1. Most of the stores were not open at 7am as advertised. 2. A lot of vendors had poor organization of items and a lot of worthless items discarded under tarps or pushed into corners of their booth. 3. Stalker followed us around the location, and even back to our vehicle while we were loading up our trailer and purchases. We did find a few items that were worth purchasing, but all in all, it wasn't worth the effort.

I give it one star since it was a nice day out. Total waste of time as a vendor. very little foot traffic as most of the stands only have knick knacky stuff. No attraction for hunting and fishing items as advertised. Not many of the permanent stands were occupied, with several falling down.

Colony is less noisy and cleaner than some other flea markets due to not allowing all the RTV's and ect.. Less dust and smoke. More vendors in buildings set up like shops. Vendors are nice with good selection and prices.

Must have the last weekend of the season and it was raining but still managed to find a couple of deals from the few vendors that we're open. Sawvpics later in the day of some wind damage there, hope all is recovered now. Be back in the spring.

Was a vendor one time. Loved it. Very friendly people and lots of merchandise. Great place and people, like a small family. Miss you all.

Fairly small but no fee for parking or admission like other places.Seems to close earlier than others
