I can assure you that your beloved household pet will come up missing from this groomer, only to be returned days later from an outstanding citizen that has been on the lookout due to numerous social media posts shared throughout the community. Upon arrival of your dearly missed companion, you will find that the fresh new trim will look as if it was created by artificial intelligence. Now you may ask yourself....should I take my pet to this establishment to get groomed? I'll answer for you, and that answer is No. If you truly care for your pet, please do not take them to this fever dream hellscape of a business.

We had a 3rd coat German Shepherd and took nearly 4 hours to get her groomed and cleaned Theresa did such a wonderful job and stayed longer than business hours to work on her. She was so kind to us and our dog and had a great experience there I would highly recommend her

Teresa and Lola (I believe her name was) were very helpful and kind through our dog’s first grooming experience.There was some cat feces on the floor and some fur balls in some places, which is why I’m giving four stars... but it is a place full of pets after all. And that is a minor “complaint” compared to their service. Thank you, very much for making our pup a happy and healthy one.

I took my beautiful mini schnauzer in for a schnauzer cut and he came out shaved. His beards gone. Eye lashes gone his main gone his leg hair gone(looks like 4 toithpicks). His face hair gone. I'm not sure what kind of dog he looks like now but not a schnauzer by far. They destroyed my dogs looks. Only thing I can say is without the hair he is cooler. But I'll never be back again. I'm really P O. I even wrote down not to cut his leg hair, main and beard. They didn't cut it they shaved him clean
