Sara treats everyone like family. I am not sure her goal is. ... but she shows you a little slice of Heaven here on earth. To let you know you aren't alone a never have to be. Since of pride she has.. well she deserves it as she earned it. She is a wonderful person from head to her toes. SHE IS A BLESSING WHEN YOU MEET HER.

Sara and Nick are amazing! From their work ethics to their desire to make your stay comfortable. Truly appreciate all you've done as well as allowing us to extend our stay at the last minute. Sites are a bit close together but people are very friendly. As others have mentioned, it has a community atmosphere rather than a typical RV park. Since most residents seem to work at Iataan, the park is very quiet during the day. Laundry equipment was quickly replaced when broken. Loved the sunsets over the lake, the prayer garden, the cats and yes, even Daisy.

The lady here is an absolute sweetheart. Talking to her, I get the very distinct impression that she's been taken advantage of several times before though, so sometimes she can seem a little jaded. Prices are dirt cheap, the people running the park are VERY respectful and forgiving, and I will absolutely be stopping in again if I'm ever in the area.

Great little park. New owners are putting a lot of work into improvements - laundry/shower house very clean and usable with a comfortable seating area for socializing. Would be good for small group events.Views are awesome. Right next to the park is Bean Lake, with eagles, pelicans, snow geese (in winter), and many migratory birds (like the Yellow-Headed Blackbird). Down the road you can see the slopes at Snow Creek ski area. Riverwood winery's tasting room and store is almost within walking distance.Military, pet, and kid friendly. Big rigs can fit, we have a 40' diesel pusher and have room to spare.

Great resort. Had a cute little playground for the kids and the owners even set-up a slip n slide for the kids. The kids loved it. Owners are very friendly and wonderful. I rented a camper and it was very spacious and clean. Definitely will return to this resort.

Charging full price to park in a flood plane. Mosquitos are terrible. Sewer hookup right next to the well water spigot. Overall not good. Maybe after the repairs are done it will be ok. I didn't trust the water. Make sure you lock everything up. Someone dumped so much bleach in the well that resulted in a ruined a $30 filter on my camper. The least they could have done was let me know they were going to be doing that and I would have pulled my water.

Someone in my family lives here and I visit. Great place. Very nice land lady. If you don't like christianity though, you might not like it. They are very religious but don't try and make you be a believer.

Drove by to check this place out as we were looking for a weekend getaway. We were stopped as soon as we pulled in and made to feel very unwelcome. We were told this place was closed to the public. It's probably a good thing, because it looked like a dump.

This is a very disgusting place and I don't believe anyone should stay here. If you can manage to get to another resort, do it. This place is trash. The staff is just as bad and the view is not what it seems. The water in the lake is disgusting and causes skin irritation that had to be medically fixed. Save your money, save your time. This place is not worth a penny.

Very rude self centered people only care about the money, rarely had running water or electricity…. Water came straight from the lake which was very dirty and barely had any filtration. Be wise and stay elsewhere

Small community. Washer, dryer, shower, toilet, tv room available. Great location for season pass holders to Snow Creek.

sarah is a thief. took my rent 2 days early no receipt, evicted me 2 days later because the kids were 30 min past curfew on a Friday night. refused to return my rent. the amenities are absolutely disgusting and practically unusable. the property also not well cared for, old falling apart buildings w old washers n dryers spilling out of it. the water is yellow, unable to drink it. she says she loves Jesus, acts like a demon. stay clear of her n her wretched off spring!! who are also peepeing toms!!
