I have never boarded my dogs and was extremely uneasy about it. We were going away for 8 days and the dogs could not come. I got in touch with Shadowood and was impressed with price and what they offered for my girls! We were also going to be gone on my Ivy girls birthday, they made sure to give her some extra love and the treats I bought her. Both my girls came home happy and well fed (which was something else I worried about)! The whole experience was amazing and I am so thankful for that!

I bring my dog in monthly for nail clipping and an occasional bath. He loves it and I appreciate the loving care they give him. It's clean and the staff is great. Making appointments online is so convenient and allows me to choose what is the best day and time for me. You can also choose the same staff member to take any fear from your pet. It's a great experience for him and myself. You won't be disappointed here!

We met and spoke to Ayla, one of the employees there, we had our 🐶🐶 groomed there, the groom was PERCECT! We are also using their Boarding services soon and will report and review back on that! So far - we feel comfortable, the prices - affordable, the premises, kept up, hard worked and clean, air conditioners and out door areas for pooches... we are happy!! Thanks Ayla!!

Dirty, unresponsive and fail to effectively communicate.They promised pictures of the pup at playtime, did not happen. Promised updates, did not happen. He was placed in a dimlyLit kennel and left alone for 14 hours overnight as they have no staff after 5 pm.We were so appalled at the state of his kennel we had a friend go pick him up as we were out of town and could not fathom the idea of keeping him there another night. I asked the kennel to call me when he was picked up, they didn’t. Failure to communicate is on brand for this business.I cried when I got his picture. Please save yourself the heartache and book somewhere cleaner and more attentive.

I boarded my cat for two nights. The place generally just smelled terrible, like feces, and left a bad smell on my cat and his stuff. I gave them Ziploc bags with his dry food with the day and time he was supposed to be fed them. I received the Saturday night and Sunday morning bags completely untouched... He did get his wet food but that's only half of his daily food. I would not be comfortable boarding my pet here again.

My Great Pyrenees was a mess from this winter. They got her trimmed up and looking good again. Staff was so friendly and helpful still be using then again and if you are looking for a groomer you would be making theright choice with them.

Awful experience.100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!Our husky had an appointment for a bath at 9:30 on a Saturday morning. The "groomer" informed me they would call when he was finished. They called me not even 30 minutes later, saying my HUSKY was finished. When I arrived I told the girl "that was fast." She replied, "we have really high-powered dryers back there." When they brought my husky out, he was still wet! She then said, "it's just his tail. He wouldn't let me dry him."He was still wet.After leaving, I called to speak with the owner. No answer, so I left a message. No one ever called me back.Do not waste your time. Do not take your fur babies here! Extremely poor service in every way!!

No sanitation protocol for bowls, toys, brushes combs clippers for the employees and 0 training or dog experience required.. bad management.i was a hairdresser with not even one full day of training let loose on dogs thereand after leaving and learning through real training and schooling i realize that that there is a high risk of ur dog going here and getting some kind of disease, dying or of being seriously injured because they dont sanitize their tools, or have training or managers there to help employees some being highschoolers. And theres no education on how to handle and restrain dogs, break up dog fights and keep them safe. Everything is very undermanaged and made it a dangerous work environment for me and the the dogs due to lack of education of majority of the employeesand the owner. Also Employees were allowed to come in and work after testing positive for covid if they wanted which is contagious to dogs cats me and customers which caused me and others to miss alot of work and endager my high risk daughter.Don't take your babies here!

My dogs are getting use to the people around. They are patient with my male dog. Good customer service, but they fail to informing me about their Card reader was not working. It was inconvenience to go back and forth to get cash out. But overall, good.

Our dogs were 1st time overnighters and did better than we expected. They let them stay in the same run together which made us feel so much better. They even squeezed in baths before we picked them up. ♡♡♡

I love taking my dog here. I know she is well taken care of and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend to take your pet here if you're gonna be gone for a vacation or even an overnight stay. Great place for sure! She gets super excited when we pull up and that's how I know it's a good place.

We have boarded our little Chihuahua here a few times and every time we pick her up she is so happy and has been well taken care of while we were on vacation. I feel so much better knowing that our little girl is in a safe and clean environment and is being taken care of while we are out of town.

Awesome pet resort!! My bloodhound and heeler mix did wonderful there and loved all the girls that worked with them. Not a single problem, the outside play area is actual grass and is shaded, perfect for the summertime! The prices are also great, especially compared to the new Pooches Palace.

If you have a pet, and you need grooming services or you need to board them while you are out of town, this is the place to go! Their employees are super friendly and are good at what they do. If your pet needs special needs, they can help you out there too!

We made an appointment 2 weeks ago to board our dogs for a few days. Paid mega bucks for the shots they require. Got there today and they had failed to put our name on the list and they were all full up. Just destroyed our family weekend. Now the owner will not call us back because he doesn't work on Saturdays. So I don't know how they treat your animals, but be sure to follow up if you make an appointment to leave them.

I had called on Thursday about boarding my dog Saturday night in to Sunday. I realize that's not a lot of time but when I asked if they had availability they said they did. When I went Saturday morning to drop him off they said they were full. Terrible management.
