any of the appliances. In the bathroom the toilet was left in the tub and there wasn't even a hole cut in the linoleum for the toilet! Then to top it all off he closed the backdoor and put the trim down in front of the door and now you can't open it!!! Must say having been a property management company in kansas city this is by far the worst work i think i have seen!!! Do not recommend!!!
