Store is good, and grooming service was great. My only complaint is for the employees to be more considerate. My dog peed while waiting to check in for the grooming appointment. I know it is my responsibility to clean up after her, which I did to the best of my ability. However, I am 8 months visibly pregnant, and it was not an easy task. I had employees not only watch me struggle with my dog and trying to clean up but one even told me where the station was and didn’t offer any help. I just ask if you see a pregnant woman or someone having a hard time bending to clean after their pet, please offer help.

Store is fine, but the rewards program is barely worth your time and prices continue to climb. Not the stores fault itself, but a company wide/industry issue. If there was another option in Rolla id try but this is the only place that carries certain brands.

The store is clean and organized into animal types. A section for dogs, cats, fish, etc. We went in for a cat carrier and more aquarium fresh water fish. They had a few carriers on hand. We picked one up for $40. It seems very sturdy.We also bought a bunch of fish. The lady handling aquarium staff was knowledgeable and professional.

I would think that the owners would get with the managers and discuss When we should open up on the holiday or if we should, if we should open up a little later or sooner and get off earlier. But no.We May be open maybe not we might open up at 10:11 or 12 I don’t know just inconvenienced yourself and call and talk to a Computer

Jessica is great, her & another worker owned a pet business before and they have a ton of years of experience. I wish I could book the dog nail trim & nail grind on their awesome online booking, but they take walk-ins for nails. Their services are better prices than my previous place.

Today I am disappointed in your grooming department. Our goldendoodle was specifically supposed to be given a teddy bear face which was not done. Your groomer stated he was matted which was a comment to cover her error.If there was concern related to her ability to provide our pet with the requested hair cut because of "XYZ," that should have been communicated to us immediately! This is completely disgusting and unethical. They're keeping two ball pythons in a single tiny cage. They're both covered in stuck shed, they don't have the proper temperature or humidity, they are keeping solitary snakes confined together. Please do not purchase reptiles or reptile supplies from here.

Understaffed. Forget about going there unless you like waiting forever in line to buy overpriced products. What I'm angry about is that I took my dog for pictures with Santa. The woman taking the pictures obviously didn't want to be there and didn't want to do her job. One and done picture and off I go. My dog isn't even looking in the general direction!

Everything is great about the store and the people are nice the store is clean very well stocked lots of choices. Only complaint the prices. For instance I think the tastyfuls dry cat food was like 40 bucks I can get the same bag for 32 at Price Cutter. Litter was not competitive either. I suppose it’s about the specialty treats snacks wet food that’s what I mostly get.

Scheduled an appointment for grooming my English bulldog 1 yr old got there and was told I did not have an appointment and that they couldn’t groom her, showed in my call log I called and what time. Said a certain lady was working so he would have to call her… she didn’t remember speaking to me. Said they could do a quick nail grind. My dog has never tried to bite anyone but when the man reached down my dog nipped at him and he could not even do the nail grind. Took her to the vet who clipped her nails with absolutely no issues. Even had to be lifted onto the vet table. Maybe she sensed I was angry idk but when people schedule an appointment and can show in the call log in their phone that they did in fact call and then get their time wasted it doesn’t make anyone happy. Rude person. And anyone around new dogs should now u bend and let the dog smell u and pet them a little before trying to put on a leash and picking them up. The giant of a man probably scared her.

Awesome sales staff, very helpful and so nice. Staff was around if I needed help and also came up to me ask if I needed help with anything. Checkout girl was super nice too and fixed my rewards info. I was able to find everything I needed. Was surprised and happy to find out they sell frozen feeder mice and rats. I got a 10 gal. aquarium for a decent price and other items for another ball python I was getting. Highly recomend this store, a little pricey on some items but had items I can not find at the other few smaller pet stores in Rolla. Thank you Petsmart Staff.

Had issues w sm dog food, took a bag up to counter and it was actually expired. I appreciate the cashier catching this fact. I myself came across several bottles of dog shampoo that the tops were broken that were on the shelf for purchase. Cashier was prompt to take care of the items. Customer service was Awesome.

The rodents need to have their cages cleaned more frequently as they smell terrible and it's noticeable upon entering the store. Lots of dead floaters in the fish tanks, that needs to be addressed. The reptiles seem to be ok but the chameleon was very stressed. The bearded dragons were active and cute. We only pick up a few treats for our dog and have his nails trimmed. They are finally getting some raw food in which is great. It's a typical retail pet store.

Will never take my pets there again. The grooming department is the worst. Now I know not all the groomers are bad but the one I got tortured my fur baby with nicks and clipper burn. Which my fur baby developed a staph infection from the nicks. This happened in February of 2021 my fur baby passed away 9-6-2021. Would give zero stars if I could.

Stephanie was out puppy’s very first grooming experience, and she did wonderfully! Lilah was spick and span and trimmed exactly the way we had requested. 10/10, planning on going regularly!

What a CLEAN and well organized store! I have been to some that had dirty floors and wreaked of pet urine BUT NOT this PETSMART in ROLLA, MISSOURI!! I have a puppy at home that is chewing her way through everything I buy her as she teethes. I went to the PetSmart hoping to find something better and I found ALOT more VERY sturdy chew sides for the growing puppy. I didn't even have to ask where to find them, that's how many were very well displayed and gave me a multitude of choices that I probably spent an extra fifteen minutes trying to decide and instead of ONE chew toy, I wound up buying FOUR!! The cashier was pleasant and professional. She asked me before ringing up my supply of toys if I had found everything I was looking for and asked if there was anything else. She then asked if I had a puppy and offered advice for this frustrated owner. She suggested I bring in my puppy and sign her up for the different training classes they offered AND she would love to meet her. I was VERY pleased with her help and I'm definitely going to call and find out more information on these classes. MORE importantly she saved me an extra trip as I had forgotten my puppy had gotten ahold of her leash and chewed it up so I needed to buy a new one. She directed me to the leashes and again I took too long trying to decide as I accidentally made a lady wait while I was gone. I apologized and quickly paid. I left my poor cashier to suffer the wrath of the lady who was angry at me. Thank you so much!! I forgot to mention that they have public restrooms that I ALSO required from my long trip here. VERY clean, NO odors and everything worked. Nothing was broken and toilet paper and paper towels fully stocked! I give THIS PetSmart in Rolla, Missouri a FIVE STAR RATING!!
