Shoutout to the staff,went in recently to have my dog put to sleep and they were all great at comforting us!! They have always been great to me and my animals,even when I fainted on poor Jeff back in the day when my Rizzo opened up her leg and he had to stitch her up!!!!

We had to take my dog to get his dew claw cut off because he had ripped it on the ice when running. The staff was super helpful and nice. They took great care of my boy and we will continue using them in the future for all of our animals.

I have taken all of my dogs here for the past 20 years. Everyone who works here, especially the doctor, has always been the most personable, caring and compassionate people. I recently had an emergency with one of my dogs and they stayed late and didn’t charge me for the visit, while providing my dog with the most amazing care. They sent us home comforted with a happy dog. Just want to say thank you to everyone who works there! I will always recommend you to everyone I know.

They always give us a very fair price and advise us on where we could get the medication or other products. Also the doctors always shake my cats hand and tell him it was a pleasure working with him.

Absolutely amazing place! My sweet boy hurt his leg yesterday unexpectedly and they got him fixed up amazingly even though it was close to them closing for the day. The vet was AMAZING! They sedated him for the stitches and the vet even carried him to the car for me. I cannot recommend this place enough! The staff are all super friendly and helpful too:-) super grateful for everyone who helped that day and for all that they do for our animals!!!!

I was so happy to see that they made copies of all my little girl Sade's records and went thoroughly through them to make sure everything was up to date and that they had copies of everything that's been done. This is the place to go of you want your pet healthy. They take the time to converse with you about your pets needs and your wants for your pet. They are so friendly it's hard to believe they put up with cantankerous pet owners all day, not to mention unruly pets who don't want to be seen in the first place. They were gentle with both of my cats and even saw us out the side door so the cats would attack the dogs waiting in the lobby, lol yes mine are a bit unruly when it comes to dogs, they never learn good behavior and being scared but thanks to the clinic they got us all out of there safe without even one incident. It just goes to show they love to talk to you about your pets and their behaviors as well as what you desire for your pet. Looking for a new place to take your pet then you've found the spot, they offer email notices with timely reminders and discounts and it's a free service. All the caregivers here are great with your pets. I've had them to come in at 3 am because my cat was spitting up blood, they saved my cat and we are both very grateful!!!This is a #1 place to take your pet, they will do all they can to assure your pet is healthy..

The staff is very compassionate. This was especially true considering what we went there to do; we had our dog Put down. He explained to us the problem, and agreed with our ultimate consensus decision. There was no pressure. It helped to make the final Goodbye easier.

My 15 years old cat had recently passed and I just recently moved to the area called to ask questions before making the drive there the associates were so nice and helpful with explaining everything. They sent me and nice card in the mail a few weeks later sending their condolences. I would definitely recommend them to any one that needs pet care.

Tilsit vet was regular vet. They couldn't see our 14 yr Katie a fox red lab that suddenly couldn't walk or stand. Said they were filled up for 2 weeks. So we called Scott City small clinic on a Monday at 9:30am & was giving a 10:30 am appt. Dr Jeff and his staff was wonderful and very caring. They kept Katie overnight for steriods,pain meds & muscle relaxant. Said we could come anytime to visit. Also they kept us informed. Dr Jeff did a xray and found bulging or reputed disc in her neck and bad hips. We had to put her down. Dr Jeff and staff was very compassion. I recommend Scott small animal Clinic to everyone. I called the on-call service for our boxer who was really sick and needed help. He was in pain we opted to have him put to sleep and as you know that was a very emotional time. Dr Shivley and his son are amazing even with what was being done they were compassionate, kind and caring towards Tuckers needs. He handled with suck care I felt at ease. So if you need a vet go to Scott City animal clinic Dr Shivley and staff are amazing.

Absolutely awesome staff from the receptionist to the Vet Techs to the doctors. My dog spent his last three days with the staff and they treated him like family. They allowed me to set with him several hours each day and never made me feel like we were in the way. Even though I didn't get to bring him home, they tried everything to make him better, I believe they did everything for him that was possible. I drove 40 miles each way because of their love for animals and I will tell everyone I know that they are worth the drive.

I would like to suggest that the male doctor(don't remember his name) maybe pay attention to the energy in the room before he opens his mouth to speak. You don't walk in and say "So we need something to calm him down huh?" when a dog is BEING PUT DOWN. I thought maybe he had mistaken the room he walked into. As a former vet tech, I KNOW you could have found a better way to approach that. After you FINALLY found his vein and did the deed, you seriously said "It's just not your day is it bud" which was incredibly tone deaf. I get that you see this kind of thing on a daily basis but remember that you're dealing with someone's family member, no matter the reason for the euthanasia. "Disgusted" is an understatement.

The service was amazing but, they do not tell you what they are doing and if they will charge you. We asked for a guide on how to trim our kittens nails and instead of that she in turn did it and said we won't be charged but ended up with an extra $40 to our bill for an in-clinic nail trimming. We tried to take it off but they refused. They did take care of our animals but their prices are very expensive.
