The garlic Parmesan chicken fingers were overly sauced and so tiny they looked more like chicken nuggets.Also when you ask if you have pup cups I don't know that you're going to charge $2.20 for it or I would have declined but slipping it on my bill after you gave it to me so that I end up spending $20 for an order of 6 chicken nuggets with the upgrade for a small shake is ridiculous.I don't recommend this DQ just go across the street to Sonic they are at least affordable.

This is not acceptable! So much mustard I had to use multiple napkins to remove it in order to eat. French fries were ice cold! Two single cheeseburgers, one fry, one onion ring and one small drink was almost $14!! Too much Money to spend on subpar food. This is the second time in two weeks we’ve had issues.

Everytime I go eat here with my family they always mess up the order EVERY single time I can't even leave the store without checking my food first to make sure I have everything I ordered and that it is made the right way. Went tonight with a coupon told them our order gave them the coupon and was told it wouldn't work with drink so I said take the drink off my order, then they gave me wrong size drink for my husband, forgot to give me my fries and then was told I had to pay for fries cuz they rang my order up wrong ,a meal comes with fries seriously something needs to be done about this it's absolutely ridiculous

They are short staffed we went to get dinner I ordered a a1 burger and it has so much mayo and bbq sauce all over it no bacon or onion rings. I paid 10 dollars for it and it came with sauce. I asked for a kids meal and her ice cream in the cup she didn't get it. Poor service. We need a better restaurant and better staff.

We came in with a youth group: we had 22 students and 5 adult leaders, all of whom ordered a blizzard. Every order was correct, and all 27 blizzards were out in less than 10 minutes. I honestly believe they were faster than Chick-fil-A. Quick and fantastic service. Would definitely recommend!

In my opinion, the issue I had today was a management failure. An obviously inexperienced cashier told me the only way to get a large cup of ice was to pay for a large drink. I had my own cup, I realize you're not yet allowing refills. No one offered a "substitute", if there is that option, of a smaller size being a no or lower cost. I know cups cost money. I had a $10 order. I was celebrating picking up my beloved dog from the vet - one of the ice creams and the ice were for her. I'm at McDonald's now. Got a decent enough substitute - my girl's happy. I'm sorry, but I won't be back. My advice as a former fast food manager: don't leave untrained people alone on the register. They are your interface with customers. If you wonder why people get upset and/or walk out? What kind of experience did they have? That can tell the tale.

I took my grandsons for ice cream. One doesn't really care for it normally but today he ate over half of his sundae and liked it. Always great food but the wait was awful to even order the food.

Always love the local dairy queen brazier which I guess is now the grill & chill. Great staff, clean dine-in experience, drive-thru more efficient than most. Prices have taken a steep increase in the past few years. 5 & 6 buck lunches are a great value though. Take a side trip, you won't be disappointed.

I've been here probably a hundred times, extremely friendly staff, a very homey environment and amazing food. The customer service is also great, the only dairy queen I've been to that brings your food to the table. Overall this is an amazing place whether you just want some lunch or want to hang with friends. Highly recommended.

I live in St Joseph Missouri. And the Grill and Chill here in town doesn't compare with a Dairy Queen brazier like the woman in Savannah. My friend Merrie greatly enjoyed her ice cream cake for her birthday. They did a great job. I was told that the cake should serve 20 to 24 people. But for some reason it was gone with only 16 people being served. Yeah of the pieces were out of the large but what can I say it was really good cake.

I went at 1pm you would think that they would serve fresh food since it was slow. Nope! The cashier seemed disinterested in her job or helping me out when I brought my fries back. The burger meat seemed cold as well.

All Teenagers working. Too busy talking to friends in there. Very unprofessional. Seemed like all adults in there was not liking how slow service was. My cheeseburger was not hot. Fries were not fresh and hot. Disappointed.

They started making our order after we inquired as to where it was twice. My burger was thrown together with sauce everywhere. I didn't get upset but probably should have since they never even said sorry after they began preparing our order over 30 minutes after it was placed.

Food is pretty good. Ice cream is food. Staff is friendly. Building is new and clean. But the drive through is horrible. You can only fit like 5 cars in the drive through before spilling out on the road. Then the road gets backed up. And it's beside a major highway.

Normally i have a excellent experience food is always fast and fresh. 9/10 normally. But today I requested no bacon as I can not eat it at all. The person running the register caught the mistake and took the sandwich back. I went back and watched the kitchen cook just picking the bacon off I tried to stop them and say and said I can't have bacon on my sandwich and the cook took everything and aggressively threw it in the trash. It was frustrating to witness and felt like I needed to stand there and watch her make my sandwich fearful she may do something with it. I didn't intend on going into complain becuase like i said the food is normally excellent and the ladies are very nice but today the normal excellent service was sadly lacking 😕

My order was completely wrong. I had waited in the drive thru which was expected to be long. But that is not what bothers me. What bothers me was there was a girl that works there went outside and starting talking to a person in drive thru. And every time the line moved she would follow the car. Then went back inside to work. Then when I got to the drive thru window there was a couple of girls eating ice cream in the drive thru instead of getting working on my order. I am out of state and would never go back when I visit my family in Savannah.

They just finished much needed renovations at the end of 2016 and it has given the DQ some new life. They have a nice outdoor seating area which my family uses quite a bit. They have a full DQ menu which can be difficult to find. The food has always met my expectations, although it is still more expensive than other fast food restaurants. I love the high school staff who work @ DQ. However, they could be trained better to keep the dining area cleaned, it always seems to be littered.

I love DQ for their food and service. However, recently I purchased a sizable order and the redheaded member of staff answered the window, rudely saying the total and once my younger sister handed her exact change, she said "Well sh*t" right to her face. I do not mean to overreact, bit cussing in a customer's face is so extremely rude, especially when we hadn't said anything remotely rude at any poin . The DQ in Sacannah, MO, is awesome but some of the teenage staff should be more respectful. Being continuously rude to a customer is unacceptable.

Ive been here several times on a Sunday night and they have been very busy. The staff is awesome!! They move quickly and are very friendly. They really care about doing a good job.
