Honest review here folks! I’m a police officer who lost my police K9, K9Max, back in June. My family, along with Brother Arms help, presented me with a beautiful Kimber 1911 in honor of my fallen partner. Ever since I walked into that store that day I’ve felt like family to these guys every time I walk in now. The people at brothers arms will always take care of you. They provide some of the best advice and options around. So long as I’m alive, me and my family will be a part of the brothers arms family.

The guys have a nice local that will soon be outgrown by them. They keep increasing the inventory and have a good selection to choose from. I have bought 4-5 guns over the last two years from them, and I've had no issues from the guys or the guns. Stop by and give them a try.

I've bought two products from them an both of them had manufacturer defects. The owner was rude an I could tell he just wanted my money. I bought a upper that had bad bolt head spacing an a optic that wasn't adjustable. I'll never do business there again. Also while I was there another customer came in had a complaint that his hand guard didn't have all the screws.

Owner Clayton Bricker claims a refund was submitted and sits at pending for 6 weeks. He said it's out of his hands instead of contacting his card processor to find out why they are not processing the refund.Update he has given a refund by check now.
