I keep saying this is my last time going there because the food is bad. But my grandson wanted to go even though I knew better. We could not even eat our hamburgers because they were old nasty and burnt around the outside. My sonic burger was a plain old and crusty. They didn’t put anything on it except cheese. The tots were so crunchy they just fell apart and tasted like old oil. Same with his wacky pack Needless to say the dogs had them for supper. When I called to complain when we got home the girl told me there was nothing she could do since we didn’t eat them there.

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger combo, with large onion rings and a strawberry limeade. Also, a bottle of water and a large jumbo chicken. The total was over $27. The burger tasted nasty, but the dog didn't mind it. The jumbo chicken, onion rings, and the drink were good. I went back to the laundry mat, and by the time I arrived, I had only 3 bites into the burger. By half into it, I was in the bathroom. Not going back! Oh, I did not receive a receipt, or I would have called.

Absolutely horrible experience! Our onion rings were completely burnt when we got them. Took them to the door and showed them to the manager and asked her, "would you eat these"? She replied, "we're having trouble with our fryer and it's burning the onion rings, we'll fix you new ones". The manager brought them out after about 10 minutes and the replacement order was burnt even worse!! Wouldn't you just tell anyone and everyone that you couldn't cook the stupid onion rings and not even offer them until you figured out what the problem is? It's not rocket science! This manager really handled this wrongly and I'll never be back! Plus the tater tots tasted like the cooking oil hadn't been changed in a long time. Very heavy old oil taste.

The service was wonderful however we ordered a large mozzarella stick and only 2 of them were cooked fully, the others unfortunately weren't, other than that the service was great!

Poor management and Poor customer service. They constantly make food and drinks wrong. When you ask them to fix their mistake they give you an attitude and make it very obvious they’re mad, you’re asking them to fix their mistake. Service can take forever, once time I waited over 15 minutes for a cup of ice and I was the only car in the hop area. A whole bunch of teenagers & young adults were walking in and out of the kitchen. I wouldn’t order the food, it’s either gonna be old and mushy or over cooked, or just made wrong. Something needs to be done about this because this type of service is gonna get the place shut down all over again.

Several weeks ago I was sold a 44oz coke at full, not half, price. Around $3. It was all carbonated water. I called and spoke to a manager supposedly, and she checked tank and verified it was out of syrup. Told I would receive a coupon in the mail. Nothing ever came in the mail. Rating,ZERO⭐'s

I ordered a double quarter pound with cheese. When ask called in on the red button got a young man said he would come right out. When employee came out he proceeded to argue with me on the burger situation, when I ask him to leave he was refusing, and proceeded to argue on the situation just escalating the situation. Upon trying to finish my meal, the manager came out trying trying to explain the situation, I explained that wouldn't be necessary, she then left. After a short while she then returned to escalate the situation. This Sonic needs a real customer service base. Now a new employee came out to my vehicle escalating situation making false allegations against that other customers complained that i was rude against them which is a lie. They were upset do to a bad review. In light I will be seeking a formal complaint, with the owner and Sonic customer service depth.

If you read this remember one most important thing this is a new store then refurbished from the old one and it's hard to find good people to work for this location. Sonic's food is amazing, the drinks are outstanding, and the shakes are out of this world and the machines work unlike its other competitor. However, this location has some issues with some of their management can't say who but if you bump into an individual with blue eyes and blonde hair they have this complex of that they are the ultimate being in the universe. I seen this interview reach out of a drive-thru window and go off on a senior citizen. This is awful unacceptable. And one of my experiences was and we didn't eat the hamburgers when we took them home it looked like something was done to them they were really nasty. Sonic itself is amazing however this location is still new and still growing and finding new people. Give it about another 6 months maybe they'll have a good staff. But if you read this and you're driving through Savannah hit St Joe or the next town and just keep driving it's kind of like it's other competitor that serves ice cream wonderful brand name but the place is filthy and the staff is awful

Bad experience unfortunately tonight. My husband ordered a big cheeseburger and he got a tiny one and was upset. He buzzed in and an employee came out, a young man, and was pretty condescending to him and said quarter pounders are supposed to be that small, etc....my husband got more upset and said ok please leave my car I don't want to discuss it with you anymore. A super nice young girl came out, I'm assuming the manager maybe and tried to talk to my husband but he was too agitated at that point and said no I don't want to discuss it. We all go to eat our dinner and the girl comes out again and it just made it worse. THEN THE BEST PART! A different male employee came out and said "we have had some complaints from other customers that you are being rude, is there a problem?" We were super confused and said, ummmm no we haven't left this truck or talked to anyone except a couple employees. It was an awful experience and I love Sonic and now my husband says we can't go to that location anymore which makes me sad! It was me, a doctor, and my husband, a law enforcement officer and our six year old son. We seriously aren't that threatening??? I just feel this Sonic needs some help with leadership. I truly thought the young girl was trying but she should have just said we will get you your correct burger out and not argued.

We drove through for drinks ordering and tipping through the Sonic app. The carhop took our drinks to the wrong vehicle. When we pressed the call button to get some help, the carhop came out and got our drinks from the other vehicle and brought them directly to us. Three drinks, two straws, one had clearly been drank from. When we said something, she got us a third straw from the kitchen. We took the drinks home and tossed them in the trash. Filthy service.

I ordered a medium "jumbo popcorn chicken" in honey BBQ and a medium mozz stick. Pulled to the window and paid and the girl - Alyssa (?) Took payment and walked away. A young male walked up front where she was and pulled his pants out and looked down. She also looked down and and giggled. I honked my horn and told her I saw what just happened and that I will be calling her boss in the am. Maybe having an adult in store would be a good idea at night. Guarantee I won't be going back there. Also - nice jumbo popcorn chicken. I would add a pic but it's not an option

Ordered on the app, waiting for 15 minutes finally a car hop came out, with the WRONG order. I waited another 5 minutes, and pushed the button, they answered after ANOTHER 5 minutes, and said they had my order, so I waited even longer, about 15 minutes, and went to the door, the Manager came out and said oh they put your order in the drive through, brought my order out to me, (at the door) told me if I waited she would bring me coupons, brought the coupons, and didn't even offer to help me carry 3 bags, and a drink carrier to my car! Our food was cold, and they mixed up the kids meals with the regular menu items! Do better Sonic in Savannah!

Every time I ordered a sandwich and asked for no pickles guess what it has on it? Yep, pickles. It actually takes more effort to add the pickles than to not add them and a simple request. It's not like I asked for fresh food which isn't going to happen here either. Now I see why DQ line is so long and sonic is a ghost town.

Place was great when first open back up but has gone downhill since then. last time I came here and order food on the app got it and the bun was so hard I didn’t even try to eat it went back just told them I wanted my money back and they gave me a number since I did it on the app so I called the number and never received a refund

The servers are great, very fast and always there to help. The food is pretty good however >sometimes< it is a little bit older food, it may depend on the time of the day.

They were so awsome to my dog gave her a free dog bowl which is ice cream in a bowl. She loved it. Customer service was excellent
