RR APPLE MARKET has been our local store since before I was bornIt was IGA Food liner until several years ago. It has maintained its hometown charm all these years. It also keeps up with new things on the market. It is a real asset to our town. I'm not sure what our little town would be like without it.

Such a cute store !! We love supporting local stores . Much rather shop here than Walmart! They have lots of variety. Only suggestions is bags by the meat department and sometimes I really have to pay attention to the expiration dates. Also they sell some amazing bulk frozen foods that are yummy 😋. Will continue to keep coming back.

Great atmosphere cozy place to shop. And all around old school grocery store. Meat selection is affordablely priced with great selection. And if you read there weekly ads paper. There's also money to be saved.

The staff is very friendly. We typically avoid buying meat here as it is quite often on the verge of going bad. I purchased 2 packs of pork ribs the 2 weeks ago and both packs were already bad. You could smell them through the packaging. We have also had many problems with going to get strawberries and there being mold on them. Not our go to store but we go here if we are in a pinch. We drive to the next town in order to get groceries.

I always enjoy visiting Salisbury's local grocery store. Not only do they offer the basics you can find anywhere, but here you find a nice variety of local products and youre greeted by a very polite crew. You'll never have trouble finding what you need here either, as they're always happy to help you.

Exorbitant prices and grossly underpaid employees!!Diffusion of responsibility amongst the brow-beaten, burned-out and down-trodden employees runs rampant. Their lack of initiative is directly linked to the owner's attitude, "I pay less to my employees, because I can."" If you work here and are not on Management's list of favorites, you will wish you were.Keep in mind no one in the produce or the meat departments wear hairnets whilst working, and you WILL find hairs in your foods. YUM! When the dairy and meat expiration dates pass, the items are not removed from the shelf, but only marked down in price. OMG!! And don't look now, but is THAT the butcher's butt crack showing above his ill-fitting jeans?! EGAD, Man!!!Chicanery and deceit are SOP for Management and Ownership alike, so if you choose to have any dealings with this company, including employment, protect yourself and get the details in writing.This is a difficult place at which to shop, to say the least.

I don't like when you see a sale in the ad for something but they don't carry that item. My thoughts are if you don't carry the item then you should substitute something else for it or not put it in the ad.

Great store with great employees. It is not a chain store where they see you as a number, they treat their customers great. I am willing to pay a little extra to avoid Walmart.

Needs more competition.Some of the employees/workers are no longer as friendly as the employees that the previous managers employed.Definitely no longer my preferred place to shop, locally or otherwise.

Prices are a bit high but for being a small store they usually have what you want and need. Produce is great and fresh. Meat is sometimes poor.
