This is a your typical collar general in a small town. The staff was friendly. They had the items we needed. Store was a bit in disarray which is something that seems common in the older style stores. The newer stores with lower lighting are much nicer. They should invest in this one and convert it being that it is the only real store in this area. It's better than nothing, but would be much nicer if converted to the newer style Dollar General stores and kept in better shape.

All Dollar General stores are about the same. So I would say, if you like Dollar General, you will like this store. I like being able to get in and out quickly when I shop, so I actually like the store. The prices aren't bad, especially if you use their app. Their app has lots of coupons and many of them are generic coupons that can be used on anything.

Cashier was friendly and told me where to find the Orajel. I needed to use the restroom but there's was out of order so I had to use a porta potty outside. That was fine. The rats were full and it was nice to see a lot of inventory instead of just sparse Isles they were little close together but I still think it's better to be full then empty and the cashier was courteous and gave me directions.

I remember when Dollar General was called "the dollar store" by many people because most items cost around a dollar. Nowadays however the nickname is less accurate. Often, items can be found at comparable and many times even lower prices at Walmart. There are a few items at DG that still have the lowest price around, but just not nearly as many as once upon a time..One thing I do appreciate about Dollar General is that the employees are friendly (at least in my personal experience). I also like that I can usually stop in and pick up an item that I need fairly quickly because the stores are not huge so they can be navigated efficiently.I personally am happy that DG is around. I have had generally positive experiences there and am glad that we have one nearby.

Great little small town store!! The Russellville store has helpful , very friendly people working there!! They have a wide selection of items and very affordable prices !! Happy to have a Dollar General in our lil town !! 😊

Store is usually put up in order shelves are usually full not a very good clothes section friendly service most of the time good sale items clearance items right now are pretty good waiting for the summer items to Go On Clarence

What is going on? Russellville DG shelves are slim, isles are blocked and to see anything you have to move the carts. On top of that the wifi did not work so I could not see my list.

They have hard workers but forget that they are human sometimes. That woman named detra works there and she is the hottest woman around!

Used to be a good place to pick quick items. Now shelves are not stocked and clutter in the isles plus long weights to check out.

Its nice to have a store in our little town but often times they are out of certain things and a little higher on things sold in other stores. Nevertheless a good store.

The mananger Steve follows you around and then tells everyone your stealing. Hes a lowsy guy and i did call corporate office and notified them of the misconduct of their management

I go to the Stella General because it's in Russellville but I've seen better Dollar Generals
